Chelsea are asking for 50million pounds and Roma are talking loan or to pay 30 million for him. One thing is certain, Garnacho won’t play for Chelsea anymore. He haven’t resumed training with the rest of the players. 50 million euros? Hmm, it's understandable because Chelsea certainly don't want to suffer losses, but with Garnacho current quality, it's a bit expensive at that price, so it's natural that Roma can only offer 30 million euros, I think Chelsea needs to act quickly by agreeing to the offer, because I feel it will be difficult to get a higher offer from other teams or from Roma themselves, or agreeing to a loan option is also not a bad move, maybe Garnacho will develop at Roma later so that Chelsea can take him back.

Most top clubs give their big players some privileges. You don't expect a club that has spent a fortune on a player to allow a coach to destroy their investment. So many top players have instigated the club management to sack coaches. The best coaches in Madrid are those who were able to manage and not control players. It seems Xabi Alonso wants to be autoritative but he forgot tha Mdrid is not Leverkussen.
Will Xabi adopt the same approach in Chelsea, that is be authoritative or do you think that he has learned his lesson from the Real Madrid job? Maybe we will see because if he has not learned his lesson, he is still going to face similar problems in Chelsea because they have players who have an ego too. Chelsea are currently in a delicate position on the Premier League table, They are in desperate need of improvement and if that improvement cannot come next season many of the fans will not be patient with the coach and they will start pushing for a sack immediately. I understand that there are players in the Chelsea team that has ego but it can't be compared with the real Madrid team where almost all the players are proud. I think that Chelsea will be easier for Xabi Alonso to handle because even though the Chelsea pressure is higher from the management board, especially in players signing and decision making, but for the fact that almost all the current players of Chelsea are all average players with no much media attention, it will be easier for them to get under the manager easily. He would only have to align with the management and the medical team which was one of the major challenge that Enzo Maresca faced and then given less attention to the media. Chelsea job is not an easy job because you still have the management to contend with but it's better than real Madrid job where you have star players to contend with. How pattern will work for Chelsea if allowed to exercise his full control because Bayern Leverkusen wasn't a top team when he led them to the league title. I'm very optimistic that his arrival will bring a good change to the team.

We have to wait and see how he would fair in Stamford Bridge. Chelsea is not as big as Real Madrid so he might have some form of control over the players. Real has several Ballon d'Or candidates which makes management complicated. Learning through experience is essential hence I guess he has gained some lessons from the outcome of his managerial style in Madrid. I was a fan of Chelsea and I want them to return to winning ways.

But anything is possible as long as management gives Xabi Alonso time, and I strongly believe he will be able to do as management expects. However what every coach needs when receiving an offer from a team is time and trust. They realize that it's not easy to build a team in a short time. This is why many coaches sometimes don't immediately accept an offer. I think Xabi Alonso did the same when he received the offer to coach Chelsea.
If anyone asked me I would answer the same thing time and trust must be given. Don't expect the team's best performance in one season. I think it's quite difficult because even the best coaches need time to build the team's will especially when many players don't fit into the implemented scheme. This is certainly a problem faced by coaches. It's not just Xabi Alonso many other coaches have experienced the same thing. Therefore building a team certainly requires trust and time.
I expect a great championship from Xabi Alonso, who will demonstrate to everyone that this year with a team that follows his instructions, he can really do it, i feel it, i believe he can do it safely, in addition to the fact that he has to build on the experience of Real Madrid so he has to prove a lot.

You are right, on my own opinion I don't expect Chelsea fans to be expecting anything trophy for this coming season, because Xabi Alonso is taking over a disorganized team, and all he needs right now is rebuilding expecting a trophy from him is quite a heavy burden on him, he's definitely gonna win them something no doubt if given the time needed, but for this instance they should be expecting at least a UEFA Champions League competition comes next season that's if he gets things in order else he's still achieving nothing this season.
Definitely, Xabi Alonso has taken over a messy team but we are surprised that this team is not looking to buy players even though they are selling players. Chelsea have lost their glory and they are trying to bring it back through the Real Madrid manager, maybe in the upcoming season the Blues will be able to return to their rightful place. Also we are hearing rumors that Garnacho will leave the club after just one season at Stamford Bridge so it is certain that Chelsea team must add a talented player as his replacement. In fact it seems that the Chelsea player may also join the Italian club, so at this stage it is undoubtedly said that the Blues should add some talented and skilled players who will be able to take this team forward in the upcoming PL season.

