Slot did an very amazing last season with Liverpool by winning Premier League title but things changed in this season and he has been under massive pressure and critiques several weeks after this season start. Now Liverpool are out of top four but they are only 2 points less than Manchester United and 1 point less than Chelsea, it's not good but not too bad at all. They can quickly return to top four with inconsistency of both Manchester United and Chelsea as I believe the honeymoon of Carrick with Manchester United will end soon.

However, Liverpool and Slot have to improve themselves as Liverpool in this season basically are very inconsistent and if they fail to improve it, they will not be able to take advantage of inconsistencies from Manchester United and Chelsea.

When you win the title with a team, and then suddenly change most of the team and spend 500 million, this is what you get. If a team won the league there is a reason how they managed to do it, and because of that they look like they were making a mistake by getting this many players.

I understand getting Ekitike, to replace Nunez and be striker, and I know their left winger unfortunately passed away, so they would need to replace him, but aside from that I would say only reasonable transfer they had all season long was Frimpong to replace Trent, rest were just waste of money.

Arteta is certainly an excellent coach who knows his stuff, that's for sure, and he is doing a great job and I am sure that he will be able to recognize the various small talents that are around Europe I am very convinced of it, and that he can make excellent grafts!

Same arteta that bottled the league for two consecutive seasons is the person you’re praising now. Well it’s football and fans are desperate to win titles when team play well and win matches  fans praise the coach and if they do otherwise coach and players take the blame. with the arsenal team performance this season both in the domestic league and the championship league if they fail to win at least  either of the trophy then there’s no reason he should keep managing the team.

However its very open for them to win the EPL with 14games left to be played and seated at the top of the table with 6points ahead of Manchester City  is a good one and is looking great for Arteta that his years of hard-work is paying off now. If they can keep up the performance then there’s no way they ain’t winning the league this season.

Like I really do wish Mikel Arteta to win this season English premier League title if not for anything but for the hard work and dedication he put in bringing back that team to live after several coaches has tried but fail so I really think Mikel Arteta deserves a reward of any of those trophy either the UEFA Champions League or the English premier League title, but we all know how Arsenal normally behave at the dying minutes of the season I just hope they didn't end this season that way because it will look more disappointing than ever and it will equally be a big disgrace to them.

We have seen coaches doing great with their tactics when they just started managing a team but in the long period as they continued the improvement declined, they couldn't sustain the aura they brought to the team. And it's for this that you see many fans are just being careful of praising Carrick immediately. Maybe the Manchester United management should give him more time with the job to watch where all this improved performance leads to.

Michael Carrick has got fans impress that is why they are happy with him. It is a normal phenomenon and nothing of any hyped. I also understand your point but if a team like Manchester United start showing improveed performance from bad to better, honestly the coach would be praised. Michael Carrick wouldnt be distracted by the overwhelming love from fans but he would be motivated.. I'm skeptical about Manchester United winning the title as they're tweleve points behind arsenal, instead they might finish in the top four this season then qualify to participate in the UEFA champions League next season.

It's quite understood that the Manchester United fans hasn't had it this great with their team for a distant time and it's getting them overjoyed by what Micheal Carrick is doing with the club as the improvement is just marveling that United have won 5 games, had 1 draw in 6 games under the interim coaching. He deserves the praise but not overly that it gets into his head, because this is what the media likes doing with big clubs like Manchester United.

Such could distract the man if he doesn't thread carefully assuming he's later giving the head coach job permanently. No way they would be winning the EPL trophy this season, their improvement is one that can only secure a spot in the top 4 for them should they be consistent with the form even against big equally teams.

It was a massive performance from Manchester city yesterday, and they have finally secured their way to the final which is an incredible one. Honestly, I thought Newcastle would make a come back in this second leg due to the fact that Manchester city was not in good condition, but I was pretty surprised about the way Manchester city trashed them in the first half. Of course, with this full force they used against Newcastle it's obvious that they have finally regain fully to play with Liverpool this weekend which might likely end in draw.

Man City's impressive performance has earned them a place in the final, where they will face Arsenal. This will be quite an interesting final because both teams are fighting for trophies, especially Arsenal who are fighting for several trophies this season. Man City also have a crucial match this week, facing Liverpool at Anfield. A loss for Man City would be a significant advantage for Arsenal as it would put them further ahead of Arsenal at the top of the standings.

This match is difficult to predict because both teams will be playing cautiously to avoid dropping points. Liverpool need a win in this match because they are fighting for a ticket to the Champions League with Man United whose performance is currently improving, so playing at home will be an advantage for Liverpool compared to Man City although there is no big guarantee under certain conditions.

The last 3 matches of man united have successfully defeated man city, arsenal and fulham in my opinion this is a sign that man united has experienced an increase in performance and certainly now the team that will face man united will be alert because man united is now stronger. in a few days we will see man united will face Tottenham in my opinion Tottenham will definitely try their best to beat man united and Tottenham also in their last match drew against man city in my opinion in the upcoming match will definitely be exciting because Tottenham's strength cannot be underestimated. in the last match man united vs Tottenham 2-2 in my opinion in the upcoming match the 2 teams will compete fiercely. in my opinion in the upcoming match we will see whether man united can consistently win or not and in my opinion man united should be able to easily beat Tottenham. in my opinion 3-1 for man united's victory.

