I would say Arsenal are safe, if they can keep the performance somewhat stable. But if Arsenal's performances become erratic and drop points in a series of matches, they will  be at risk.

Chelsea really cannot be underestimated, especially since they are playing at their home ground, but we also have to realistically predict that Chelsea's strength now is not stronger compared to Man City.
