Xabi Alonso is a very good coach no doubt, I admire him a lot but Truth be told he's just another victim of Chelsea's sacked managers, now he's among the list, rebuilding or not, we all know Chelsea not as the patients ones, they will sack him if he's not meeting up to expectations, because just like you said, Chelsea fans will definitely need something to banter with, and a slow move won't really help the situation, and again even if he's to achieve greatness in that team, it's definitely not with this Chelsea squad, he really needs to make some sells and buy new ones else, I see no good result. Chelsea are very frenetic, but they already know that if they decide to go fast they would certainly lose the chance to do well with In any case, either they wake up or they'll really suck next season too, i don't see them doing well at all for me of course

Amorim was indeed thought to be a good fit for Manchester United because he excelled when he coached Sporting, ultimately leading Sporting to a championship. However, the Premier League is indeed different from the Portuguese league because the competition in the Premier League is very fierce. Fortunately, Manchester United found the right coach, Michael Carrick, who ultimately led Manchester United to a third-place finish and an automatic Champions League berth. Now, Michael Carrick must certainly improve the Manchester United players, as Manchester United fans are eager for them to win trophies in the upcoming EPL and UCL seasons.
Xabi was indeed good when he coached Leverkusen, but of course, I also hope Xabi Alonso can lead Chelsea to an even better performance next season. However, I think this will be a new challenge for Xabi Alonso, as I recall, he has never coached in the EPL. However, since Xabi has coached a popular club like Real Madrid, he will certainly learn from his experience.
That does not mean that just because Amorim did badly, then every Portugal league winner will do badly. Look at Erik Ten Hag, he dominated Netherlands, and he failed here, whereas Arne Slot came in and while he is also fired, he at least won a league title. This goes to show you that it is not about the person, it Is not about the league they come from, it's about that season and there is a story to be told for that season and in Amorim's case, the story wasn't really worth reading. This is why he was fired, and now Carrick is doing better.

I will even want to suggest Chelsea gives Xabi a full season for him to put the team together, more like in this first season, they should have little to no expectations of him, it should be more like a season for him to understand the team and build around them, then he will be able to come up with an actual tactical pattern for the team that will give them results in the following season.
A lot has gone wrong with Chelsea and so they will need some time to get the team back on track to becoming the best of a team as they ever wanted for the team. Productivity for them may not come instantly so they should drop expectations of xabi.
The current condition of Chelsea isn't what Xabi Alonso will start getting outstanding results immediately; it will take him some time before he will perform well, so it's very important for Chelsea management to trust and be patient with Xabi Alonso because most of his in his first one year at Chelsea is building a formidable team he will in the following season to outstanding results. Coaches like Xabi Alonso have enough potential to start quickly, as he did at Bayer Leverkusen, while Chelsea is a much better and more stable club than Germany. He is surely going to start his work as soon as possible because he is well aware of the challenges at the Premier league. In the coming season, things will surely not be easy because Manchester United and Arsenal are already at the top, while few are ready to give challenges and stay in good spots, but one thing is sure: Xabi Alonso always has impressive results in challenging conditions. This time, can he turn the tables with Chelsea? This is also going to be not easy but possible because he can do this.

Chelsea's management is less competent in finding a coach, in addition to being bad in selecting players and buying players, Chelsea always buys players who do not fit the tactical needs, plus the coach is not able to mix his squad, but all there is is wasting money, of course in this case it takes a lot of time for Chelsea to overhaul all its players, just like Juventus who are rebuilding their strength for next season, at least next season they can be more appropriate in buying players when the transfer market opens, Chelsea needs a competent coach for next season. It certainly takes a long time to rebuild a team that has been totally devastated over the years, both by the sale or sell-off due to the sanctions on Russia. So i think the team is in really bad shape but with good care they can recover. Why do i say bad, just look at the position in the standings.

Chelsea management wants a positive change and they won't accept to finish below top four next season, that was why they brought in Xabi Alonso this season, so if Xabi Alonso isn't living to the expectations he was signed for Chelsea management won't hesitate to sack him and hire another manager as usual, Xabi Alonso will overhaul the Chelsea team because he can't use the current Chelsea team to compete for the Premier League with teams such as Arsenal, Manchester City, Manchester United, and Liverpool.

