If you have read my comments here earlier you will notice where I pointed out that Manchester United will need to perform are a miracle in the match against Liverpool and last night, the game proved that Manchester United have re-strategized their formation to beat the most tteamsin their group this season.

Liverpool's underperformance in the last night's game is quite unusual and Manchester United took advantage of that to make a big difference in their point on the table, this match also shows the level of preparedness in the side of the club which has lost several matches in the past.

Erik Ten Hak's strategy worked flawlessly in that match, Super Pressing was done very well by the players, the rotation was quite impactful, with Erik Ten Hak using Diogo Dalot, Raphael Varane, Lisandro Martinez and Tyrell Malacia to defend the defence.

Manchester United's game scheme already looks good from the start of the game, despite losing possession of the ball, the only player I think is less than optimal is Bruno Fernandez, this player has lost the ball at his feet several times due to holding too much.
so there are some opportunities that can't be solved perfectly.

Other Manchester United players played quite impressively, even Mohamed Salah was made difficult to develop and create chances, so Liverpool had quite a hard time breaking into United's defense, many Liverpool players were frustrated and couldn't do much in the match.

Manchester United's victory last night was the beginning of the revival of the Red Devils team to pursue the points that were expected by their fans.

It was one of the best games Manchester United have played in a long time so coach Erik ten Hag seems determined to get things right. One or two transfers are on the agenda.

It is a long time since a last win of Manchester United against Liverpool so this win is important for United to get their confidence back. I don't think we can assume like this. First, DeJong did not join United. Second, no one knows he would succeed in United if he joins or would fail. Reason is, with the duo Casemiro and De Jong working together in the club to handle that midfield, that will be incredible in opinion, thus will really bring a lot of changes to Man United team at large and unexpected could happen ( I never expected they would have won Liverpool just after the signing of Casemiro), but this will work out very well if Christiano Ronaldo still remains in the club,  because they gonna do the job why Ronaldo will do what he knows very well to do, that finishing.

Liverpool was just unlucky in this match, because in 90 minutes, Liverpool dominated the game and the statistics were good. There's one thing I noticed when the Manchester United players scored the first goal even though there were some Liverpool defenders in the penalty area, they didn't pay attention to the movement of the MU players. Likewise in the second goal, the Liverpool defender was caught off guard and again paid less attention to the movement of MU players. Weaknesses that must be fixed by Klopp. IMO

But after losing by Brentford Erik ten Hag implemented a more disciplined training system and additional training as punishment, perhaps because of this the Manchester United squad could play well in the match against Liverpool. Because that's all the info out there, which means it's possible that this method actually works on the team to boost morale and apart from that it doesn't seem to exist. Because if it's only about Maguire being on the bench, I think Maguire has also been treated like this before who wasn't included in the starting eleven but the result was the same. The midfield were outplayed. Alexander Arnold had a tough day. There was no support from the midfield for him.The point is Klopp needs to make huge change after this, and push for some massive transfers. If you check Liverpool have been stale for a long time now, and they have ridden their luck, but their mediocrity is really starting to show now.

The weekend that just pass, was really not good for big clubs. Rather they were the victims of defeats, like Chelsea losing 3 nil to Leeds United and Manchester city escaping defeats by playing a 3-3 draw with Newcastle. Then last night, Liverpool recorded their first loss for the new season which was triggered by Manchester United. Only Arsenal escape with a heavy win against Bournemouth which ended 3 nil. There are good and bad news, that's how the premier league Operates, not all time we expect the big clubs to win games.

Losing Mane seems to have disturbed the stability of Liverpool attacking line, especially like during last night match when Nunez was injured, I see if there was no one player who could take Mane role at Liverpool, I don't think Salah has been able not have a good chemistry with other Liverpool players besides Mane for so far, besides that Manchester United performance was beyond our expectations last night, Manchester appearance was quite extraordinary and the tight defense made by Martinez and Varane was really able to break every attack made by Liverpool.

Liverpool tried their best, Liverpool is feeling the heat of mane departure. I think Klopp destroyed this team with his stubbornness. Klopp is a just a lucky man not a coach... what the hell is Elliot doing on the field when u have keita to play at the midfield..Van dyke has been the worst player on the field so far. He has lost form. See how defense he look. Liverpool is just trash this season and no hope of redemption for them. Except the management do something about the midfield issue and revamp the defence.

