I don't think that will happen. What if he wants to be the manager of another Premier League club? He built City. The City management and the players respect Guardiola enough. City are also ready to pay big wages. I don't think Guardiola will return to the Premier League after leaving City.

Guardiola can go into retirement. Guardiola is now 55 years old. But the biggest possibility is that Guardiola will now want to take charge of a national team. And he will target the 2030 World Cup. Guardiola is an experienced manager. He has won all the possible titles. Now Guardiola only has to touch the World Cup. Perhaps Guardiola is moving towards this target.
Everything is possible because he is currently just 55 years old, and there is enough time to join any club and have his job started just like Jurgen Klopp now after one year of rest, he is having talks with a few clubs, even officially. Nothing is announced, but his possible move to Saudi Arabia is also looking possible.

UEFA is having stressful coaching conditions just because of this. Going to Saudi Arabia is also looking good for a few big coaches because this will give them enough money and a good time to have their mind busy in soccer while also staying ready for another big challenge in UEFA because still this is the first choice for anyone, but taking rest is also helpful.

Criticizing Pep or blaming him for the loss of Manchester city because he did his best to make sure that they won the trophy in the previous season but unfortunately they didn't. Guardiola was undisputable the best coach in the premier league but arteta managed to take the spot light, let's see how long arsenal can keep up.
Pep was undoubtedly the best coach in the league for so many reasons to me. Though last season didn't go in his favour allowing Arteta to take the credit this time around. though often underrated, Arteta is also a very good coach I must commend and he has finally proven it last season. Being able to take Arsenal to the Champions league final and at the same time move on to take the league was a height no body saw Arsenal hitting anytime soon but Arteta did his best which was highly appreciated by every Arsenal fan out there
Pep Guardiola really helped Manchester City all through his years managing the club, he won more premier league trophy and other trophies which clearly show how his management is very strong. Avoid trolls because that’s all what they’re good at but, on a different view it’s okay to watch all these drama definitely players are getting involve now trolling other club and when fans try to backlash many get offended, I know for sure Arteta will take the club very far though he had few trouble at the beginning and it seems now he’s getting balance. I’m also curious to see what Arsenal got next season, it seems the club is activated watching the finals played against PSG, the team used a nice strategy as usual yet PSG won with penalty.

Don't forget success achievement of Pep Guardiola in Premier League with Manchester City because management support how much million dollar purchasing for signing many top players, however Pep Guardiola have smart tactical and always effective when signing new players and this season Rayan Cherki most success signing this season and have cheapest fees transfer. Indeed Pep Guardiola failed to defend Premier League tittle but never close the season without trophy achievement, in this season Manchester City failure for winning Premier League and Champion League tittle but winning EFL Cup and FA Cup trophies.

Likely Pep Guardiola retire for awhile maybe next season still not become the manager after leaving Manchester City and not announce yet what his future club, I hope he can back to Premier League and manage difference club to know can winning many trophies or not?
In soccer, success is now having just a few points, enough money, the right coach, and a good squad. The same happened to Pep Guardiola, who did a historic job at Manchester City and is now having a temporary retirement. After some time, he can go in any league or join the Premier League for a new mission.

I am expecting if he joins the Premier League, then Newcastle United could be his club because they are also having the same environment, which can help him do the same business like Manchester City. This is my personal view because he can go in any other league as well, but I am expecting him to be here in the Premier League because this could be best for him.

I’m curious to see what tactics Alonso will bring to Chelsea. The premier league is very different from the other leagues where he has coached.
With time Alonso will be able to adapt to the league. Chelsea will have to give Alonso some time for him to figure things out, they shouldn’t expect instant result from him, I hope they going to have patience with Alonso, and they going to support him by signing any player which he want. I believe Alonso is definitely going to perform well at Chelsea, but it might not really be instantly because Chelsea is currently not in a good form, and it’s going to take some time before Alonso get things fixed.

To be fair, he was a success at Leverkusen but Chelsea are not in the best shape, and the team lacks experienced players. The young players need someone to look up to in the squad so without new signings I doubt they will finish top 5 next season.
If Chelsea doesn’t sign some experienced players then I don’t also think their will be much changes in their performance, but with the look of things, they going to sign some experienced players to guide the young once’s in the team.

To be honest, im also wondering how Xabi Alonso will succeed in the Premier League next season. This isn’t the league he has managed a club before, he has managed a team from La Liga and the Bundesliga, but the Premier League challenges is different from the other leagues. This is Premier League where a club at the bottom of the table can defeat a team sitting at the top of the league, he should be ready for new challenges in his career.

However, you mean Chelsea should sign a players who are above the age of 30? Because this is the same squad they used from the beginning of last season, and their performance was much better under Maresca. In my opinion, Cheslea need to sign a new midfielder and two attackers, and with experience manager, they can also compete for the Premier League next season.

