With situation of the club, lack of competitiveness, it's really hard for them to convince star players to join them. They are facing with similar problems like Chelsea, Manchester City and PSG years ago when they suddenly got rich and had abundant money as well as budget for player transfers but they had to choose tier-2 star players.
