Surely, things will not be  the same initially because it may take the incoming coach a little time to fully know and understand the team pattern of play and sometimes it can be more than expected, for the incoming coach to understand the team very well. but since Manchester city is already organized and coordinated kind of it will not be hard for them to adapt to the coach pattern of Coaching or the coach also adapt to their pattern of play vice versa but replicating what Pep Guardiola did in Manchester city will not be easy.

If you look at the figure of Enzo Maresca who is tactically not much different from Pep Guardiola, he is a person who has learned a lot from Pep so the great hope for quick adaptation will be much easier. That's what I know about Enzo, moreover Manchester City players are not typical dissidents so it should be easier for Maresca. There is no 100% guarantee but at least Pep Guardiola trusts Enzo as his replacement.

Yea len01 has his compass right here. Guariola is not to blame, it is the players, if at all, you could blame. 

Honestly, i don't blame anyone because, in reality, players who have only spent one season at City still need time to adapt and build chemistry with the rest of the squad. So there's no need to point fingers at anyone in a situation like this. Besides, City are not the only club facing this kind of issue; several other clubs have also experienced a drop in performance after bringing in new players.

it's certainly not Pep Guardiola's fault, it could never be his, they know very well that it's not him but some players who are there doing things that aren't right, not all of them out of charity, but there are some players i don't like, and they need to examine their consciences instead of blaming the coach.

You're right and I think Enzo maresca has the capacity, one of the qualities of a good manager is to have a good relationship with your team, because for them to give you listening ear their most be a cordial relationship, pep was a very good manager to Manchester city, the players enjoys his coaching pattern and will welcome any manager that does things exactly like him, although their must be individual differences but I don't think that maresca will disappoint but there shouldn't be much rush on him, the club should give him time to work on his team first then the result can start although it is club football where money is spent to make more money, he has to put out his best as fast as he can.

Like I said in my previous post, Manchester City wouldn't decline in performance next season because Pep has built the team to a standard that can carry them all through next season without any problems. They will be a threat to Arsenal as usual. They can start experiencing decline in performance after next season and that's if Maresca fails to do his job properly.

He has nothing more to prove to the public with what he has achieved with City.. so for now we can assume that Pep has no intention of coaching a team, and is only focusing on his life. even so, he has not ruled out the opportunity to coach, but maybe the level will be different later, maybe he will coach a national team as rumored by some media. but for now he has no plans to coach any team.

One thing with people is that the easily forget about the good you might have done in the past and try to concentrate more attention on the present, that is why when they discover that you less perform in a particular season, it turns a trend than even the periods you have been doing well in the past, we all know how Guardiola has performed well in taking Manchester City to where it was today, but that is not the contemplation now because people want them to still deliver as the always expected.

I didn't say I was blaming Guardiola, but I made it clearer to other users. So, there's no way I'm going to blame Guardiola or criticize him. I've already acknowledged that he's a great coach capable of delivering numerous trophies to Man City.

Criticizing Pep or blaming him for the loss of Manchester city because he did his best to make sure that they won the trophy in the previous season but unfortunately they didn't. Guardiola was undisputable the best coach in the premier league but arteta managed to take the spot light, let's see how long arsenal can keep up.

I don't think Pep Guardiola deserve to be criticized anywhere, he's the best coach Manchester City has ever had and also one of the best manager in the world. Because Since his arrival in the premire league 2016, which he joined Manchester City as head coach, just twice guardiola ended season trophyless.

He spent 10yrs with manchester city he's the only manager who lifted a total of 20 Trophy for manchester city and lead them to win their first european trophy. Honestly, it will be very difficult for Arteta to be succesful as Pep Guardiola in premire league because Arteta is laking things in Arsnal, he need to buy natural winger. Arsenal can defend perfectly but there is not nutural winger that will poses with the ball for them perfectly, saka is the only one who is trying and it will be very difficult for him to do it alone.

He didn't just want to focus on himself but also his family, from what I read, it is said that he hardly have the time to visit his family and be there for them, so now, he is stepping away completely from football to look after himself and also spend quality time with his family and personally, I think this is a good thing, a man's life shouldn't be centered around work alone, a man must have time for himself and family because this is are the most important things so long we are in this world.

And for the rumor whether or not he will return to coach Manchester City or any other club in the Premier league again, I honestly don't know and I won't judge or come to any conclusions based on speculations.. Actually Pep came to Manchester City in 2016 so it’s exactly a decade. Before then, City was not a top club in the premier league despite all the oil money at their disposal. They had the Toures brothers, Aguero, Silva, and Kompany yet they won only one premier league trophy. It’s safe to say Pep made the team formidable and with him gone, they might fall down the pecking order.

I don't know about the long run of the Chelsea team with Xabi Alonso present but one thing I know for sure is that it's going to get rough before it gets better but one thing that doesn't help Xabi Alonso's case is that it feels like the main character coaches are coming on-board next season

Now is the time for Xabi to do his underground check on the club, I'm sure he's doing that right away to match up with the other top coaches, his competitors. Next seasons feels fresh, a whole new era, where every team must trade carefully, nobody knows what is to come on them, even Arsenal, Man U, and City is not safe, teams like Bournemouth, Brighton, Aston Villa, and Liverpool are all threats to any premier league team.

The coming season, 2026/27, is going to have many interesting things. Guardiola is gone, Arne Slot is sacked, and Michael Carrick is confirmed for a long time. Two coaches have a good advantage Mikel Arteta, Unai Emery, and De Zerbi are looking for new challenges after narrowly surviving.

I don't think anyone should criticize Pep Guardiola for not winning the premier league in his final season, because I think he us the greatest manager and he has proved it over and over again. I understand that he really wanted to win the premier league in his last season,  but I think his players let him down and I must say that Mikel Arteta was also determined to win the premier league,  that was why it wasn't easy for him to win. I will not want to take anything from Pep Guardiola, so i don't think it will be right to criticize him for not winning the premier in his final season.  In my opinion he is still the greatest manager of all time and he still deserves a lot of respect.

I do not think that anyone would put the blame on Pep just because he lost, that doesn't mean anything and we should not be considering this as the only reason he has lost, there is a big chance that we are going to lose this but we should be realizing that this is not something that would not be all that complicated, it is something that would make it possible for people to actually end up with something that would be very good to handle.

I think the best we can handle this would be making sure that we are not making him the scapegoat. Plus, the best manager in the world, Pep Guardiola, is unemployed right now, I think we need to discuss where his next team will be because that could be the best next team.
