Seriously I expected many goals from Arsenal in the match, I never expected Arsenal to score just a goal in the match, but it’s surprising how everything ended as 0-1. I notice that Arsenal are now finding it difficult to score many in goals matches now, they not scoring many goals like before. Arsenal completely dominated the match in the first half, Everton had 0 shots in the match.

When looking at the statistics and their current form, I expected this game to be close and tight, and I was not disappointed because my predictions were right, and If not for the penalty goal, arsenal wouldn't have scored this everton side.
The most important thing for arsenal in this game is to secure the whole three point even when they are not in their best for like this, that is how title is being won.

As for the lack of goals from this arsenal team in recent games, it's what Mikel arteta really needs to work on because they are showing the signs of behaving like the real arsenal we have know over the years, by not giving in a convincing performance now that the season is about to get into it defining moment.

Honestly, I have no big idea about this. Both teams sometimes play well, but sometimes the match is very inconsistent. However, at least Chelsea's performance so far is still quite good compared to Newcastle, so I think Chelsea can get a more optimal result this time. However, of course, this is if they play the full time and have no major errors again. So far, Chelsea's dominance has been higher for the win against Newcastle. Chelsea is not the favourite side to win the match, Newcastle Also have a good winning record this season, and they are playing at home which is an advantage for them too. So from the way I see it if we try to balance the situation Newcastle is the favourite to win the match.

Nevertheless Chelsea showed a good performance trying to balance the score line in the second half ending it with 2-2.
And James as expected contributed alot to make it happen, after scoring a stunning free kick against Newcastle.
I personally want to see more improvements from Chelsea if they are interested in winning the trophy this season, but from the way I see it, other big clubs like Arsenal and mancity are showing more of an interest to for the trophy more than them.

I don't think expecting Arsenal to score many goals with their current form is appropriate. We all know that Arsenal's performance is currently experiencing a significant decline, so I don't think it's very likely that Arsenal will score many goals in the matches they play. We can also see for ourselves that Arsenal's performance against Everton was very unsatisfactory.

Arsenal had many good chances in this match, but unfortunately, none of them were capitalized on. Therefore, I also feel that Arteta needs to sharpen Arsenal's front line. Initially I thought Newcastle will end up winning the match because of their dominance in the first half but Chelsea took the game to a whole new dimension, that comeback was lit and Chelsea took the game on their favour with the second half dominance.  I never expected this comeback but it’s very interesting and thrilling to watch.

Talking about Chelsea’s performance lately, they are not really in good form..they have only manage to win just once in their last five games in the premier league against Everton, they draw thrice against Newcastle, Bournemouth and Arsenal respectively and they lost against Leeds united. That’s a very poor performance from Chelsea, whereas Liverpool are kinda recovering and their performance is improving, they’ve won three out of their last five games and draw twice without any losses. If Chelsea didn’t improve their performance it won’t be surprising to see Liverpool overtake them in the league.

Not great from us, having to hang on for the win against 9 men but a win is a win. We are slowly creeping up the table and into the CL qualification places. The title is long gone, I am not not even getting involved in discussing that with regards to my team this season. That is an Arsenal and Man City conversation.

Liverpool got a win and they now are very closely with Chelsea and top four, it's enough. They have yet recovered from bottom of performances and their crisis but results seem to become better a little bit. Wirtz and Ekitike have performed better with time and they will only have to wait for good improvement of Isak in order to have a dangerous attacking system again.

Chelsea are too inconsistent in this season and this draw is a bad result for them, as Liverpool won their match and have same 29 points totally like Chelsea. Weeks ago, Chelsea were still in a title race and had enough good advantage for a position in top four, but now after latest bad performances, their fourth position is still at verge of losing control.

A draw is not going to happen,  you obviously want that so Liverpool can catch-up with Aston Villa and the same time Liverpool putting distance behind Manchester United but I'm so sorry to have you disappointed by the end of the game. It should be a Manchester United win or Aston Villa win. The lose of Bryan Mbeumo and Amad Diallo should hurt Manchester United but this is exactly where the youth from the academy comes in. A win would catapult them back into top 5.

When it comes to Manchester United I can never be neutral, I will always support any club that's playing against Manchester United. Aston Villa are in better condition to win Manchester United. I am strongly rooting for them to win, Manchester United are doing well these days and I don't like it. Looks like the premier league don't a team for us to banter anymore and it is taking away the joy from the fans especially we the the anti Manchester United. Manchester United fans won't have a good Christmas celebration, they deserve to celebrate Christmas knowing that they were defeated and I am counting on Aston Villa to do it for me.

One thing I like about the Mikel Arteta coached Arsenal team is that they might not necessarily be scoring too many goals but their defensive prowess saves them the most. I actually was expecting them to win game yesterday after Manchester City had earlier won and leapfrogged them into the top of the league and they were able to get all maximum three points just by scoring one goal. When it comes to scoring goals, Manchester City surely better records than Arsenal this season but defensively, Arsenal are better and that's why they're at the top of the league and will they be there till Christmas. Arsenal's ability to defend their one goal lead wasn't about luck, it happened because they are defensively disciplined enough to do it.