The Bundesliga is not the EPL, coaching a big team in the EPL comes with lots of pressure that can't be compared to the Bundesliga due too many tough rivals and weaker teams that are full of surprises, but if Alonso can do something close to what he did at Bayer Leverkusen for Chelsea then my respect for him would increase.
For now, I'm not going to be among those that would hype him cause I won't like to end up disappointed for putting lots of hope on him to restore Chelsea's lost form if he eventually fails to. I'll just observe his tactics and how the team performs for few months, although I'm hoping that the board give him lots of time to build the team instead of sacking him too early like they did with the previous coaches.
You have made a very true and acceptable point which some persons do not want to accept for reasons best known to them.  Even players do struggle when they move from another league to the Premier league, we saw that with Gyokeres, he struggled at the beginning of the season to adopting to the English style of play and the level of competition he was been exposed to, it was close to the end of the season he gradually started picking form and so with coaches it is far more even difficult because  they will be leading the team with that which they know best, which can actually be very limited as at their time of arrival to the team from a different leagues.

When moving to a different team, it will definitely be different when in the team, the difficult thing is adjusting at the beginning when entering a new team, but over time, of course, adjustments with the players, especially the coach, can definitely be done well and Gyokeres actually played at City so he can adjust more quickly when entering the Premier League.

I don't think that will happen. What if he wants to be the manager of another Premier League club? He built City. The City management and the players respect Guardiola enough. City are also ready to pay big wages. I don't think Guardiola will return to the Premier League after leaving City.

Everything is possible because he is currently just 55 years old, and there is enough time to join any club and have his job started just like Jurgen Klopp now after one year of rest, he is having talks with a few clubs, even officially. Nothing is announced, but his possible move to Saudi Arabia is also looking possible.

I wouldn't want to rule out any possibility of Pep Guardiola managing another top European club but I know for sure that he'll not be signing for any club this summer. He is used to taking a compulsory 1 year sabbatical after leaving sny any club. That said, I doubt he'll want to manage another club in the nearest future. He's achieved everything in club football so I think his next managerial role will be to coach a national team. Maybe the Spanish national team

Pep Guardiola effect for Manchester City not only dominance winning Premier League tittle but most important success winning the first UEFA Champion League trophy, have many manager previously when The City acquisition but failure to win UCL and Pep Guardiola arrival make Manchester City right now have that tittle. Almost ten years with Manchester City, Pep Guardiola winning 20 trophies and its greatest achievement should make Pep as the best Premier League manager more than Sir Alex Ferguson because Pep requiring short time for winning many trophies.

In my opinion, Arteta did well with Arsenal had consistent performance several season always finish at 2nd place and this season after playing well become the Premier League winning, twenty years waiting for moment finally Arsenal's fans so excited and happy their favorite club winning Premier League again. Next season Pep Guardiola leave Manchester City and the replacement Enzo Maresca maybe need time and progress reach achievement from previous City's manager Pep Guardiola.

Pep Guardiola remains the best coach in England, at least for the past 10 years because he achieved what other coaches couldn't achieve within that time frame. Manchester City wouldn't have been recognized among the big teams if not for the intervention of Pep so i give him a deserving credit for lifting the team and winning many trophies for them before his exit. As for Arteta, he didn't get it right during his early years as Arsenal coach but after he led the team to a runner up for 3 consecutive seasons, we saw that he made lots of improvements and winning the title finally shows his resilience over the years. Arteta is a symbol of ''never give up'' because if he were to be reluctant after finishing second for 3 straight seasons, he wouldn't have won the title, but he remained steadfast and didn't allow criticisms to weigh him down.

I’m curious to see what tactics Alonso will bring to Chelsea. The premier league is very different from the other leagues where he has coached. To be fair, he was a success at Leverkusen but Chelsea are not in the best shape, and the team lacks experienced players. The young players need someone to look up to in the squad so without new signings I doubt they will finish top 5 next season.

Before Xabi Alonso was appointed as Bayer Leverkusen manager, he had never managed a German team, instead, he initially played in the German Bundesliga as a Bayern Munich player but he succeeded. He didn't just succeed in winning the domestic double, he succeeded in ending Bayern Munich's dominance in the league. Bayer Leverkusen weren't a to contender for the league title or any other competition they were playing before he became their manager yet, he won the league in his first full season as the club manager.

I know some of us will argue that the German league is different from the English Premier League but the truth is Xabi Alonso has the potentials to succeed at Chelsea and as a former English Premier League player, I think he's got the needed experience to know how to win in England.

Hmmm, that's sounds good....!!!
Right now Saudi Arabia is best site because currently they are in new company of newcomars so definitely they will warmnly welcomed to him as well as they will give him a lot of money. Pep Guardiola has spend 18 years in professional football manager which is quite long period and maybe after Manchester City he could took some rest because he is  now little tired or maybe he is waiting for big team.....

However he has an extraordinary management skill and that's why he spend such good time in every single time wether it in Barcelona or it's in Bryan Munich or even in Manchester City. I know Saudi Arabia side is super crazy for his move but I think Pep Guardiola personally will not took too much interest like his first perority will be international flights. But let's see what happens next.

