Newcastle back to level, and they definitely realized that this would make Man City more aggressive, therefore they directly changed their strategy and played defensive football. The strategy seemed to be successful because the score did not change until the match ended.

The offensive side in the second half was Manchester City for sure. Newcastle United we’re far better in the first half going forward than they did in the second half of the game. Manchester City found there City dominance in the second half, playing the high line and you can commend Newcastle United for what defense they put up to keep Manchester City at bay.

Not much mistakes from either side but, you can see clearly that Gundogan wasn’t very fit for the game. He had lots of chances and each time, came by some mistakes.

Another game where Manchester City have to share points after the Arsenal disappointment. Pep is surely not pleased by this outcome but, it was a good performance from both teams I would say.

Pinalti Voucher deserves because the momentum of the offence cannot be avoided. When it entered 7 minutes of added time Man City really issued all its abilities to penetrate the opponent's defence but the final result had to be various points and this result benefited Liverpool, Aston Villa and Arsenal to steal the top position of the standings.
Without KDB and Rodri, Man City attack is a little lacking in creation other than relying on Bernando Silva  

Well I'm not too surprised by the result, I will even say it's not a bad result for Manchester city. It's better than losing the entire 3 points. The psychological effect of losing both Rodri and Kelvin does have an impact in the city side. Although Manchester city have always find it difficult to win at St James park. Before this match I already predicted that it will end this way, that's why I'm not shocked by the eventual outcome of the match. The season is still very long and many things can happen. I just hope that Manchester city can get back to winning ways very soon. When you are missing two of your best players in a ground that people find it difficult to win, you will appreciate the one point that you got from there, and I know Pep will be satisfied with the result of the match.

It's really incredible how Newcastle was able to draw this game against Manchester city, this is to show that the absence of Kevin De Bruyne and Rodri really affected Manchester city so much because İlkay Gündoğan and Phil Foden were unable to handle the midfield perfectly. however, i didn't believe Manchester city will play draw against Newcastle but it is what it is. Manchester city have now played 3 draws out of the last 4 games they played in all competitions and by playing this draw against Newcastle, they will literally lose the top of the table to either Liverpool, Aston villa or Arsenal though i remembered a situation like this last season when Arsenal and Liverpool were presented with similar advantage over Manchester city but the both teams couldn't utilize it instead they lost woefully.

Losing four points in two consecutive games is a setback for Manchester City, now their position is under threat from their rivals because the points gap is getting closer. City are threatened with dropping to third place if Liverpool beat Wolves and Aston Villa manage to take full points against Ipswich Town. Manchester City's attack pattern often became deadlocked because Newcastle's defense was very tight, the wingers had to make backpasses back to the midfielders because their teammates in the opponent's defense area were guarded very tightly. Newcastle also do not want to lose points at their home base, they prefer to secure a draw rather than lose in front of their supporters.

Maybe I am even more frustrated than pep today, because my streaming service couldn't connect to the server for the second half of the game. Don't really know what happened, but I watched the first half smoothly with it. Well, a draw or win for Newcastle was part of what I predicted yesterday, but it seems both side had to share all points. Back to back draws for city now, which shows that Rodri's absent this season can be a problem to them. I am not sure of why foden have not been starting this season, but I hope pep knows what he is doing. City still remains top with 14 points, but they've played more games because today's fixture was actually an early kickoff. This is a clear opportunity for Liverpool, Villa or Arsenal to move top. I just hope my streaming service works perfectly for the next games.

Honestly, I personally didn't expect Manchester City to be held to a draw by Newcastle in this match. The reason is, from the start of the first half, Halland and his friends played quite impressively. It was proven that in the 35th minute, Gvardiol was able to score a goal against Newcastle. After this goal, I personally hoped that Manchester City would score again in the second half, but in reality Manchester City lost concentration and Newcastle managed to equalize in the 58th minute from the penalty spot. But unfortunately, until the referee blew the whistle to signal the end of the match, the score was still tied. So Manchester City must accept this draw and maybe with this draw Manchester City's position at the top of the Premier League standings will be slightly threatened. I agree, the draw between Manchester City and Newcastle certainly came as a surprise. Despite Manchester City's dominance in the first half, they were unable to maintain the pressure throughout the second half which allowed Newcastle to equalize. This result does pose potential concerns for Manchester City's position at the top of the Premier League.

Your point about Liverpool potentially shifting Manchester City's position by winning against Wolves is plausible. Currently, Liverpool's form is impressive and they seem to have the upper hand against the Wolves.

It’s surprising that Manchester City drew this game. It’s not the result one would expect from Manchester City. Looks like they have not recovered from losing Rodri and Kevin de Bruyne. Rodri will be gone for a whole season, a player like Rodri needs to be playing every important game for City because he is imo the currently best defensive midfielder in the world. Manchester City have to get a good replacement in that position if they want to remain at top level and fight for trophies this season.

The game ended in a 1-1 draw after the final whistle, it wasn't expected this game was going to be such a tough one for Manchester city because they were seen as a very god side and having all their first 11 playing in this game except for Rodri was enough reason to believe they were going to win or probably get more goals than they got but then i observe that since the new ownership of Newcastle came in, their gaming pattern have changed and they now look even serious than before because i know before now they usually get to play on a n average performance such that against a team as Manchester city they would be having to loose and not a draw probably with almost no goal but their playing patter today was really different and they were able to share points with Manchester city.

Newcastle always have a very good performance when they play at home, it is always a difficult fixture for any away team that visits. Manchester City drop points again after their lucky draw last week against Arsenal, giving Arsenal an opportunity that they are currently taking. Arsenal lead Leicester city by a goal already and they are completely dominant. I cannot imagine Leicester winning this game with the way Arsenal are pressing with possession and outside possession.

Chelsea has been deficit with one goal by Gutter on the 7 minutes of the game. Brighton looks very sharp in this match and they are creating more chances for them to be able to acorw their swcond goal in Stamford bridge.

I don't know why Chelsea are not yet balanced with the game despite playing at home. Quite some few chances have been misused by the blues. I hope that Chelsea will be able to equalize this match and if possible win Brighton but that depends on their eagerness and seriousness to win the game. Cole Palmer is fucking hot today as he has scored a hat-trick in just 10 minutes to give his club all three points. Chelsea's attack is too strong for Brighton defense to contain because I can see the laxity in their defense.

Chelsea goalkeeper has made a wrong pass which led to him conceding a goal three minutes after Palmer score by Baleba to make the scoreline 3-2. There is still more goals in this match as Brighton have started pressuring Chelsea defense in order to equalize the third goal.