I say that it is very early to give an actual judgement on Manchester United's performances so far, with the new manager things seem to have changed considerably, but this thing certainly must continue and be constant to actually see growth and improvement.

Arsenal has truly demonstrated remarkable consistency in almost every competition they have participated in. and i think they deserve to stay at the top of the Premier League table until the end of the season. However, 6 point lead is still not quite enough. Because Manr City is a team that usually surprises us at the end of the season. Man city has overtaken Arsenal several times at the end of the season. But I hope Arteta can really maintain Arsenal's consistency this season until the end. Because I believe the preparations made by this team have been quite good. This team not only has quality first-team players but their second-string players also possess quality that is no less impressive. Maintaining consistency is what Arsenal really needs at this point. If they can maintain that consistency, they’ll get to win this trophy even with this six point gaps they’ve given their closest opponent on the table. Manchester City is a tough team and I know that they can still get the chance to fight for the trophy once again, Arsenal just needs consistency and if they can put that into action as wanted, they’ll not have a problem with this six point gap even with the best of form that Manchester City will be showing.

Arsenal have come a long way to not have won the premier league despite their very brilliant form for the past three seasons. This season looks promising for them and they should not bottle it out again when they’ve already getting on top of the table and looking dominance than every other team in the premier league now. Their good form has also extended to the champions league and has made them stand at the top of the table.

If voicing out to appreciate it wonder work of the manager is too early would you have come out to say otherwise if United has lost the 3 matches played against Manchester City, Arsenal and Fulham?  There is nothing bad to encourage the young man for his go managerial services in the team because if he doesn't perform well we will be here to criticize him. The three matches he has won so far is a sign that he is understanding the players of he keeps giving them the motivation they will get more wins.

It is very early to appreciate the work of this coach who could only be a beginning of this thing, I hope it is the beginning but that it continues but these are still strong signals that can give a lot to Manchester United who deserve a completely different place in the standings.

Honestly Tottenham isn't that great neither. The change from last year is impressive for United because they finished together with Tottenham last year at the bottom of the table nearly, just above relegation zone, but this year United is fourth now, and Tottenham is 14th, still at the bottom half of the table. So that means while United may still of course lose out, that doesn't mean that they will, it could change and the difference would be big.

I think it's quite clear to say that we are seeing things be a bit different. United could probably win this game too, the yare just much better team and since United managed to beat teams better than them, beating a team worse than them should not be an issue for them at all.

It must be acknowledged that Manchester United took a very bold step by firing Ruben Amorim and replacing him with a new coach who is still relatively inexperienced, having never coached a big club before. To Red Devils fans, the name Michael Carrick is probably familiar, as he is not only a former Manchester United player but also served as the club's interim coach.

And it has been a fairly good start in his first three games with the Red Devils squad. Manchester United managed to climb and temporarily hold onto fourth place in the standings, but their position is not yet entirely secure, as Chelsea and Liverpool are still looming over them. For Manchester United to continue improving their position in the standings, this truly requires consistent performance over the long term. Michael Carrick must ensure that Manchester United can continue to secure full three points in upcoming matches.

Manchester United have gained the momentum and they are now in a position to finish among top 3 provided they maintain this winning form. The points gap of Manchester United with Chelsea and Liverpool is very narrow and to retain its current spot Manchester United must not lose any of its upcoming game. Still 14 games left in the season and if Manchester United can finish among top three, then they can try to win next season by overcoming there shortcomings. Michael Carrick is doing good as head of United and he must be retained till the end of this season.

Of course he’ll be praised at the moment, he’s at the top and doing well. Success has so many fans or friends while failure has none and in football the fans are highly insatiable. So as long as he’s doing well, City or any other club are not ontop he deserves the praise he’s getting. Topping the EPL and the UCL is no small feat despite his past shortcomings and disappointments.
Arsenal have a higher chance of winning the league and the Carabao Cup this season than Manchester City, I just hope they succeed.

Shortly after Amorim was sacked from Manchester United, I also had the same thought, United's performance might be inconsistent for a while until the team could adapt to the new manager. However, after learning that Carrick would be taking the position, I immediately realized that he might bring significant changes. He already understood the club's culture and had been involved in coaching United, so it shouldn't take him long to blend into the team. And sure enough, he managed to lead Manchester to three wins in his debut. That was a remarkable achievement. In fact, because of this, people who were previously skeptical of Manchester United this season are now optimistic again --- it is one of the magical effects he created.

Of course it's like that, in fact, how did the teams that changed so many, or rather too many, coaches so quickly end up? Terrible.

Look at Milan 2 years ago, or Napoli 3 years ago, or Juventus who changed 3 coaches and now has the 4th coach.

Honestly with Arsenal form I don't see any challenge playing against Brentford and Tottenham Hotspur because they have defeated bigger teams and teams that are even stronger than Brentford and Tottenham Hotspur. The only game i will consider to be tough or challenging for Arsenal will be Tottenham Hotspur because they can be very hard sometimes especially what they did to Manchester city that was unexpected. Arsenal has increased their chance of winning the league a little because of the 6 points difference.
