Carrick has done very well so far, but so far recent games have not shown that unfortunately. Normally they were very good, they were third place with some gap to fourth, doing very fine.

But with the last few games not being able to win, they have put it at risk now. Not that they need to be high up, they were happy to be not relegated last year, so for a team like that to be at UCL spots is more than enough for them, but they still should be careful. Remember, Carrick has not even made any transfers yet, after he makes his transfers this summer, next year could be even better.

With 10 men, Manchester United were playing better yesterday. The error that led to the two-goal deficit in the first half was a result of reluctance from the team. When Bruno Fernadez was on the ground, there were only 7 players trying to defend the second goal. 4 was inside the 18-yard box, while the entire Leeds team were sending the ball in until the second goal was scored by Okafor. Defensive error in the first half killed the entire game. The reason is that Michael Carrick relied on the counter to score.

Manchester united were unlucky. It was difficult to win the match with 10 players. But Manchester united's defense was  weak. And they could not perform as well as expected in the first half. They conceded 2 goals in 30 minutes. If the defenders could have played well, manchester united might not have lost this match. Also, the finishing of the attacking players was a bit weak. They  were able to create a lot of  chances, but could not score. united's players also took 20 + shots in the match against leeds. They could have taken  7 on target shots , but could only score one goal.

In fact they were already so chaotic when playing with 11 players that with the loss of 1 player after falling behind with 2 goals it was even more difficult for them to recover.

Their performance was nothing to write home about, it was just below all expectations from their fans. Q bit of a loser indeed 😂, this is also the way I see the guy anything I see him all prepped up with his glasses and nerdy look, but the initial time of him arriving at the club, Chelsea actually performed very well and didn't think they will start falling off like this. I know for sure that if this club was still owned by roman Abramovich by now they would have sacked the coach.

Tomorrow Liverpool will play against PSG in the UEFA Champions League competition. The first leg already has been over, and Liverpool are 2 nill down. Like does the tie between them are over not because PSG already have 2 goal advantage and now will be there at Anfield like at Liverpool home ground. Liverpool is looking bit skeptical because they have struggling with a bad toes and definitely in second leg PSG will also show up the same domination for tie.

You're talking about this Liverpool? They're not in form and I don't think they stand a chance against Paris Saint German tonight. Although been at home is another thing to consider because Liverpool have been quite brilliant at home but very inconsistent this season. I wouldn't bother to place my wager on Liverpool because they already lost in the first leg, what good can they do at Anfield?

Manchester City played very well against Chelsea yesterday, controlling a lot of the ball and ultimately winning the match 3-0. Chelsea actually had a good attack, but Manchester City's goalkeeper was really good at reading the ball, which ultimately made it very difficult for Chelsea's players to score against Manchester City. O'Reilly, Guehi, and Doku scored in that match and performed very well because they were able to capitalize on opportunities well. Manchester City certainly won't give up on winning the EPL trophy. I agree, they have good players but a mediocre coach is what they currently have and I blame the owner for hiring such a coach. They have won only one game in their last 6 matches, personally, Chelsea would have been more better off if they had still retained Maresca instead of sacking him and hiring Rosenior in his place. They would need to get a better a man for the job next season but I still don't think this new owner has the talent for identifying good managers because from his selection of manager since he took over speaks volume in that aspect.

Chelsea was actually managing I mean doing better somehow before now and all of a sudden everything changed and I will say they would not have changed that coach because that is what is affecting them now. Even though they were not winning all the time but at least that previous coach was doing better than this one. The way it is going now the possibility of them qualifying for champions league next season will be very slim because they are some points behind Aston Villa and Liverpool.

Aston Villa used to be second place in the Premier League but with time they became third and the third became a place Manchester United letter settled in while Aston takes the 4th place now. It's good to see the team in the third place than having been in the 9th place they were struggling when Amorim was coordinating the club, the team deserves more than where they stay now if not for the obstacles but better late for Carrick to deliver the team than nothing.

They can't do more than where they are right now, but it's better Carrick make sure that the team retain the second place that way until they finish the league. The difference in their points and that of Aston doesn't looks too wide. It might still create an opportunity to send them back to the fourth place instead of the third place till the end of the season.

It seems that the defeat of Manchester United handed by Leeds United at the stadium of Old Trafford are surely causing fans of Manchester United to be unhappy about their team performance against a newly promoted team but the fans of Tottenham are more likely to be in shock as Leeds United has surely increased their chance of survival from the relegation battle and thus Tottenham are highly likely to compete against West Ham United and Nottingham Forest for a crucial battle of survival at the bottom table.

