I'm not a Manchester United fan but I feel very bad for the club at this point. The reason why the club's management have refused to sack Erik ten Hag despite his consistent poor results with the club is yet to be revealed but I don't think there's any reason that should justify the club management's decision to retain him.
The support the Dutchman have been enjoying from the club management is another reason why he's refused to improve because to him, his job isn't in any risk wether he gets good results or not. Maybe the club management is very okay with how the club have been reduced to an average club.

Ten Hag may have succeeded in bringing Man United to maximum results in the first season of his arrival at this club. But in the second season and in the current third season we have only seen the disappointing results obtained by Man United with Ten Hag. So everyone didn't understand why it seemed like Ten Hag even acted as if he was still in a safe position and Ten Hag didn't seem at all afraid of being fired. Honestly, I don't like this condition. Maybe I'm not a Man United fan either. but I follow this team for a long time. So seeing this team experiencing a setback like this now feels a little sad.

As an Arsenal fan, I was very surprised with Liverpool's performance this season under Arne Slot; I was expecting him to have some hard times to adapt to the whole situation around Premeier League but he was very lucky to keep on with the players Klopp left in the team which are very good, he just built good relationship with them and they are fighting for the Premier League title, which is very amazing.

But having a good start dosen't guarantee a good ending; he can also drop points just as any other teams are dropping because thats how the Premier League is, he has experienced it in their 1-0 defeat by Nottingham Forest at Anfield, and he is yet to play against big teams which will be among what will determine their succcess in the title race even though they are capable of getting points against big teams like Manchester City, Arsenal, Chelsea, and Manchester United. Lets wait and see how they can perform against these big teams then we can predict if they can be capable of winning the title.

Liverpool made a good move by not making many changes to their squad after Klopp left. And even in the transfer market yesterday, we know that Liverpool were the ones who made the least moves in the hunt at that time. So this allows Arne Slot to focus more on adapting to existing players who are Klopp's legacy. Klopp seems to have prepared everything for the new coach at this time. But still maintaining the quality of the previous coach should not be an easy job. But as can be seen Liverpool are doing well with Slot so far. It could even be said that Liverpool is developing better. Now we just have to know what the results would be if Liverpool played against another strong team.

Recently we saw news about Stefan Ortega the goalkeeper of Macnshter City. Since Mnachte City usually used their first goalkeeper Ederson in the past season and Ederson was stable enough, Ortega couldn't have the enough chance to play for his team and he was usually out of the field which made him unhappy, and that's why he even asked the team to let him leave. Because he wanted to be in a team where he could have more chances to play. Ortega was even ready to receive some offers and leave.
But now it seems Manchester City doesn't want to leave and Guardiola said Ortega should stay in Manchester City until the end of this season.

Erik Ten Hag has nothing to offer for Manchester United I was thinking Manchester United will sack Erik Ten Hag last season due to there poor performance in the league despite winning the FA cup trophy against Manchester City last season, I thought a new couch will continue with Manchester United this season but I still saw Erik Ten Hag.

I believe there must have been an agreement between him and Manchester United management or board that has made them never to dismiss Erik Ten Hag till now.

I think they have given him enough time to see if there will be a little change but no way instead it is getting worst, Manchester United can't remember when last they won a game is either they loss or draw, if the management still instead they won't sack him than it is left for them to see more than a worst from Erik Ten Hag and Manchester United.

Manchester United have spent a lot of money building up their squad over the last few seasons. Manchester United bought players like Antony and Hojlund at high prices. But Manchester United is not getting good performance as expected from them. And these two transfers were made by Manchester United management on the advice of Ten Hag. But both of these were bad investments by Manchester United.

I don't like Ten Hag's match strategy. Bonding between players is very weak. Since joining with Manchester City on season 2022/2023 Stefan Ortega haven't gets much opportunities to playing regular this because Guardiola always be rely on Ederson for goalkeeper position and last season Stefan Ortega only played 9 times in Premier league so it is normal if he starting to feeling frustrated and worried about his future in Manchester City especially he was dreaming to playing with Germany national team someday
