Tottenham vs Liverpool.

Tottenham today had the better spirit to win the game. Liverpool haven't been good enough in their last few games and Tottenham should be able to take advantage of that. Even though Tottenham haven't won in the last few season against Liverpool, I think it's time for them to do it.

With zero win in our last PL matches (including 3 draws & 2 losses), I think it's high time for Liverpool to start winning games again, beating Tottenham shouldn't be a problem. We did it in December, we can do it again. I'm only speculating but I think we have a good chance to win today.

What happens when Liverpool surprises everyone today with an interesting performance and win?

It's natural because Liverpool are used to winning against Tottenham, but what if Liverpool play badly and have to lose for the umpteenth time ?

Just so you know, Klopp would be putting out a packed squad for the clash. Hendo and Matip might start which will give our defense some boost.

Well, we will know who comes out top after the 90 mins gameplay. I'm a fan so my prediction is a bit biased.

Today if Liverpool wins then surely we are going to have very good season because after many years its happening we have too many teams in race after 20 rounds because now its wide open with bad games of Liverpool and good wins for both Manchester clubs Leicester is also doing good but sadly 3 clubs from London are doing bad hopefully these will also do some better for entertaining end of this season.

Yes i think Liverpool is difficult to win. Tottenham Hotspur are in good form, they have not lost in four match. Unlike Liverpool, they are unstable, in four matches they have lost two times. History In 3 matches Mourinho always lost to Klopp. But I think today will be different. In the betting market there are many who favorite Liverpool to win, but I think a draw is fair to them if anyone wins I think Tottenham Hotspur.

Liverpool are not in their best shape right now and Mourinho is good at defending. It's hard to imagine that Liverpool will not be able to score a goal in a match with such a strong attack, but Tottenham will play defensively in this match and anything is possible. I will be rooting for Liverpool, but there is a feeling that it will be very difficult for them to win today.

Despite what I have said I think teams like Manchester City or Leceister once given a chance to have a gap/buffer or rather some breathing room,there will be no catching the runaways...with that said this also leaves Liverpool with so much pressure who play in a few minutes as the play a Spurs side that's desperate for the points and if we are to separate the two I see Mourinhos team coming top because they might be mentally ready for this one and just have the edge over the Reds.

First Manchester United not lost against Southampton they lost against Sheffield United which is 20th ranked team in EPL table and secondly its right now we have some good competition between top ranked teams because points gape is not good enough and all giving their 100% few suffering badly due to injuries but still its wide open and good race for this year title.

Liam Gallagher must be very happy Manchester City is performing awesomely lately. The last five wins in a row launched them in Premier League first position and also allowed me to get a decent profit in my latest EPL bets.
I would have not put a single satoshi on them leading the standings at some point this season but now everything changed. The might run for the title if they keep playing like this.

Tottenham-Liverpool match is still going on 0-0. Heung-Min Son scored a goal in the first minutes of the match but it was cancelled by VAR. Liverpool have been the dominant side so far. I hope Liverpool win this game and finally start having a good form.

Dominating the game is not enough, it happened in almost all their previous game including the lost against Southampton as well as the lost against United in FA Cup.
What they need to do is to maximize their chance to score goals and win the game.
IMO it is their main problem of Liverpool in their last matched when they dominated the game but failed to score goals.

The match started of really strong with chances for both teams but Liverpool were dominant for most parts and just get lucky with a defensive mishap and miscommunication among Eric Dier and Lloris who both let the ball through to Firmino.  Tottenham Hotspurs 0 - 1 Liverpool at half time

So far so good, everything is going well for us. We dominated the first half with everything we got. Tottenham had just 1-2 moments of their own but it was dealt with superbly. Happy to see Matip in defense today. Gives me some sorta assurance. Forgot to mention, great goal by Firmino thanks to Mane's assist.

I just need us to maintain the lead or possibly add more.

I'm glad that we finally broke our winless run even if it took this long (5 games). Liverpool was clearly the better team out there and Tottenham had nothing to offer whenever they were moving forward. I mean, even Son was nowhere to be found throughout the duration of the match.

Man city is actually above Liverpool with 4 points (41 / 37) and they have an outstanding match to play. Regardless the title is still in sight.
Fun fact: This is the first time we have won a PL game that Thiago Alcantara started in.

It's true that Liverpool are back on track by successfully beating Tottenham, even though the last 5 matches in the Premier League Liverpool couldn't
win a single match. Even Liverpool in the previous game were humiliated by Burnley, but now Liverpool are proving that they are still worthy of winning
the Premier League this season. By beating Tottenham this will make the morale of Liverpool players go up again, so the victory against Tottenham is
indeed very important for Liverpool. I agree that this Liverpool victory makes the Premier League even more interesting, because the Big 4 points
difference is not that far away. So it's still hard to guess who will be the Premier League champions this season.

I really expected them @Liverpool to win the Spurs Vs Liverpool game and it ended in a Spurs 1-3 Liverpool. Still I still believe it's far too early to decisively say that, Liverpool are back on track based on a single good performance in a single game. They need this game and they know that and looking at the team and coach for which they were playing against, they are sure to give it there best as seen today. They even got a wake up call from Son's 3' minutes disallowed goal.
Now, they are 4th on the league table and would as well be watching Manchester city, a worthy rival dominate the league as at now.

Another failed match for Tottenham and Mourinho against Liverpool and two lost matches show Spurs have still been lack of important defensive quality for trophy-decisive matches. They won some important matches in top 6 but lost 2 against Liverpool. I know only those 2 matches won't help Spurs get or lose a trophy but they will have to work harder in the rest of this season and rest clashes with top clubs, now it seems big 6 or big 7.

Liverpool can win or lose the trophy competition but even if they can not protect it, their performance is very impressive so far. Klopp proves he is great manager and has brought Liverpool to a new era for this club. A new generation of home-grown players have brought to lights of Premier League by Klopp.

Liverpool are the best in the EPL continued match to add to their unbeaten streak with Tottenham this season. Despite appearing inconsistently in the last few matche, Liverpool seemed reluctant to let Tottenham get the full point in every matche.

I'm glad that we finally broke our winless run even if it took this long (5 games). Liverpool was clearly the better team out there and Tottenham had nothing to offer whenever they were moving forward. I mean, even Son was nowhere to be found throughout the duration of the match.

You seem very confident that Liverpool are going to have a great game against Tottenham and in fact they are doing very well. Liverpool's win is one of those thing that doesn't surprise me at all because they have to do better in every game. But their string of poor result so far has cast doubt on many from betting on Liverpool. Yet they answered all doubt with a fine win. A score of 1-3 is a score enough to silence Mourinho's mouth.

Great game from Liverpool and perfect match to register the first win of the PL this year and be back on track after winless and goalless streak. I loved the way they were continuously making runs and making movements totally disturbing their defence over and over again. They knew who their weakest point was in defence and continued to attack that. As for spurs, they completely relied on counter attack and waited for their moment but Klopp and his men knew what was coming.

After 5 matches, Liverpool has been able to win one match. And they got a great win against Tottenham. Tottenham didn't get a chance to attack too much. This victory of Liverpool was very necessary. They slowly moved far away from the title. Hopefully, They will do more great performances and win in the upcoming matches
