Tottenham again escapes relegation for the second season in a row. Their 1 - 0 win against Everton was enough to send West Ham parking, although even a draw wouldn't have made them to go on relegation, the main aim was to get a draw. A draw would have place them on the same point with West Ham but their significant goal difference would have saved them from the relegation itself. Tottenham won which is also good for them, a loss for them and a win for West Ham would have sent them to the championship. Tottenham survives another season once again, hopefully they learn from this, they have been twice in a row, they should be more serious next season.

I see this as a second warning for Tottenham to improve in their performance, this was a narrow escape which no one thoughts will happen. Last season was a bit better than this and so many people were saying if the season begins there will be a lot of changes and again we didn't see anything it instead it's get worse. I assumed by now they should have wake up to prevent any damage to happen next season. I will say last season and the beginning of this season is all about good coach because their current coach have proven it and that was what they are all after.

I congratul all the teams that make you to the next season, most especially Arsenal who are the champion, arsenal has been waiting for this moment for a very long time and finally it's arrived.

There is no longer any excuse for Tottenham Hotspur not to learn from the conditions they experienced this season, they almost let their supporters down. What Tottenham Hotspur have achieved in the last 2 seasons is a historical record, because since the Premier League began, they have never been in such a bad position. It was narrow one for Tottenham as there relegation would have caused a big wave but it's one thing to keep themselves afloat and another to excel next season, De Zerbi has done a good job at keeping Tottenham in the Premier League, I hope he does better because Tottenham is too big to be groveling for a place in the Premier League.

The final standings on the premier League table with Arsenal been confirmed champions during the week, as Manchester City draw the attention this weekend was focused on which teams were going to finish on the top half of the table, because of the European placements. Also the battle over which team where going to go down. And unfortunately Tottenham and Westham joined the likes of Burnley and Wolves as they will be playing in the champions come next season.

Arsenal has really worked for this title for years and it was never easy for them. It took years of consistency for Arsenal to made up their mind to actually win the premier league after 22 years of trying changing players and coaches so they can get the title.

Hull City seriously did not look like a team that would go to premier league. They barely stayed at championship last year, they are not some team that is spending insane amount of money and a last I remember they were even punished so they weren't even spending any.

So it was clear that a team that did not have money, that was banned from much transfers, that barely stayed at the league last year, suddenly becoming a team that is going to championship is not something that I expected them to be able to do.

In the end, we have seen them do a great job and I think majority of this is thanks to the manager and the players who believe in that managers plan.

I watched the highlights of the Manchester City match. Two things caught my attention.

First: The footage showed Foden's goal as offside. I didn't understand how it could be offside. If this had been a championship match, there would probably have been a huge uproar in England. Because from the footage, it didn't look offside to me. There was astonishment when the footage was shown on the stadium's television screen. City players protested, but the goal was disallowed due to the offside decision.

Second: Silva and Stones played their last game for City, and it was a magnificent farewell. Also, Pep Guardiola said goodbye to his ten-year tenure as City manager.

The world's most talented manager is currently unemployed. If I were Real Madrid, I would have brought in Pep Guardiola instead of Jose Mourinho.

You know how people behaves, if Arsenal didn't win Palace today they would have said that Arsenal wouldn't have won the trophy had it been Manchester City won Bournemouth in their last match so it's good that Arsenal won their final match to prove that if Manchester City had remained in the title race till the last day, Arsenal would have still won the title. I give accolades to Mikel Arteta for winning the Premier League title because it was a challenging season for him but he was resilient not to lose hope and now they merited the EPL title. Chelsea spent heavily bringing in players that are not very experienced to tackle the challenge in EPL, when we talk about the likes of Delap, Garnacho, Gittens, Dario Essugo, they're no special players. J.Pedro happens to be the only meaningful signing they made last season, others are just waste of funds. I hope that above all they would give the new manager free hand to sign any players he feels that would help him revive the club. They play only Premier league next season, good for them and their resuscitation.

Several things contributed to why Manchester City couldn't win that match, Pep Guardiola used a formation he rarely use in that match, Haaland wasn't available then Foden and Semenyo where used as strikers while Savinho was used in a role he wasn't very comfortable with, it felt like Pep Guardiola gambled with the match, I wonder what he was trying to experiment, knowing it's his last match with Manchester City and a win would've made the send of more special.

Pep Guardiola doesn’t need the match thats why he decided to make use of that formation, he knows even if he wins the match, it’s of no use. Pep Guardiola wanted to win the premier league title this season, and he couldn’t achieve that so it’s kind of painful. Pep Guardiola didn’t experiment anything in the match, todays match is the last match of the season, and also Pep Guardiola is leaving Manchester city, so what is he experimenting? I feel he knows the match isn’t important, and he decide to make use of the lineup like that.

Pep Guardiola wanted to win this premier league this season, but he couldn’t achieve that, he didn’t start the season well, and when the teams performance improved, it was already late, Manchester city ending the season in second position is what pep will never want.

This is the most useless and worst Chelsea team I've ever witnessed since as a supporter and a football enthusiast, so lazy and unable to fight and show some effort when needed.

From Conference League spot to nothing at the end of the season, couldn't even give their fans a cheer up victory, so annoying.

I agree, this is also one of the most useless Chelsea team after Lampard's Chelsea. Arsenal worked for it, but they surely had some real bit of luck that Manchester city experienced unexpected looses for their current form. 22 years is a long time and 'm happy for them, but I'm ruling off any chance that Arsenal carries the trophy back to back. City's loss today shows clearly that Guardiola has lost interest in winning since Arsenal already had the EPL title. Chelsea messed up again and didn't even qualify for conference cup, what a mess!!

Yes, but the main aim is to win the match and they did even without starting their first team players because they are resting them for the champions league final, but some of them were brought in at some points just to have some playing time in the final game of the season; but at the end they win it to compete the season with a victory over Crystal palace.

Arsenal win the league after 38 games with 26 wins, Sven draws and five loses; Arsenal finished the entire season without conceding a penalty in the premier league, and without receiving a direct red card by any of the players. This is a good record and it shows the discipline within the squad. Congratulations to the gunners family at large.

They have deserved to be winners for thr last two seasons but the wait has finally arrived. I love the rotation made also today, they had enough time to drop players for the Champions League competition.

De Zerbi deserves some accolades but he almost slipped at a time, what a good time to have them back in the league, but I have a really firm feeling that they may not do much in the coming season, although they will have all the time because  they will not be involved in other European competitions, they still do not look like they will be able  to achieve much in the new season.

I will love to give De Zerbi some benefits of doubts anyways but then I still  wish for them the very best for the season.

You are right, Next season should be a redemption arc for Tottenham. Last season they finished at a very low Position, now this season they barely survived relegation, if they continue to play like this there might not be 3rd chance. They sign top players every  season but can't perform well. I still don't understand their cause of problem. The Board needs to evaluate the situation of the club. West Ham who has relegated will lose a lot of money through viewership and sponsorship, relegation is the worst place for a big team. Now all focus is on the Champions League final and the upcoming FIFA world cup that's starting next month.