Yeah, me as a Man United fan expected the unexpected in the match against Leeds. I thought 1X is a safe bet because I am not sure if United can win the match, as other top teams also seemed struggling after the long gap between matches. But I was wrong.

I can't believe that the match ended up 1-2 for Leeds United. Now the points gap for the UCL zone has become tighter again between Man United, Aston Villa, and Liverpool. However, the 6th position, Chelsea, is 7 points behind, which is still a bit safe for United because the EPL is guaranteed at least 5 teams in the UCL next season. CMIIW.

About the relegation zone, it seems unpredictable. Leeds, Nottingham Forest, West Ham, and Tottenham are still fighting for a safe spot. But I am sure Tottenham will stay. Too big to relegated. We must speak of what Leeds did. They appeared and United presented them the game on a plate (at least the Yoro-Lammens mixup of the first goal was a gift). If you're a neutral, you have to respect it even if it makes you uncomfortable.

On the prediction of relegation, this thing cannot possibly be settled before May. The risky assumption is the Tottenham too big to be relegated. I understand that it is counterintuitive. I will use an idiomatic expression to analyze what happened to Chelsea after they sacked Enzo Maresca, they basically ''jumped from a fryer pan to fire''. What i mean is that they moved from bad situation to a worst situation right now. Even since Roman Abramovich sold the club in 2022, the new owners have been unable to make lasting decisions that would help the team to become stable. They have been moving from one failed coach to another. Chelsea used to be among the 4 traditional best teams in the EPL but i don't know the problem of the club after they won the EPL title in 2017. They managed to win the Conference league last season but since it's not a decorated trophy, it doesn't count much. They should just hire an experienced manager, i agree that they have a good squad so if they can get a manager who will improve the performance of the players, they won't have many problems anymore.

Chelsea's management made bad experienced when appointing not experience manager and easily how to sack every manager if can't get high expectation without waiting the progress. Since acquisition from Roman Abramovich, Chelsea have sacked many manager and difficult defend them more than one season.
Six matches left and has 4 points gap with Liverpool to reach Champion League spot I don't think easy for Chelsea how poor performance last match when beating by Manchester City, FA Cup maybe the realistic achievement for Chelsea in this season but if can win from Leeds United not easy to defeat Manchester City if meet in the final match.

Do you really think that Chelsea is doing badly for their manager, basically Chelsea is not attracting any players who want to take the team forward. Haven't you seen how they have played in the past matches, it seems that they are fighting more with their own players than with the opposing team. I agree with what you are saying that they actually need unity. Because they are creating inequality among themselves, if a team changes players repeatedly, and the coach changes, then it will definitely take a long time for them to adapt. Unity is what is especially needed for a team, which I can't see in them.

Why shouldn't it affect them here, if a team performs poorly repeatedly, it will affect the players. Chelsea should focus on these players instead of changing so many players. Maybe they will bring back the tradition of their team one day

Anfield is no longer a theater of surprise for the Liverpool team, Dembele has just made the difference clear. Slot is really ridiculous for planning Isak not to play for extra time when he's not yet sure of a comeback. Benching Sallah also is something he shouldn't be comfortable about doing in games against PSG, Liverpool can't comeback, it's too late. They'll be disqualified.

Chelsea are just been lazy and that's the fact. There is nothing too improved for Chelsea to want to lose that match with those goals they conceded, it was way too much with disappointment. That was a Stanford bridge match, it was supposed to be a defense and attack versus attack, they can do the both while Manchester City can do more than what Manchester city did but they let their guard down, they didn't even consider if they were going to win.

This is the same team that need to win matches to be able to stay at the top of the league. There is now a chance for a team to be 5th place and qualify for the Champions League, they didn't even think that true, even Liverpool that is walking like Zombie and trying to put their self together are up sitting in the 5th place, a win from their next match now will push the team at the top above Aston Villa, just some points differences.

See the problem is that it is not this players that are actually fighting each other rather the fight they have is against the club for hiring such a mediocre manager after sacking someone like Enzo Maresca. To be sincere I think Chelsea actually got it total wrong by signing Rosenior because the enter Chelsea team are filled with young players and then and inexperienced manager in that mix to guide them is simply just catastrophe waiting to happen which is what we see happening now. But unsurprisingly I don’t think Chelsea owner actually cares about this in any way, he only focuses on making money only and that’s why we see the kind of signings that he makes

While we do have some good players with many underperforming under the new management, the central back has been lacking and we have suffered from it sincerely even while under Enzo Maresca but still he was able to balance things in order for us to compete.

Under Liam things have fallen apart and I sincerely hope someone can save us from this management who business style is far from what we have been living by.