Xabi was more of a spectator at Real Madrid than a coach. No meaningful impact other than what Madrid already established. I will love to see him prosper at Chelsea but hey lower your expectations because he's gotten no much to offer.
I think Xabi had very bad luck; he was alone at Real Madrid and couldn't implement his work strategy because Vini got him fired. As long as Real Madrid continued to prioritize its players over the coach, they wouldn't be able to progress. Now it's different; Mourinho doesn't take advantage of anyone. Xabi will do well at Chelsea; I think the English see his level at a higher level, and that's important. I believe he's going to succeed in Chelsea and his going to make Chelsea great again, his a very wonderful coach and the only reason why he did not succeed in Real Madrid was because the Real Madrid players refused to work with him because of some personal issues they were having with the coach and they were seeing him like a small manager they can't respect, but I believe it will not be like that in Chelsea everyone is going to respect him and his going to have total control of the team, his going to achieve greetings things with Chelsea, Chelsea should also be patient with him.

I think that is the max they can do this season for sure and to fight for the title isnt realistic.

50 million euros? Chelsea is trying to dispose him and at the same time they are trying to make some money from his deal so they don't loss and there is a release clause in his contract to Manchester united. He was bought for €46 euros but if they want to sell him, Manchester united will get another 10% from that deal so you can see that Chelsea is trying to get back their investment and at the same time they want to make figure so they can settle Manchester united too. What I will say regarding this move is that any club that want to buy this guy should be careful, he is good actually and can be manage to become an asset but it's a risk for any club that are willing to take the risk. I don't think any club should buy him out of pity, these two clubs that are tossing him around did all they wanted to make him feel special but I think it's the other way round.

With the sort of disaster that we saw already last season at Chelsea, it's actually crazy for anyone to even actually think that Chelsea would be in the shoes of competing for the premier League title. Chelsea for now is going to more focus on trying to rectify the disaster that actually happened at that club so there is much work and since there is no much expectations from the coach, he won't be pressured if the results themselves don't actually start coming immediately.

Will Xabi adopt the same approach in Chelsea, that is be authoritative or do you think that he has learned his lesson from the Real Madrid job? For me I don’t think he will struggle to keep the players in line at Chelsea, when you look at this Chelsea team you will see that most of the players are very young, infact they have the youngest squad in the premier league. These players are young and are hungry for success, most of them have not really win anything big in their carrer unlike the Real Madrid team. To really get the best out of players you really need to be in charge, you need to be respected. At Real Madrid he was never in charge because some of the big players in the team don’t really like his philosophy of coaching. I think he will do well at Chelsea.

If Alonso needs time to prove himself and requires patience from the club's management, then I think he's chosen the wrong team, because Chelsea is probably one of the few teams that's quickest to fire managers for the slightest infraction. And I think Alonso understands this well, because he sees how often Chelsea changes its managers. But if he came to Chelsea, it means he believes he can change the team for the better.
We hope so, because Chelsea have the habit of being impatient and that's bad report about them and I think that's one of the reason why they are not really doing well all this while, though I do support Chelsea but I'm against this habit they do display over any slight issue. So if Alonso is already aware of this and still decide to work with them, that means he is determined to change Chelsea for good and I pray and hope he achieved that goal and truly Chelsea needs to be back again. Which is exactly what I assume will happen. Xabi Alonso "could" take Chelsea to next level, and if given 5 years, with full control, he could even make them champions, and I have no doubt about that, he could have made Real Madrid champions too, like they are literally better this year thanks to summer transfers, and if they gave him this team, he could have been better too, or given enough time at least. Chelsea is not as strong, but still, given enough time he could. But I am 99.99% sure he won't be given enough time.

Thier first achievement for them next season would be ending the season with a good position on the league table.

