Given that the Electrum server I connect to is mine... connected to my own full node... I am fairly comfortable with my "zero privacy"
That's a different story.
But i am pretty sure the majority of people who are new to bitcoin, do not run their own full node and have their electrum server set up on top of it.
And exactly these kind of people completely give up on their privacy when using electrum.
Especially when recommending electrum, mentioning the loss of privacy and a hint on how to preserve it by running a full node + electrum server might be useful
