The squash at Chelsea is quite a good one and they just need to build better chemistry amongst themselves to get them to be able to be far more productive with some more consistency than they have got now, since red cards is mostly their issue they sooner they will be back solid on their feet after the players must have served the disciplinary term for those cards, but they will need to be even more cautious moving forward because  they cannot continually go in that pase that they continually have key players not present and hope to get good results.

I don't think there's all this optimism at Chelsea and that it can be resolved so easily. There are some things that need to be reviewed, and one of them is the coach, who doesn't convince me at all. Enzo Maresca may be a good coach for many, but for me he's not behaving very well.

Would like to hear from you tough, what are your reasons? why you think Enzo Maresca is not good enough as a chelsea coach? This is a man who in a very short period of time have bring them glory, won the Europa conference league, the club World Cup and also secured them a qualification into the champions league.
Like it or not, Enzo Maresca have bring in so much improvement in Chelsea. We have seen have Chelsea have struggled to get a good coach since Thomas Tuchel. Enzo Maresca is doing well and we can clearly see a blue print about what he wants Chelsea to be like.  

If Thomas Tuchel can be considered a good coach for Chelsea then so his Maresca so far, coming into a club in your first season and winning  European trophy for them if never easy and it should not be underrated.

I still hope to hear your reasons why you think Maresca is not good enough as a coach.

Crystal Palace's performance in the previous season was not that good. The team was in 12th place in the points table. They were able to win only 13 matches out of 38 matches.
But this season, Crystal Palace's performance is surprising everyone. The team is in 3rd place in the points table. And the only team in the Premier League who is still undefeated. Especially against giant teams like Liverpool, we have seen Crystal Palace win. The team is able to play very well. Whatever , there is no way to say for sure whether they will be able to maintain this good performance.

At least they won this time around despite the red card although it was gotten very late in the game. To be honest, there was nothing special about the Chelsea vs Benfica game and even though some would argue that it's because Jose Mourinho made a return to the Stamford bridge but the game was not as action packed as would have been expected of boys that are now under the tutelage of the phenomenal Jose Mourinho.

The only goal that came in that game was an own goal after the Blues put Benfica under pressure and they managed to win the Portuguese club yet another time.

That's something you would see in a club that have bunches of kids. Indiscipline and lack of mentality should be something needs to be addressed asap. It's insane to see them get back to back to back red card. Three reds in three games are showing their amateur display on the pitch. If they're not stopping it, they're doomed considering how big the numbers their injury players combined with banned due to the redcards. They needs to grow up asap.

Certain clubs are known for a certain way and style of play, that I understand as a fan, maybe they want him to back to system the team is known for. But the big question is, will this improve the team?

The 3-4-3 formation is certainly not suitable for Manchester United right now, as we can see how the team is always struggling, and Manchester United is consistently conceding more than two goals per game. I haven't read this rumor, but if it's true, I don't think Amorim is safe anymore, and this is unprecedented in football, as the top brass is starting to intervene with the coach. If we look at the results, the 4-3-3 formation is much better than 3-4-3 because the defense line is much more solid to ward off attacks built by the opponent and they can avoid fast attacks that the opponent tries to do in certain conditions.

It will certainly improve the system I'm quite sure of that, how can one play a three men defense against angry EPL strikers and again Manchester United defense is not really that solid so I really think it's a big risk in that Three men defense and it has not been working rather it makes things worse, this 3 4 3 formation only works for Jose Mourinho I don't know why Ruben Amorin thinks he can work with it in England, and again Ruben Amorin actually have nothing to offer let's leave formation aside, he's just another Erik Ten Hang in disguise, Manchester United is not that bad when it comes to players but he doesn't know how he can use them that's the problem here.

Look, forget about the European trophies you're talking about. Even with myself as their coach, I will definitely win them the conference league trophy playing against those average teams. The club world cup may be a slight point of argument here but I remembered we all agreed Chelsea had the easiest fixtures before getting to the final to play against Paris Saints German.

I think last season Crystal Palace also performed well against big teams, their only weakness was when facing equal teams which mostly ended in disappointment, which is why they only finished 12th. But they still managed to win the FA Cup. This season they look different, more consistent and in 6 Premier League matches they are unbeaten, besides they have faced strong teams in those 6 matches, I think there is a chance for CP to get into the top 4 this season.

Furthermore, Chelsea won against Benfica in the UCL last night. I think this was quite good for Chelsea, even though their performance in this match wasn't particularly special. Chelsea only managed a very narrow 1-0 victory, and that one goal came from an own goal by a Benfica player. So, if Benfica hadn't made any mistakes that led to own goals in this match, I'm pretty sure the result would have been a draw. So, given that, I think Chelsea's current performance is still less than satisfactory. Nevertheless, we should still commend their victory.

I fi d this really impressive, it was a narrow win but it has proven a point with Chelsea, most likely let us watch out for them this season in the champions league, even if they do not win but the level of challenge they will be putting out there is going to be such a one that will be impactfull through their stay in the league. I haven't heard this news or never even heard of it from any club, if this is true i think it will be complicated for them because usually management never interferes in strategic matters I mean it's totally the coach's decision. You know I think something else about this, for example management wants Amorim to get upset and leave the club   so no one was fired, just left of their own accord, meaning there are no sanctions or compensation.

I think there's an interference to certain teams and how they react to their philosophy. I will take Real Madrid for instance. Xabi Alonso with his Bayern Leverkusen team was know for his 3 - 4 - 3 formation and if you watched his first few games as a Real Madrid coach, you would have noticed that he was using this his known formation during the CWC. The fans were not ok with it and I'm sure if he had continued with it, Perez would have called him. I haven't heard of Liverpool facing the same injury slump as Real Madrid last season. They're simply experiencing a slump in shape and probably facing some unfortunate opponents – Crystal Palace started the season phenomenally well, and Galatasaray is always the strongest at home (plus, they're 7 wins out of 7 in the Turkish league). If Liverpool perform poorly again in the next game, which will be away against Chelsea, then we can talk about some systemic problems.

Lol, did you just say you can coach Chelsea and win the conference league. It just funny how you underrate the work Enzo Maresca have done at chelsea so far. Since there is a lack of good quality players in the team, Manchester United will have to focus more on preventing goals than scoring goals. At the moment, in the English Premier League, we can say that Manchester United's defense lineup is a weak defense line. In that case, if this weak defense lineup is arranged a little differently, maybe its performance will change. This is a much bigger situation for the manager, not only the manager but the players as well because if the manager had to do all he has to do, then the next step is up to the players to mind how they showcase themselves on the pitch... like you said, they have players who are out due to injury and the amount of players they have back in January are no longer in the squad which means things are getting bad for the club, this is the period where he needs some players he discarded like Sterling, I feel he can do better only if the manager can bring him back to the squad and again Delap won't be coming back this month so Enzo Maresca need to make use of the available players to stay on top of the EPL table at least in the top 5 position.
