Arsenal situation is very silly, they should have not let this happen ,they should have made sure that they could cut their own cord. I always say, if you let the other team have a point where they can say "if I win all the games, I am champion" when this few games left, then you are in trouble. Arsenal was so much ahead for a long time that, for MONTHS, that meant City could win all their games, and it would still not mean that Arsenal would lose the title, and yet now it does mean City could win.

This is the problem that Arsenal is fighting against, even a tie on City game would mean a lot to them, it would be awesome, but if they do get a loss, then I am sorry but that won't be good and Arsenal will definitely lose the title.

Most people believe that Arsenal should have won the league at this point, but due to poor performance lately that have allowed Manchester City back into the title race, although I still believe they can still win the title, because they are still in the driving seat, but I think they have to get a result against Manchester City this weekend and try to win the remaining match and they will be good at the season. This is very easy to say, but I think Arsenal needs to improve their performance, so they can win the league this season and make their fans happy.

Manchester United can't stop surprising us. Imagine a team that hasn't played for the past twenty days and still lost at home to a relegation fighting team.

Which red card are you talking about here? That shouldn't be an excuse here. Leeds United scored their two goals when Manchester United were a complete squad. The red card came after the goals and that was when Manchester United even get serious and manage to score one goal. Now they have given Leeds a chance to revive their hope playing in the league next season with Tottenham being unserious too.

If Tottenham Hotspur fails to beat them come weekend, that should on them and not Manchester because it'll be to their own detriment. As for Manchester United,  I honestly thought a draw out of that game should have made more sense but how did it go?! They failed to win the game not even a draw. No excuses to give now, we we're simply poor during that game. Indeed, Leeds United deserves the win.
Manchester United should just focus on beating Chelsea come Saturday or at least,  a draw should be fine.

Tottehem Hotspur are sitting at the 18 position this season and you think all is good for them? They're under pressure with the players, every Tottenham Hotspur fans want to see their team escape relegation this season but with the level of fixtures, I don't think they will make it out because they're losing consecutively. What's going on at Spurs? They fell off so soon.

Tottehem Hotspur bringing in Roberto de Zerbi and expect a miracle to happen, common he's new to the players and haven't build that chemistry with the players, how on earth are they going to blend swiftly? Give him time but time is of the essence because these opposite sides are not patient.

I don't want to think the unthinkable, which is seeing Tottenham Hotspur go to relegation, they've been too consistent with appearing everywhere season, and a lot of us are use to seeing them. At all cost, this guy's should try and win their remaining games, so they could still remain in the league, else if they eventually go on relegation, all those players will leave for new teams, and they might eventually lose their first 11 players. Coaches are not alwaythe problem in a Club in some cases, sometimes the Club should try and be changing players and getting a better replacement.

Tottenham have a big problems that we are not seeing, because I don’t know why a team like Tottenham wouldn’t stay in the Premier League and fight for top and the Premier League, this club buys players every transfer windows, they spend huge amounts of money on buying players, and that have been very very ridiculous for them finding themselves in this position, well now they have to fight for the club else it will be catastrophic for a team like Tottenham to get relegated from the Premier League, I don’t think it’s a Coach Problem, they have been changing numerous Coaches in the space of two seasons and nothing have changed, I think the problem is coming from the players who aren’t consistent with their Performances, and it looks like this players aren’t ready to play for the batch, which is a very disappointing situation.

I hope Roberto De Zerbi is able to deliver them and bring them out of the relegation zone safely by the end of the season, these are hard times for the team and I think they’ll have to put in the best of efforts they can ever imagined in order to scape through at this crucial time for them. This sounds a miracle. I know there are still 6 games left for Zerbi to bounce his club back, but the situation is not in favor them. Many of his key players are injured. His club is also having a difficult fixtures too. I think he's gonna fail to keep his club at the EPL next season.
All of his opponents are having spirit to leave from the relegation zone, while all of his players getting stuck without mentality to bounce up.

So i think it's only a dream for Spurs to keep up their place in EPL next season. The world is against them now. There's nothing they can do expect pray their opponent to perform far shittier than them.

You're absolutely right,, Arsenal's performance is currently experiencing a significant decline. This is clearly quite worrying. Although Arsenal currently leads the Premier League table, if they fail to secure three points, it will be a disaster. There are still a few more Premier League matches left,, and if Arsenal continues to make mistakes like they have recently, I think the Premier League title could be snatched back by Manchester City.

Manchester City's performance is truly excellent and consistent. That's what Arteta and all his Arsenal players should be worried about. Anything can happen,, as Arsenal isn't in a truly safe zone yet. With that in mind, I agree with you that Arsenal must be able to beat Manchester City in the upcoming match. Let's check the way Arsenal played in the champions league and measure if with how they would play against Manchester City this weekend, will this same way they played against Sporting CP be the same way they'll play against their greatest enemy this season? Arsenal have already started their usual form so I think we should expect the same thing till the end of the season. Some people were saying that Arsenal had a tough time in their first leg because they played at away, that they are going to win Sporting in Emirate stadium but they still find it difficult and played goaless in their home ground. So had it been they didn't secured the first leg they would have end up playing penalties with Sporting in Emirate stadium. Arsenal should put themselves together and do the needful because it is getting at hand and I don't think they can still make it against City this weekend.