Next season will be very interesting because all the top clubs are with new managers new football will be introduced into the league next season, Michael Carrick performances gave him this job, and next season he has to prove to the club why they chose to give me over the rest. As Manchester United fan I believe Carrick will perform well with the rest team, he needs to buy more quality players to the squad because of champions League next season.
Arsenal will do well next season too, as defending champion, they have good players in the team that can still fight for the title next season again, now that pep Guardiola has gone Arteta would like to dominate the league with Arsenal. I see Manchester United and Arsenal fight hard for the title next season.
The Premier League always has challenges and surprises. In the last season, no one was expecting Manchester United to end at 3rd, and Bournemouth will have the 6th spot while Tottenham will struggle till the last game of the season, but all drama happens now new expectations and new hopes are coming with the new season after the World Cup. Michael Carrick has done an impressive job and now has a long-term contract, while Chelsea selected Xabi Alonso, and Liverpool sacked Arne Slot just a few days back. This was shocking because it happened too late. Manchester City also had a new coach, while Mikel Arteta is heading for a defense of the title and new hopes for the Champions League. Defending a title has never been easy in the Premier League but Arsenal is looking good and has enough depth. This could be an interesting season for them, and they surely need to show their strength once again.

Xabi needs some time. However, he's not unfamiliar with England. He played in England in the past and will be a manager who understands the league, both in terms of football and expectations. I thought Liverpool would sign him, but I was wrong. Chelsea acted sooner and, in my opinion, made a long-term managerial signing. Building his career in England will give him the experience that will perhaps make him one of the best managers in the future.
xabi needs to work on himself, its hard work also because after being questioned it becomes difficult, very difficult, especially mentally, he must continue to work on it and move forward, having another opportunity to try again is fundamental and now is the right time to act.

Chelsea management has no right to be annoyed with the team performance this season because they were the main cause of these problems, from signing low quality players because they are cheap to sacking Maresca who was trying to manage them in their low quality. The fans have every right to be offended since this management is more interested in making profits from the club than getting quality players that can lift major trophies Xabi Alonso cannot use the current weak players to achieve anything, the management better makes funds available for him to buy competent players that he can use to make impact in EPL next season.

Bruno fernandes effort in Manchester United this season is one that can never be neglected because if not for him at Manchester United this season i don't know what would have become of Manchester United this season. I see Bruno fernandes as an exceptional player not only in Manchester United but in England at large, his effort have been noticeable and can never be neglected in the Manchester United's team. To start with i will appreciate the the Manchester United team for there undeniable and noticeable impact in the Premier League this season and there effort not enable Bruno's show
A very respectable job, it resurrected a team that was destined for decline, i consider Manchester United the unprize winner of the Premiere League. He climbed the table and took matters back into his own hands, only a matter of time he failed to climb to the top and intimidate Arsenal and City. Next season i expect Manchester United to be already aggressive from the start.

I completely disagree with you. Before Carrick arrived at Manchester United, Amorim had already done a tremendous amount of work, and Manchester United under his management had begun to show signs of progress, including several short winning streaks. I was actually a bit surprised by how suddenly he was dismissed. In many ways, Carrick came into a team that had already been well structured and only needed adjustments and fine-tuning. Chelsea on the other hand, are currently in a disastrous state and in terrible form. It feels as though the squad needs rebuilding in almost every area of the pitch. Because of that, Alonso will have a much bigger job on his hands, and pulling the team out of its current crisis will be far more difficult.

So if that happens again at Chelsea, his reputation will definitely be even more damaged afterward. So that's why I also hope Xabi can make positive changes to Chelsea in the coming season. Judging by his track record at Leverkusen, Xabi is truly a great coach. He was truly a savior during his time at Leverkusen,, leading the team to an undefeated Bundesliga title. Hopefully, Xabi can lead Chelsea to glory, just as he did at Leverkusen.
Xabi Alonso has this one chance to rebuild his reputation and to prove to the world that he is capable of leading any club to succeed in any leagues. Chelsea is a good opportunity for xabi Alonso to wipe off dust that has done dirt to jis coaching career. It is important he doesn't fail at Chelsea because the reason he was signed to manage them was because they wanted changes in their performance so if he fuck this opportunity,he may never be sign by big clubs again. Chelsea signed him to win trophy for them just as he did at Bayer leverkusen and I'm optimistic he will succeed in Chelsea.

