The chances for Man City are very small, even though in the second leg they can win the match, but getting through to the next round is difficult because Real Madrid is superior on aggregate so that will make them much more likely. Pep Guardiola failed to provide good resistance in the second leg and making a comeback with a large goal difference seems to be difficult for Man City.

Manchester City will struggle to win and recover the match but i think they will play to death in order to recover and Real Madrid will have to deal with a very angry team that will do everything to recover, the possibilities are there and i don't think they won't exploit them all, even if Real Madrid now seems to be in really good shape

They could win the match on Tuesday against Real Madrid but one thing I have noticed about Manchester City Is that Pep's attacking prowess has been greatly reduced with the fact that Haaaland isn't scoring as heavily as he did, it's going to be a tough one with a 3 goals disadvantage, the last time City led a team they played with with a 3 goal advantage was Fullham and that was the early phase of last month. Pep has to be very creative to actually advance.

I don't think they're actually going to be recovering anything on Tuesday, just like Chelsea. Pep should've settled with the fact that he's not getting neither premier League _{unless Arsenal just decided to be stupid} nor advancing in the champions League. He should try again next season, that's if the rumors that he's leaving at the end of the season isn't correct..

Manchester United impressed today, with this win, it's convincing that they've not dropped form and surely they're comfortable at top 3 and would possibly be going for champions League next season.

It was an amazing result from Manchester united, when I was watching the first half I almost concluded Manchester united won't be able to defeat Aston Villa in the game because Aston villa was so much on them ( too pressure) but after some minutes to end of first half, Manchester united players starting performing well but at some point I could not continue watching the game and only for me to check the full time result now and I saw 3:1, it is indeed a commendable one for Michael Carrick.

I honestly feel so proud of Manchester United, the first half proved really difficult for them such that I did not expect they will be able to get this number of goal in the second half, they have been able to secure three points from this fixture, making their position on the table looking more solid now than before, third spot on the table is gradually becoming a sure bet for them by the end of the season.

The 1:1 draw scoreline in the Liverpool Vs Tottenham game is one that is in favour of Manchester United because of Liverpool had won all 3 points they would have further more close up the gap behind Manchester United. Before Tottenham leveled the score I had anticipated that they would get a goal since they were pressing more than Liverpool, so the draw didn't come as a surprise to me, because when I expected that Liverpool should have being racking up goals they were rather defending a 1 goal which is no goal at all until it's fulltime of the game.

Manchester United were far superior to Aston Villa throughout the match. Their performances under their new manager have been superb. He will likely remain in charge next season and try to achieve success in the Champions League. Manchester United haven't had such a good manager in a long time.

Unexpectedly,, last night, Manchester City could only manage a draw against West Ham, and I think that's very sad. Considering their current rivalry with Arsenal,, I think a draw like this is clearly intolerable. The gap between Manchester City and Arsenal has widened even further, making it even less likely for Manchester City to catch up with Arsenal. So,, I think Arsenal can now be more at ease at the top of the table.

With the remaining matches and the opponents they will face,, I don't think Arsenal need to worry anymore. And honestly, I'm quite disappointed with Manchester City's performance in this match. They struggled a lot against a team that was almost relegated, so what's more, when they face a stronger team,, I think it will clearly make Manchester City even more overwhelmed. If this was the Manchester City that will do a comeback against Real Madrid in the Champions League then they should just forget that there is nothing they can do about the comeback, i did not even believe that Manchester City can do the comeback against Real Madrid that is having one of their best form this season, Manchester City find it difficult to beat Westham, Westham that many teams are beating and get a point from, I was thinking maybe they will use the game to boost their confidence and play well in Champions League.

For a while now premier league have not been producing many draws but I was very much surprised about the way they played plenty drams today. almong the five matches they played today Manchester united was the only team that won their match easily, I thought Liverpool would secure the three points against Tottenham due to their inconsistenteny performance but they were able to get a draw against Liverpool.

Except for the Manchester United fixture, the rest of today's fixtures were terrible to watch. I can't lie, Michael Carrick is a genius. I wasn't expecting him to win Aston Villa in such a style.  It was a struggle between a 3rd-place team and a 4th-place team in the league table. And as for Liverpool, Arne Slot is a terrible manager. Tottenham is almost every team is licking in the league. At Anfield, Liverpool could not beat Tottenham. The inconsistency of Chelsea and Liverpool in the top 4 race has become shameful.