Something we should know is that Arsenal are trying to secure their lead in the EPL table and if they should allow every player use their energy to play that game yesterday I believe the game against Manchester City will be hard for them that is why it was as boring as we saw yesterday, not saying this is why the game was like that, we know it used to be when a team have something important, the have to spare some players and play like they're not serious...that is what I noticed but still that game was stupid against Sporting CP.
Playing Manchester City again after being humiliated in the Carabao Cup finals is a different ball game, Arsenal need to change something and quickly, their thinking, they need to introduce a winning mentality that shows they are champions already if not the Citizens will use this opportunity to repeat same madness on them again. The way they’re playing now I’m not so sure of them defeating Manchester City….. though this is going to be like the final of the Premier League and both teams will approach it with so much interest and passion.

To me Arsenal did not play well despite they qualified because CP is a new team have not met strong teams Arsenal have met in this UEFA champion League, the luck Arsenal have yesterday is that they have achieved one goal in the first leg, if not CP would have lock Arsenal out from this UEFA champion League because they played their best to ensure they win the match but the match ended up draw 0-0 for the favour of Arsenal, a big conversation to Arsenal for qualified for next round, and their coach need to prepare ahead of the next round because they are going to play with strong team.

I agree with you, that 1nil made it was easy for Arsenal to move to the semis. When the game ended I thought they was going to play the extra time and it came back to me that the reverse fixture ended in favor of Arsenal 1nil...mehn..it was completely different from what I have watched the Gunners play. Sporting CP on the other hand wasn't clinical in front of goal both in the first and second leg that was why they failed to punch their ticket into the next round. If you can't score you can't win and I was expecting all they have been doing in the Portuguese league to come with them to the Emirates but is like they couldn't match Arsenal's defense but for Arsenal they are saving some battle against Manchester City. For me that fixture against City is what they are looking forward to not this game again Sporting CP (on second thought), if they clear City and get a win or even a draw I believe their lost momentum will come back to life.

If Bournemouth would beat Arsenal in their own home, it won't be a suprise if it happened to Manchester United. Bournemouth has worst performance this season than Leeds, and they beat Arsenal that is in the top in the standing. Manchester United has the same points with Aston Villa and Liverpool is behind them with three point, so Manchester United chances to stay in the top four is reducing in my opinion, because they are going to face Chelsea at Stamford bridge in their next encounter which I know it's going to be a difficult match for the both team.

Chelsea is playing home against Manu which means if Manchester will have this three points added to theirs then Michael Carrick will have to work for it. I agree, they have good players but a mediocre coach is what they currently have and I blame the owner for hiring such a coach. They have won only one game in their last 6 matches, personally, Chelsea would have been more better off if they had still retained Maresca instead of sacking him and hiring Rosenior in his place. They would need to get a better a man for the job next season but I still don't think this new owner has the talent for identifying good managers because from his selection of manager since he took over speaks volume in that aspect.

I agree with you, by now they should have kept Maresca and continued until the end, but the team is already suffering then they opt for changes that in any case instead of bringing improvements only bring problems, and lo and behold the omelette has been made.

We just don't know why every end of the season Arsenal performance always drop and they used to start the season very well but somehow lose their balance at the end. It's hard to imagine how sad it would be if Arsenal failed to win the EPL title again in their fourth season even though they were so far ahead of the teams below them. Manchester City still has a game in hand one game behind Arsenal who have played 32 games while City have only played 31. If Pep Guardiola's team wins that one remaining match the points gap between them will be even closer with only a three-point difference between them.

It's difficult for Arsenal to win their remaining six Premier League matches this season especially after their previous defeat to Bournemouth.

By the looks of it (at least what google says, I am not sure) fifth place goes to UCL too next year. It means that Chelsea is sixth and at 48 points while United is at 55 points. That is a seven point gap between United and UCL, and I would say that it would be very tough for them to lose that many points in this few games.

6 games are left, and in six games, they have to lose 7 points AND Chelsea has to win them all. In fact, I can say so much so that Chelsea would barely make more than 7 points in the six games, they will get maybe like 10 or so.

In the world thought f football, everyone always have a chance to win anything at anytime. It all depends on your style of play, mentality and good performance. With the way Arsenal is playing, you would doubt if they can lift any trophy this season again. Imagine bit even Creating goal opportunities for a whole 90 minutes. There play is just so bad that we are expecting nothing from them anymore. They were very lucky to have scored a stoppage time goal at Portugal last week, else they would have gone to extra 30 minutes of play since they failed to score at least a goal im Emirates to seal there winning.

City awaits them this weekend, and if they lose, then maybe, it might be over for them or not yet, but loosing will just look like completely loosing the premier league again already, and they have to avoid it by all means. It's gonna be tough, but they have to play better