Having a lot of time to prepare him self and the club before premier league starts does not automatically guarantee that they will be successful of them will will the league so many teams prepare so hard be for the laugh starts but at the end of the day they won’t even see top 3 in the table sometimes the only way stand firm in premier league is not just to train before the league starts but to stay focus even when the league has started, adopt new strategies and team work.

Yes, Xabi Alonso is indeed a new hope for Chelsea, whose performance is currently very poor. So basically, Xabi must not disappoint Chelsea fans at this time, because if for example next season Xabi can't change Chelsea's performance for the better, I think he could be fired again from Chelsea. So that's why Xabi clearly has to be serious this time, because it will be very bad for his career if he fails again to bring the team he trains to a better team. Because as we know, Xabi failed this season at Real Madrid and he resigned from there.
Cheslea need a great manager to build the team, I believe they made the right decision for appointing Xabi Alonso as their new manager. Cheslea management must be patient during his first season, his first season might not go according to their expectations. They don’t have to rush him to achieve everything on his debut, because lack the patience, they can sack Xabi Alonso if the performance of the team doesn’t improve as they expect. However, we should remember that Xabi Alonso didn’t achieve that in his first season at Leverkusen, he went unbeaten during his second season at Leverkusen, and win two trophies. If I’m not mistaken, Xabi Alonso lost only two games at Real Madrid, but I’m still wondering why Madrid sacked him because of his poor relationship with some players.

What do you mean, "again"? Almost everyone blames the players for his dismissal from Real Madrid, there's a consensus, so to speak, and I see that many people have a positive view of his work at Real Madrid. I think at Chelsea he'll have full authority to manage the players. As for goals, no one will wait for several years. Chelsea clearly needs to be in the top group no matter what, and next season, when they're missing out on European competition, is perfect for that.
The reports say some of the senior players at Real Madrid weren't just happy with Xabi Alonso's reign as the club manager and decided to frustrate him out of the club. Another report said the club president didn't let Alonso to decisively take actions against the said players because they were deemed "untouchable" at the club. These are rumours, none of them came from an insider. I don't expect anything similar to happen at Chelsea. I believe the Spanish gaffer will succeed at Stamford bridge If you follow the news, then you already know that you will read exactly the same news in a year, and then in another year, and so on all the time. Even when Real was winning everything, journalists either made big things out of little things or even invented problems that never existed. They have always written about Ancelotti, too, that he gives his players too much freedom and tries to avoid interfering rather than control them. We're not on the inside, so we don't know the real story. I think that Xabi's work left more of a positive impression (about Xabi himself) than not, and he will do great at Chelsea.

In all I can tell you that Manchester United was not in a good state when Carrick took over, they where seated at 7th position, struggle to get win even to small clubs but regardless results of Carrick started showing immediately on the club, I know that Chelsea condition is worse that that of Manchester United (not a significant gap tho). But if Xabi is a good coach you will start seeing improvements and the results right from the first few matches they play. And with the current performance of Carrick if he should come to Chelsea you will definitely see improvements from the team right from the top 5 matches Chelsea will play.

It is very true that having too many rest time does not mean that the team will be able to prepare the best and will better chance to win the title as against the others, anything can still happen but then it is just important still they still prepare as it is better to be prepared than not to be. They may not win but may eventually get a better finish by the end of the season.

Misunderstandings always occur, each person has their own opinion, which causes communication to be bad. Who knows, what is certain is that everything happened so quickly. Xabi Alonso was well received at Chelsea, especially the players. They saw his high reputation when he brought Bayer Leverkusen to the championship. Of course, his ability as a coach is not in doubt and he is ready to face the next season to compete with other teams.

Xabi Alonso is a good coach, but he needs the trust and commitment of his players. He was able to get that at Bayer, which is one of the reasons he achieved much more there than he did at Real Madrid. Real Madrid is a club with a completely different dynamic, and its players are often much harder to manage in the way Alonso would like. I think he is capable of achieving better results at Chelsea than he managed at Real Madrid. And Chelsea is a wealthy club that should be able to provide Alonso with the players he wants and meet most of his transfer requirements.
