Maybe it is still too early to say he is a very good manager for Manchester United. I will like to see him handle the team for a whole season when they get into the Champions League, and have that to play alongside the other competitions in England. I feel a reason he has been successful in Manchester United is because his job has been straightforward which is to help the team finish top four, and it has been easier to do as Manchester United have their players well rested as they are only in the Premier League.

You have a good point and this should give Manchester United an edge over other teams in the premier league now. But why I feel he might be the best manager for Manchester United is that even the last manager had the same task, but he was unable to handle it well. This is the closest they've ever been since 2004 that they last won it. I honestly do not see this one slipping off their fingers. On that, I will say the sorrowful days of Manchester United is over and victory is the next level they are in now and dropping form will be very difficult now they are on a mission to were the champions league ticket for next champions league tournament. From the performance in there last game we can say the United played with determination and focus of achieving something which was why they did brilliantly well at last.

If next seasons performance could be predicted now I will say Manchester united will do excellently well in the Champions League next season and may even go home with something if they can continue with such spirit.

I'm trying to understand. After a home win against Aston villa, there are people that are criticizing Man united consistency and are in doubt if they can maintain the level of performance they've got running for them till the end of the season.. We don't know whether Michael Carrick is a good manager or not, because we won't know what will happen to Manchester United at the end of the season, as their performance could decline towards the end of the season. In my opinion, Manchester United's ability to reach this point still owes a little to Amorim, as Michael is new to Manchester United as a manager. However, Michael Carrick is certainly great, and I don't think Manchester United made the wrong choice, as Manchester United is now in fourth place.

Now, we'll just have to wait and see if Manchester United can perform well again in the upcoming matches. However, I think if Michael Carrick can make Manchester United perform even better, I think Michael Carrick deserves a contract extension at Manchester United. I hope Manchester United can play in the Champions League next season, as I haven't seen Manchester United play in the Champions League in a long time.

Manchester United has roared and is the biggest contributor to the rise from the bottom of the table to the top thanks to Michael Carrick. This season, Manchester United had a poor start to the season and Michael Carrick has reformed the entire team and made them more experienced by treating each player with friendliness. No. It's quite fair. Chelsea was doing it by self-reported. They're also cooperated with the investigation that has already done. That's the reason why FA and PL aren't throwing a heavy punishment to them.

The fact that it was related to the tax avoidance scheme and they're not getting a lot of benefit from it. So it was the reason why they were not receiving big penalty.

Judging by this, I can guess what punishment the FA will give Manchester City when they are found guilty.

I don't know how faster investigation from FA and release decision banned Chelsea during their problem not classic such as Manchester City, I am not read fully about the rule break by Chelsea and get punishment from FA but its really unfair comparison what the financial fair play from Manchester City but until right now FA not release punishment yet.

I think Chelsea have more time to appeal this punishment and wish FA can giving solution, during bad performance in domestic league and today will play in Champion League likely FA too hurry up announce punishment for Chelsea during its fair or not decision.

Arteta shouldn't be daft enough to let that happen, I believe he has learned from the past mistakes. With the current situation, it shows that Arsenal has indeed learn d from the past, and they are even lucky that Man City is dwindling. With the present 9 points gap, if at all Man City wins their next match against Crystal Palace or Chelsea, it will drop it to 6 points, which is still a lot. So, everything is favouring Arsenal now, and I hope they do not blow it up by relaxing. Nothing is complete yet until they lift the trophy. The road to winning the premier league title is now quite easy for Arsenal. Their point gap with manchester city is 11. This is a big gap. Also, Manchester city's performance is very irregular now. It will not be possible for them to reduce such a  big gap.

They have not been able to win against weak teams like nottingham forest and West Ham. As a result, it will no longer be possible for manchester city to compete for the title.
