Thomas Frank should take the blame for yesterday’s defeat against PSG, he should have maintained his team like that to play the last part of the match since he was leading by two goals because the substitutions he made affected the midfield which helped the PSG midfielders to get more possession and produced two goals within five minutes; it was a shameful night for Tottenham because they had the opportunity to make another history, but misused it.

I was surprised that Tottenham couldn’t get a win yesterday, they were winning the match 2-0, and I was already so confident that Tottenham will win the UEFA super cup, I was just surprise how PSG equalized towards ending of the match which leads them to penalty shootout, and Tottenham were not just lucky in the penalty shootout. How will they be winning 2-0, and they allowed PSG to score 2 goals within 9 minutes, thats so bad because I never believed that, they should have defended then two goals with everything.

The premier league will be starting tomorrow, Tottenham are suppose to learn from their mistake, the coach made some wrong substitution which affected the team, and PSG took advantage of that and were able to equalize. Tottenham will have to work on their midfield and defense, they shouldn’t make it so easy for their opponents to penetrate.

You don't need to relax until the referee blow the final whistle. Tottenham coach got confident that we have won the game and did some wrong substitutions that gave PSG chance to score two goals in final moment of the game. Not many times we have seen in final, teams conceding crucial goals in final moment of the game. PSG recently lost to Chelsea in FIFA Club world cup and it will be their second major defat in a row but they somehow escaped that. It was an excellent opportunity for Tottenham to beat one of world's finest club. 

     

That match was a painful defeat for Tottenham, whether due to their own carelessness or because PSG manager Luis Enrique has a strategy that can turn things around even in crucial positions, and Luis Enrique is indeed a genius coach.

Does Tottenham even have defenders to substitute? that should be the question and not to point blame at Thomas Frank because the defenders that was featured in that game was the best option available for Thomas Frank. Let's just accept the fact that PSG was the superior team and they showed their superiority against Tottenham. The only blame should be the players because when the game approached 80 minutes what they should have done would have been to fall back to the defence but they thought that PSG cannot equalize 2 goals before full time so they became so relaxed and PSG gave them the shocking surprise and won the UEFA Super Cup.

It looks like you are getting upset here buddy, I don't think it's necessary because he is just sharing his taught and sentiment, though I see this game as a difficult game because if you look at their head too head record in their past five meetings, arsenal has the upper hand because they have won three out of five, while Manchester united has won only once, and they drew just once, so he has every right to believe that arsenal might win easily because in football, head too head record plays a major role on who comes out victorious, because their are some teams that may not be good but they knows how to defeat a particular opponent anytime they meet, that's why head too head record are very important.

Frankly speaking, Thomas Frank ruined everything he built with his own hand. I mean, Tottenham already had it in their bag with a two goals lead and suddenly changed the way they were playing completely after sixty minutes into the game and parked bus behind. You can't just sit back and invite your opponent into your own half especially with a club like PSG. Moreover, every substitution Frank made weaken the team the more killing the spirit. It's early to start criticising but he should take accountability for that terrible error. He can give players playing time but not when it's important game as this and trophy is involved. You hardly get away with it when you subbed out players that hold the game.

It seems you guys are judging this game base on last 5 games this both teams has played, Manchester United wasn't in a good form last season that was why Arsenal has more win than Manchester United, this season will entirely be a different season at least Manchester United has added some new players to the team, it is of recent that Arsenal starts winning Manchester United if we even look at their over all head to head you will see that Manchester United has more win than Arsenal so until this game is been played let's not go into conclusions.

 I get where you’re coming from — Arsenal’s consistency and squad chemistry right now really do look stronger than United’s. Even last season, without the extra signings, they were more solid in both midfield control and defensive stability. This summer’s additions have only boosted that.
On the other hand, I wouldn’t write off United completely just yet. Pre-season form can be misleading, and sometimes a couple of new signings need more than a few matches to gel into the system. Ten Hag might still find the right formula, especially in high-profile games like this one.

The anticipation in the direction of this fixture I must say is epic, amongst friends and other persons I find around, this has been one of the most discussed fixtures to start off the season with and we mostly  know why. anyone that has watched out for games like this can easily recount series of instances where similar thing plays out between teams that never gives up an an average team like totteham hortpur that lacks the mentality when it comes to remaining resolute in moment that matters most. real madrid have done this kind of thing that PSG did to totteham time and time again and the reason why that works for them is just the kind of mentality that they have.

while the game was going on, i just told some guys at the viewing centre that this game will likely end in a draw because totteham lacked that maturity to defend this last ten minutes of the game.how do you even explain that you have been up and doing well for so long with almost evrything working in your favour and then all of a sudden you allow yourself to be beaten and taken to a penalty shootout that way? once it got into a penalty shootout, it was clear that it is no longer a 50/50 thing, opportunity does not come too often and so, it was clear that going into a shootout with a team you had the chance of beating was going to work against you by all means.
