At the moment, the chances of Liverpool to get into the top 4 are estimated by the bookmakers as 3.25 (the top four teams are obviously the favorites). These are better chances than any other club below fourth place right now but I would argue that the odds of 3.25 don't reflect the hopelessness of Liverpool's position. I don't think they even make it into the top 5.

I do not understand when Liverpool is actually going to be able to perform better this season. Or even if they will actually be able to do it or not. Because right now it does not feel like Liverpool is going to be able to perform as well as they should have. It will be even hard for Liverpool to get toward the top four. Whatever Liverpool is trying right now does not feel like it is going to work. Actually, it is not working at all.

I hope Liverpool does not fire the coach. You know he has achieved a lot with Liverpool, so he should be given a little more time.

Liverpool are gradually improving their business (I would like to believe it), but the problem is that competitors are also not standing still. I don't know, I actually still doubt Manchester United this season even though Ten Hag has managed to lift his team's motivation better since the World Cup ended. Nketiah might have filled in the boots of G. Jesus but, his not even 90% of G. Jesus just yet. The difference is still very huge between these two players. Nketiah isn't a play maker like G. Jesus, he doesn't really create any chances except to be positioned properly to take it wjen created. G. Jesus on the other hand is both play maker and goal scorer. When his pn the pitch, his sure to take 2-3 defenders to his side and create space for the attacks.
I think he would find it very easy to get his spot back once he returns from injury.

Jorginho doesn’t seem to have that ability to fill in the gap in Partey absence. Jorginho is way too slow and isn’t that physical able to go on some tackles. His side ways and backward passes might slow down Arsenal counter which is their most effective pattern of play this season. Also without Partey, Xhaka’s freedom in the pitch might be limited because he definitely needs to cover the defense more. Partey’s absence will be felt by Arsenal and there performance might even get affected

Even though their playing styles tend to be different, in terms of experience, it is clear that Jorginho knows what to do, especially since he has been in the EPL for a long time, at least he already understands what the EPL team plays like.
I think this can actually be the difference because even at Chelsea at the moment he seems to be thrown away but still he is one who has tasted big competition and of course he is still very useful for Arsenal at this time.