Yeah he did I don't think they can let him go because he as made a lot of contributions because the man changed a lot of things in that club and no none even expected any things to change to this extent and even when he wanted to change stole a lot of people did not still let him go and what ever coach is there now will have so be surprised buy people so they know what they are doing and other clubs needs to even embrace the kind of strategy that people is using and we hope that arteta will or should even do better because am not just fully satisfied with arteta because of the champions league that we lost if he had done better then we won't have lost it so they need to do better this coming season.

Yes,, that's true. If a team doesn't have a lot of money, a good coach, and good players, it's certain that the team won't be able to compete well with other teams. So,, it's undeniable that these three factors are the main things in a football team. Because without these three factors, a football team will definitely struggle in the relegation zone, especially in big leagues like the Premier League. These three points are certainly very important. Furthermore, talking about Pep,, who has currently retired for a while, I don't think we will know for sure how long he will rest. Because basically, he has been a coach for football teams for a long time, including Manchester City. So taking a break is clearly something that is very necessary for him.

Also,, regarding the team that Pep might coach after he decides to return to coaching, I also don't know. But I think it would be more appropriate if Pep coached a team from Serie A. Because,, essentially, during his coaching career, Pep has managed several teams in football leagues around the world, such as Barcelona,  Munich, and Manchester City. So, to complete his record, I think coaching a team in Serie A and making it successful will certainly be a much more challenging challenge for Pep. And if successful, it will clearly make Pep a truly great coach, capable of leading teams from several major leagues to championships.

Pep definitely did his best, he always does. But even Pep can't guarantee a win, and he doesn't have to be the best at every game, some games he may make mistakes.

Just because he is overall the best manager in the world right now, doesn't mean that he is the best in every single minute of every single game, there is this averaging out situation, over course of a season he could be the best, but in a few games he could be dumbfounded and make mistakes, everyone does and it's only human.

It's never been easy to predict, but one thing is sure Arsenal and Manchester City are going to stay at the top due to good depth and coordination in squads.
Enzo's performance won't be bad, he's already worked with Guardiola, in the 2022/2023 campaign run, and would easily contact him for technical assistants in trouble times, but taking control, all by himself, the lead of what Guardiola built over time, would be quite challenging, yet city has the structure of good performance in premier league already, and has also bagged a longed term spot in the top 3 position of the league, a feat he'd easily retain as the new head coach, despite a bad run at Chelsea.
Arsenal and Manchester City both are the strong teams and they are always in the struggle to do well. But in this recent season Arsenal were too good their performance was quite improved and impressive as well. i think everybody noticed that they were different in this season as compared to their previous seasons. And this is really a very great thing that they improved and achieved a specific position. But Manchester City performance was like they were facing ups and downs throughout the season. They were too good In fact they were competing for the title at a point but a sudden and worst decline was observed in their performance and they finished their position at the lowest which is quite disappointing and also a sad moment for the Arsenal fans to see their team in a not expecting and their deserving position.

I also agree that Arsenal and Manchester City are still going to be the top 2 teams going into next season , because I think Manchester City already have a good squad that does not need much rebuilding and Arsenal on the other hand are the champions and also have a very good and stable team right now, unlike the other teams that will definitely be rebuilding their teams, with all also having a new manager,  so I think  Arsenal and Manchester City have the edge. Manchester City might only have a problem if Enzo failed to instill his tactics on the players on time, but I really think they are still the 2 teams that will be competing for the premier league next season,  although I tend to favor Arsenal much, because I think they are the most stable team right now.

Enzo Maresca might be one of the favourites to land City's job, as one of those people who worked under Pep Guardiola as assistants I believe he could have learned one or two important techniques from the former City boss on how he relates with the squad, during his time at Chelsea. I couldn't point out any moment when he had any sort of confrontation with any player and I stand to be corrected, nevertheless there are very few coaches who possess similar traits like Pep Guardiola.

If City appoint Maresca, it will be a great move by them. For me, he is the top candidate who can replace Pep in some ways. But it's always a gamble. With Pep, even if things weren't going well at the moment, everyone knew he would get back on the right path. Now with Maresca, they won't have that much patience. If given time, I think Maresca can deliver, but as I said, it will all come down to patience.

I think Pep did his best even in this just concluded season, it's not easy coming out of all those injuries issues and bad form that his team experienced last season and rebuilding his team to win the trophies he did last season, it shows his resilience and ability as a manager. He's human and can make mistakes, but it's obvious that his impressive days as a manager is much higher than his disappointing days and he should receive his flowers for his expertise and efficiency. He recorded good success with Manchester City, even when he was believed to be at his worst, facing divorce. I love his strength of character, he still remains one of the best coaches, if not the best tactician.

Pep Guardiola is one of the best manager in the entire world and he is the best manager in England. He have achieved almost everything and for him to coach a team in future is still possible because even though he decided not to, he will be forced because of his polifolio. Who knows how many clubs are running after him, pep Guardiola is good manager because he have tested his ability in three different League and is able to dominate the team when he was there.

Pep Guardiola rise the hope of Manchester City when he came, everyone knows that he is a very good coach but they doubted him on bring Manchester City to the top for many seasons.
