You may be able to buy BTC at a local exchange or at some of the major exchanges that accept deposits from local banks, if you want to buy Bitcoin with cash it might be very difficult if you don't have close friends you need to send money to your personal savings first and get it at well-known exchange for being able to buy Bitcoin

There are also some other alternatives if you are not a fan of KYC verification

For UK there is only Cryptobroker on bestchange and they said they don't have it.
I'll check other sources. Thank you!