Chelsea cannot be considered a title contender because they do not have the squad that can win the title for them. Moreover, they have sold out one of their key players in the defense area which is Marc Cucurella so their defense will even be easier to penetrate. Last season, Chelsea flopped till the end of the season and they couldn't even finish in a position that would have sent them to European competition. Nothing has changed in team apart from the new coach they signed in respect to Xabi Alonso. He is a very brilliant coach but considering the nature at which he met Chelsea, he will sure have to do the job of building the team first before he can be prepared to win the league title. If they succeed and finish in the top 4, then we can say that Xabi Alonso will contend the league title in the upper season.

However, just like what you said that much should not be expected from Chelsea next season because of there poor performance. Xabi Alonso has work to do next by making sure that Chelsea pick form because that's the only way they can be able to win a trophy next season.

You thought is not correct. Bayer Leverkusen have not won shit in the Bundesliga league competition before Xabi Alonso came into that club. And Vinicius junior was never the one who got him sacked. He couldn't take control of the dressing room which was torn apart. Also players like Vinicius and Kylian Mbappe couldn't press and Xabi Alonso's system of play demands consistent pressing of his players most especially the attackers first. He should have also done well for Real Madrid if these players with big ego's humbled they assess.

It is a big loss for Chelsea to lose a player like Cucurella. He is a great defender. He is also performing well in the World Cup for Spain. But cucurella is not interested in staying at chelsea. And that is why chelsea management let him go. It is not that the management sold Cucurella to make money.
Time is very precious, it is true. But reviving a team like chelsea that has been destroyed is a very difficult task. It definitely takes time. Alonso will have to be given a long time. And that is at least two seasons. Otherwise , it is not possible to improve the overall condition of the team.
Cucurella is arguably the best left back in the Premier League. I wasn't surprised that he left Chelsea because he has a brighter future if he moves to a bigger club. Eventually, Real Madrid came calling,, and sure,, he is the perfect fit for that left back position. Chelsea isnt in any good competition. Chelsea is not competing in the UCL, Europa League nor the conference league. Any player would leave Chelsea for a better club. One season is enough to change a players life.

Well, let's see what they will have to offer, that will determine if he is really doing a good job or not and also, Chelsea should know that the work is not only on Alonso, as the teams have to work together to ensure the achieve their goal, because that's a team work and that will really help them to grow mightily in their team, as they will bounce back to the formal Chelsea that have been given people a reason to talk.

Next season, chelsea will likely still be in the shadows of the top four competition and likely won't be strong enough to compete for the title. However, Chelsea Performance next season could be even more impressive and compelling to watch, as the arrival of Xabi alonso will undoubtedly make a Significant difference in their revival. The teams competing for the title will likely be similar to last Season, dominated by manchester city and arsenal, as both teams still possess strong squad depth compared to the others or retain their strong winning mentality. Not only chelsea, but I suspect Liverpool will also start to lose their balance next season. They will be starting a new chapter with a new squad, which will likely take time to compete for the title.

We all know that Alonso has a good record with Bayer Leverkusen, and even his record at Real Madrid was not that bad. However, the fact is that his performances were below many people expectations based on the kind of players Real Madrid have. They expected him to take Real Madrid to another level, but it seemed that Real Madrid performed worse than in the previous season.Because of that, people are wondering: if he could not perform so well at Real Madrid with world class players, how will he coach Chelsea, who do not even have players of the same quality as Real Madrid, and still deliver great performances? Another point is that the Premier League is more competitive than La Liga. Therefore, some people believe that he may not perform well enough to take Chelsea to the next level. However, I would also say that it is too early to draw conclusions about Alonso's performance at Chelsea because the season has not yet started.
The thing is, when you are at Leverkusen, if you finish the season second place for example, you would be considered good, not only he did that but he finished even first place, first title of Leverkusen ever. So when he was at Real Madrid, second place was not okay, because that's a team that wants the title, and second place is not and achievement but a reason to be sacked. That is exactly how they were looking, and that's why he got sacked, but turns out, the team was in trouble and it had nothing to do with him.
