Many people agree and respect the decision to postpone the events, but several people there criticize and disagree because the future will make the schedule even tighter. Even so, this is the right time for big clubs to recover the strategy and recalculate the deficiency, this is the best event for Leicester to think about how to get the first win in the next 2 week because the squad is never get a win on 6 matches, it is shamed for a club who stand on 8th on the last session.

Actually there is no specific rule that sports should be suspended or postponed. So the decision is up to the individual organisers, including the Premier League and FA. I agree that Potter and Tuchel is not so far in term of quality, but I mean Tuchel already has his time and chance to proof himself, and I think it's not wrong for Tood Boehly to give another coach a chance with Chelsea. actually i don't think that potter will be able to bring chelsea much better than tuchel because potter is ex-brighton & hove coach, but the development of the team is not better

I agree that Potter is not a bad manager, but so wasn't Tuchel, anyone who thinks that Potter is a better manager than Potter would be kidding themselves. Could the team get better? Of course it can, but so it could have with Tuchel. However the ownership deal is real, that is a problem because in the long run if the ownership doesn't let the football people take care of the football stuff and put a good amount of money to be spent, then this team will get worse and worse. Abramovich spent so much money on Chelsea to make them better, on the other hand current guy didn't do that and this is the real cause why they do not have proper transfers and better roster and these bad results.

edit: by the way, I do not mean "not spend money" as in he didn't make any transfers, they did, they spent quite a lot in fact, spent like 200 million to make the team better, but the problem is they didn't get players that are superstars, and instead got players for way too high price, just to get them. He did transfers to show the fans he is doing something, if he spent this much money, he could have gotten so many more players that were better and would be amazing branding too. Todd boehley was taking a decision without trying to give at least a few last chances. The only problem is building the dream team is taking the time. How can a coach build the team once the owner can't even be patience for that? i know that if there are some successors of chelsea that came during the middle of season but that's depending on the team's luck.

Potter  is not really an advancement to Tuchel and there is rarely anyone who would chose Potter over Tuchel in the coaching business, unless for some special reasons which I believe is why Todd did so. The reasons could be that Todd wants a coach that he hired himself, who would be loyal to him without reservations. There are many things attached to change of ownership. I think many things are stikk strange to the new Chelsea owner, it could be that he feels threatened and the only means to overcome that is to hire his loyalists.

Besides that or some other internal cracks, I don't see much reason to fire Tuchel and hire Potter because both are on same quality and I can even say that the former is better.
It would not be bad if Brighton can hire Tuchel so  that we can totally turn the table around and feel the competition.

Even though the EPL has been postponed and has given space to improve from previous mistakes but Graham Potter as the new Chelsea coach will be presented in the Champions League match directly against Salzburg, for me it is not easy to face heavy pressure for Graham Potter but that's what we know that Chelsea still have a good squad value meaning that with the new care Potter can improve from the previous Tuchel.

Two-week delay to honor Queen Elizabeth's death is too much. I think a day off as national mourning of Queen Elizabeth's death and everything will be back to normal. I know Queen Elizabeth's death is a very big event in England but Premier League clubs can't just postpone for two week because of that. The Champion League is ongoing, a tight schedule with matches from both Premier League and Champion League close or even overlapping with each other will be big trouble for England's clubs. They won't have enough time for players to rest or recover from injury and will lower the performance in both leagues.

Last year, covid broke the calendar of games, and this year officials want to break it due to the death of the queen. I respect the queen and national traditions, but I think such a long mourning is unreasonable. Do not think that I'm cynical, but dying at 96 is absolutely normal - I think that many of those who sit on this forum will not live to that age.
