This is a heavy blow for City, they are trying to be better, their performance has dropped and must be improved again, honestly I am very upset watching this match because my favorite team performed badly in this match, Arsenal will feel safe at the top of the standings, they will meet Nottingham and yes they will easily secure 3 points

Honestly, I’ll only believe that if Arsenal beat Nottingham Forest by at least three goals to nothing. Football doesn’t work that way most times. I’m sure you never expected Manchester United to beat Manchester City, not to talk of scoring three goals in the second half. That alone tells you anything can happen.
Arsenal will do everything possible to win because they want to extend their lead at the top of the table. But Nottingham Forest won’t just sit back and watch Arsenal walk away with the points. They will fight, defend, and make the game difficult. Don’t be surprised at all if Nottingham Forest end up holding Arsenal to a draw. I'm just having that feeling though..

I know it won't be easy for Arsenal no doubt but one thing I'm certain is Arsenal are definitely gonna take all three points home no matter how tough Nottingham Forest may be because this is a golden opportunity for Arsenal to really gain ground in the English premier League standings because Nottingham Forest is not that strong like they were last season and with that alone my confidence is quite strong that Arsenal is winning the game tonight, like I'm not really expecting lots of goals because Nottingham Forest won't give in just like that they will definitely fight but victory must be for the Gunners.

The game ended in a goalless draw, and that's the magic in football, that's the negative magic about Arsenal football club. And u would like to say that winning trophies is gonna be really difficult for that club called Arsenal. You don't dare throw away such an opportunity like this. No way. No other club does that, only Arsenal. They had the same chabec last week when Manchester city drew 1;1 in there game, they had the chance to go 8 points clear the table, but they failed to win, and thus week again, they had another chance to go 9 points clear, and they failed again. If Aston Villa wins tomorrow, the margin becomes 4 points, and I fear it they won't drop points further since they will be meeting the rejuvenated Manchester United.

i just hope at the end Arsenal don't do the usual thing of bottling the league when winning is crucial for them! Because that has always been their tradition over the years. Arsenal has a very clear chance of taking this season's trophy if they stay consistent, dropping point is not even an option!. Man city will surely be breathing down their neck so it is up to Arteta to find ways to keep winning games.

Every time Manchester City drops points, Arsenal keeps missing out on the chances to increase the point gals by getting a good win. Manchester City had a very uneasy game today, it’s a derby we would have expected to go the way of Manchester City but surprisingly, it was the other way round, Manchester United dominated the pitch, having more shots on target, blocked shots, played better and were more dangerous in their attacks. Several of their goals got canceled before that break that did set up Mbeumo for their first goal.

Arsenal has had a better opportunity this season and they had made good use of it but they couldn't win today which could have given them a 6 points lead ahead of City. In the other game between Manchester United and Manchester City, the result went the other way Manchester United was too strong for City to handle today they played better and got rewarded by scoring 2 goals which made them move back to the top 5 and increased their chances of being among the top 4.

I share thesame opinion with you because looking critically at this present football season in the premier League it seems to me that, there is no serious competition at the top of the league from the start of the season till now. That's why Arsenal has been able to leverage on this and is topping the league. But still then Arsenal too has not been able to put up a masterclass performance as they had been up and down in terms of their performance.


If Arsenal were really serious about winning the league they should have put forth a performance that would have been consistent but looking at what they are putting up personally speaking I would say that, Arsenal will not be topping the league if there were stiff competition coming from other teams. I expected that Arsenal should win Forests comfortable in today's game.

Manchester City have been performing poorly in their last few matches, so it was no surprise when they suffered a defeat in the derby. Didn't Manchester City lose to Manchester United today, but in the first leg Manchester City played at home and gave them a beating of their life. If you ask me to bet the game between Manchester United and city today and ask me to pick Manchester United as winner, I will say something is probably wrong with you, even if you give me money for free bet, I would have bet the opposite but what happened later? Arsenal are really messing up now, i don't think if Arsenal wins the league it has anything to do with luck, aside from the fact that they miss chances they have put in a lot of work this past few months, winning the title is something they deserve because they have won over 80 percent of their matches. it is just so disappointing that they didn't take advantage of today's game against Nottingham forest, if they had won this game then they would have enough gap between the teams in the second and third position

Manchester City are currently very defensively vulnerable and that is what Manchester United were able to exploit today in their game. Manchester City have some key defenders injured which means that for the time being before they are able to get replacements or either be able to adjust to the situation they will be very defensively vulnerable and any team that they come against with an attacking threat can likely defeat them. There was news about Guehi joining them, I do not think it is completely true or a done deal as may be thought. Their next game will be much easier than this fixture, it will be against Wolves, they should be able to win that game.

Especially in a derby match, it's hard to believe Manchester United could play that well. I don't know what motivated them to play so well today - but I think Michael Carrick is the reason behind the team's improved performance. Now Manchester United has become a major threat to Liverpool, whose position is starting to be jeopardized with a difference of only 1 point. Of course, I don't understand why Liverpool have performed so disappointingly in the last four consecutive matches – the team seems to be running out of steam and perhaps it's time for Slot to address this frustrating situation.

Arne Slot needs to be confident enough to prove that everything is fine – otherwise, he should leave Anfield. Their next game is against wolves I guess, which on paper, should be an easy win for City, but from what we've seen lately, especially in their 3 back to back draws, well I won't be surprised if we see the opposite. And assuming they happen to win the game against wolves, do you still think they can maintain that improvement in a back to back game against Liverpool and Newcastle?. From what I have seen so far, this current City team are not as perfect as they used to. Today game was also a prove that a good low block against City can also cost them points, and that was what Manchester United did, as they where able to isolate City's two wingers.

I don't expect much from City again. They're still going to win games, but I think they're going to drop important points as well. But of course, they will make it to the UCL next season by finding a way to finish in the top 4.

Watching the Derby of Manchester City and Manchester United, we can tell that this was truly unpredictable, as you have said it. In today's game we saw how the Manchester United Players where very zealous to win the game, and this was felt with the way they played well. Well it is never easy for the win, but let's give them the accolades, because 2 goals against Manchester City was never an easy one. Manchester United's good performance and victory over Manchester City was enjoyable. We can say Michael Carrick has brought good luck to United; he passed his first tough test successfully. With good transfers, the team could once again compete for championships with Carrick. Judging by just one match isn't fair. If Amorim had been there, this would have been a defeat in my opinion. Some people say Amorim is arrogant, which is perhaps why he couldn't fully connect with the players. There were also a few disallowed goals, they could have even won by a larger margin.

If Arsenal are leading the league by 4 points despite Gyökeres having that goal number, it's down to the outstanding performance of the other players. Yeah this is what I said yesterday that Manchester United has something that can surprise anyone and they did it in this match, even though almost everyone thinks Manchester City can win because they are ambitious to catch up with Arsenal. This bad result has slightly hampered Man City in the standings and are 7 points behind Arsenal, the same thing happened to other teams like Arsenal and Liverpool who only draw while Tottenham were beaten by West Ham yeah a lot of strange match results today. In another match, Chelsea seems to have managed to secure 3 points today and get out of the bad results in the last few matches because in the last 4 matches they could not win.