The new season has been running for 3 weeks, it's too soon to evaluate every team. indeed the performance at the beginning of the season for both teams, Liverpool and MU this season was not good. but I think an increase could happen in the middle of the season.
we can see how Barcelona last season performed poorly at the start of the season. and they bounced after mid-season. and every club I think can surprise anyone.
Liverpool and Manchester United in my opinion have good qualities to be able to show that they are not losers this season.

Yes truly the season just starts three weeks ago, but this has been one of the lowest points both teams you mentioned had got at the beginning of the season like this, take a look at Manchester City, giving in their best against Newcastle just to make sure that their performance in the fist few games are not in loss, both Liverpool and Manchester United will bounce back no doubt, but the gap between them and the leader of the table is getting wider

Lisandro Martinez role was quite prominent in manchester United third game. It's as if he got a special task from Erik ten Hag to look after three Liverpool players (Mo. Salah, Luis Diaz and Firmino). The three of them were made unable to move freely as usual with the help of Raphael Varane.

You can see how Jadon Sancho goal happened. When Elanga delivered a pull pass to jadon Sancho, Trent Alexander-Arnold I thought should help chase to dissuade Sancho when he attempted to deflect a shot towards the Liverpool goal. He (Trent Arnold) is seen standing at the sight of his comrade lying down.

I had a hunch Man U could win this game, after all they had to prove that all was not yet lost for them, and Liverpool are also not in very good shape now... And the odds of them winning were very good... But after two disgraceful defeats not many people believed in them, especially against Liverpool...

Manchester United's problems are behind, the name is Maguire and Lindelof, if you observe when Maguire was start to the starting eleven,
MU defense was really messed up, especially De Gea who wasn't good enough to build up from behind,
and luckily they realized that in the match liverpool, by fielding Varane and Lisandro, yes they both played really well

Although he appeared less than optimal in the second match, today Martinez really showed his quality, Martinez good performance was able to help the Manchester defense to be better than when Maguire played, I think Ten Hag needs to take an attitude and also evaluate not to  play Maguire anymore for the next matches, I don't think there's any point in keeping Maguire in the squad just because he's a captain at the moment.

Their performance yesterday was better than their previous matches they have been playing, they didn't really play to my satisfaction but I think their is improvement, but I can't really say they are starting to be motivated because they managed to win yesterday's match, let's see what will happen in their next match and that will show if they are improving or not.

There was improvement compared to their first two matches. No one believed they will have a draw but the ended the game in a win. From their result the should have little motivation,  although the struggled to win but the were able to hold on to their lead.  i believe Ten Hag is gradually seeing a workable formation. Exempting Harry Maguire is his wisest decision since he joined old trafford. lets hope the motivation they have built find them a place in the top 5

The duo of dalot and Malacia did a good job as left and right back of Man Utd, the latter really checkmated and didn't give Salah breathing space and kept him quite in most of the duration of the match likewise Dalot handled Luiz Daiz very well, the duo of Varane and Martinez indeed compliment each other at the central defence, I don't think Maguire stand any chance of retaining a first eleven shirt in Man Utd going by the excellent performance of the duo in the defense, while Elanga and Sancho positioned themselves very well thus created a lot of space to run into Liverpool defence.

Do you know which team had the best defense last season? City and Liverpool have conceded the fewest, 26 goals all season, so Guardiola knows how to build a defense. Newcastle were able to score 3 goals against City in one match, which is a lot, but it could also speak to Newcastle's strength, that remains to be seen. City create a lot of chances at the opponent's goal, but their implementation is still not very good, out of 10 shots on target City managed to convert only 3, while Newcastle managed to convert 3 of 6 shots.

Yesternight was just what United fans have been clamoring for. Right now I see everyone is singing the praises of Maguire and Rashford because Man United won. But the story would have been different if they had lost to Liverpool. Anyways, I just want to mention that I think Ten Hag has finally found the ideal position for him Maguire. And I would also guess that it had some sort of impact on his stellar performance during the game. I also noticed the excellent team play as well. Looking forward to the next match.

United have really put in a great performance. It was very close that McGuire didn't play and neither did Ronaldo. Suddenly there seemed to be a completely different United than in the previous 2 games. Ten Hag is now suddenly the hero, while he couldn't do anything about it in the previous 2 games. That's how fast the criticism in England can go. Liverpool also have a bad start, 4 points from 3 games. The question now is whether United can maintain this level in the coming games, because it could also have been a fluke this game.