Only Arsenal and Manchester United was able to win their game amongst the top six clubs. Liverpool allowed their victory to slip off their hands after that goal from Richardson on the 89th minutes. I don't know why Liverpool didn't make proper use of their chances when they got it. Drawing the match keeps them behind Aston Villa with two points.

They looked confident with their schemes and it seemed like Carrick's presence made things better for Manchester United.
Not only the confidence in the attacking schemes but also how to see players who enjoy their roles including in midfield. Bruno's assist was a cool thing to do and we would have hardly seen a direct pass like that in the ETH and Amorim era.

With this result Manchester United managed to secure a 3 point gap and are comfortable in 3rd place in the current standings but it is a little regrettable that Aston Villa's defeat on this matchday failed to be utilized properly by Chelsea and Liverpool even though Liverpool's point gap is 2 now but if only they can get 3 points on this matchday they will immediately be able to be in 4th place for this week.

It has now dawn on Tottenham players that they are now in the relegation fight and they had to fight to keep the club in the premier league. They have also realised that the other clubs in the relegation fight are not looking like they will slow down anytime soon. Szoboszlai's free kick goal was pretty good. I think it's his 5th this season. That's an impressive statistic. Liverpool once again didn't surprise anyone and paid the price for their poor defense with a last minute goal. They dropped 2 points in a match they thought they had won.
They haven't found any consistency this season. The only reason they are still in 5th place is that the other teams are also bad. At this rate they might not even be in the Champions League next year.

The game was supposed to be an easy one for Liverpool since Tottenham Hotspur is not competitive at all this season.. They jumped in front of Chelsea but they were able to be fourth after Aston Villa defeat by Manchester United.
The bad results of the top teams were good for gunners, they are 9 points ahead of Manchester City and they are required to collect 15 more points to win the title. Obviously this number will be reduced depending from Manchester City losses.
For Liverpool, their position is weak and they could either improve it or wait to be kicked from it at any time.

Among all english premier league games that played this week, it was only that of Manchester United that ended in an entertaining form and many expectations to prove Manchester United have already cemented there presence in the champions league tournament next season.  At the first half of the game Aston Villa side where in an aggressive form playing as if they could win in the game at last without knowing what was waiting for then in the second half where the United have already arranged a table of judgement for them but  only waiting for the time to come so they could strike them mercilessly  which they later did without hesitation and dismantled them in a terrible manner that left the United fans very surprised

I think West Ham just got lucky. Manchester City put incredible pressure on their goal in the second half. The corner count alone is staggering: 1-15 in favor of the Citizens. They had tons of chances — the Hammers were saved by the woodwork, and Guehi had a golden opportunity in the 95th minute. As for West Ham, it was one shot, one goal. I don't know how the season will end, but I have a feeling that this was the key match in the title race.

Honestly, Michael Carrick deserves a lot of praise for how he has managed to turn things around at the club. Contrary to what some annoying pundits keep saying on their shows, the guy has proven that he is a very tactical coach. He plays the players in their natural positions and you can see that the players are happy to give their all on the pitch. There is a obviously a good synergy between the players now and the team looks more united. Maybe it is also because Carrick is a club legend. He understands the traditions of the club and he also understands what the players need. That connection is clearly showing in their performances since he took over as the coach.

Tottenham continues to be a thorn in the sidelines for the big teams. We saw this in the Liverpool match as well. They drew away at Liverpool, and I think the point they earned was very valuable. Honestly, this week was quite tough for bettors because I don't think we made it through, although it's a normal thing because we are getting closer to the end of the season so we should just accept any outcome in good faith and move on without double thought.

It was really a tough week to be honest, i lost many bets this week but am not worried since i staked with what i could afford to lose. There was one Sunday when all the Premier League matches ended in a draw, if Manchester United had played draw against Aston Villa it would have been all draw. I anticipated Liverpool - Tottenham match to end in a draw because Tottenham was having more shots on target so i'm not surprised that Richarlison equalized in exactly 90 minutes. Liverpool had the ball possession but Tottenham played more beautiful game. Though Liverpool can still finish in the top 4 since they are just 2 points away from Aston Villa who is in the 4th position and since Aston Villa have declined in performance, it is very possible to dethrone them.

Bruno Fernandes is truly one of the most effective midfielders in modern football. He's the brains of the team, with excellent game vision. I wonder if Manchester United would have won the championship if Carrick had joined at the beginning of the season their chances were high. Although they are far behind Arsenal in points, they aren't that far behind second-placed Manchester City. Every time Manchester City drops points, United closes in on them.
