Mbappé case was totally different from Garnacho's, it's very true that Real Madrid was his dream team which was why he had to run down his contract so Real Madrid could sign him cause PSG didn't want him to go either but Garnacho was a stubborn brat who disrespected his coach and listen to wrong advice cause he was disciplined.

I could remember that the former manager also benched Maino but he was patient and it earned him a starting position under Carrick, same privilege Garnacho would've had if he were still in Manchester United but now his career isn't smooth anymore and he has lots of work to do in any club he ends up so he can be signed back into a club where he's have a smooth career and welcomed back to the Argentina national team.

You are right, but while this discussion is coming up, I think comparing Garnacho and Mbappe is wrong anyway. Mbappe can change a whole team, Garnacho can't. Garnacho is overrated, he doesn't score a ton of goals, just check the figures out there. It's crazy how much discussion there is about him. He doesn't win matches, he doesn't score important goals, he does nothing and yet he is around. As a winger I think there should be some contribution to an overall team's success, but nothing.

Mbappe is on a different level, he decides matches all the time. It is either him or nobody else, but that is why I think Real Madrid is not a good team right now. Real Madrid is Mbappe and that is it. Vinicius Junior is a joke, most of the others are not the same level or close to it.

I used to think the same as you but let's see and re-measure whether we are too proud of Xabi Alonso so as to give us more expectations, the success that began with bringing Bayer Leverkusen previously made many people see Xabi is a very strong War general, but actually at this point after I concluded it is not necessarily.
We saw Maresca at Chelsea and brought a big change so that he could get into the top 4 of the table and get a champions League ticket, and now Maresca is back at Manchester City, so the question is whether it will be better for Xabi to travel in the Premier League and champions League.

Liverpool have a new coach too so there must be adjustments related to managerial coaching and of course in a different way, at least the coach must have his own culture and style for the art of strategy on the field.

Definitely, Xabi Alonso has taken over a messy team but we are surprised that this team is not looking to buy players even though they are selling players. Chelsea have lost their glory and they are trying to bring it back through the Real Madrid manager, maybe in the upcoming season the Blues will be able to return to their rightful place.
I don’t think Chelsea management are expecting instant result from Alonso, we all know they condition that Chelsea is so it’s to take some time before Alonso will be able to fix things at Chelsea, but we should expect improvement in their performance when the season start, Alonso will be able to improve Chelsea performance, they not going to perform the same way they performed last season.

Most of the players which he is selling are the players that he knows that he won’t be using, or the player that really wants to leave the team, I don’t think Alonso will sell players that want to stay and he knows he will be using the player.

While xabi impressive track record in the bundesliga is impressive, his coaching style seems to suggest chelsea have found the right coach who understands how to build a stronger team.

The premier league is indeed tighter than other leagues, with competition more challenging in every match. Therefore, we want to see if xabi alonso can implement a strategy that can lead chelsea to victory in every match, as he did when he coached Leverkusen.

Some may think we're expecting too much from xabi alonso to bring chelsea another trophy, but the reality is that when chelsea owners appoint xabi alonso as their coach, the fans show their full support and extraordinary appreciation.

I am hoping that's the aim for Chelsea management in giving Xabi Alonso a long time chance to prove his ability to actually build a formidable squad at Chelsea. That was exactly what Arsenal did with Mikel Arteta, they were patient with his project building and today Arsenal is celebrated as one of Europe's finest team, and in the EPL especially. Most of the players which he is selling are the players that he knows that he won’t be using, or the player that really wants to leave the team, I don’t think Alonso will sell players that want to stay and he knows he will be using the player.

Believe me they do, if they don't I don't think they are going to bring him to the team immediately Liam left. They hired 2 managers under last season, Maresca was the one that start the season due to his successful season in the other season but was fired and liam was appointed and it seems the result went from bad to worse, so with Alonso presence now, they are expecting big result definitely at least to know they made the right call on this one.

How they are going to win next season is what I don't know for now, they have sold all the players they have, like even Gharnaco is up for sale and I know it's because his relationship was never good their that's why they want to dispose him. They are selling without buying and that's a big concern to worry about but I do hope Xabi have a better plan ahead of the preseason matches.

Xabi is one coach who his primary core is in building a team, so if Chelsea does not send him away too quickly, they are going to see the changes in the team in their ways of playing and performance generally,  I think Xabi does specialise in building. Such team that has almost lost all of its form, but they will improve and be better,  only that it will take some time.

Next season, chelsea will likely still be in the shadows of the top four competition and likely won't be strong enough to compete for the title. However, Chelsea Performance next season could be even more impressive and compelling to watch, as the arrival of Xabi alonso will undoubtedly make a Significant difference in their revival.

The teams competing for the title will likely be similar to last Season, dominated by manchester city and arsenal, as both teams still possess strong squad depth compared to the others or retain their strong winning mentality.

Not only chelsea, but I suspect Liverpool will also start to lose their balance next season. They will be starting a new chapter with a new squad, which will likely take time to compete for the title.
Arrival Xabi Alonso actually have possibility make Chelsea return back to better performance and not difficult to secure top fourth standings finish next season, absent participants at Europe tournament I think advantage for Chelsea full focus at domestic league matches only and have many recovery days than the rival teams must playing at Champion League or Europe League.

I don't think Manchester City and Arsenal only are the dominance team for Premier League tittle next season, City have pressure with new manager can't easily replacing Pep Guardiola position and Arsenal's with the same tactical next season really difficult for defending the premier league tittle. In my prediction Chelsea should include as the candidate team become the winner because they are playing at domestic league only.

Arsenal management believed so much in Mikel Arteta and his project, that was why they didn't sack him despite numerous calls from fans of the club to sack him the time he wasn't doing well. Today, we saw how he repaid their support and trust by winning the English Premier League.
Chelsea I think might enjoy even better results of they can be patient with Alonso. He has all it takes to bring them back to being competitive again and I hope he succeeds at Stamford Bridge

Chelsea are asking for 50million pounds and Roma are talking loan or to pay 30 million for him. One thing is certain, Garnacho won’t play for Chelsea anymore. He haven’t resumed training with the rest of the players.

50 million euros? Hmm, it's understandable because Chelsea certainly don't want to suffer losses, but with Garnacho current quality, it's a bit expensive at that price, so it's natural that Roma can only offer 30 million euros, I think Chelsea needs to act quickly by agreeing to the offer, because I feel it will be difficult to get a higher offer from other teams or from Roma themselves, or agreeing to a loan option is also not a bad move, maybe Garnacho will develop at Roma later so that Chelsea can take him back.
Football is really a game of opportunities, because I could remember when Garnacho was at his peak and was seen as the future of Manchester United with a lot of potentials. As at 2024, a public bid of €50 million was offered by Napoli which was turned down by Manchester united because he was valued at a higher price.

Now, Garnacho is valued at €30 million after not quite a good performance at Chelsea. For a player that young, discipline and consistency would really help him to break out of that fear and criticism from fans, this is a similar case with Marcus Rashford as well.

The level of improvement for a team as Chelsea that has gone through overhauling would only be attained through patience on Xabi and complete  support from the Chelsea management.

You are talking nonsense because Arteta has been the most successful Arsenal coach in a long time and yet you say he was not. It was quite easy for the Arsenal club bosses to keep him as the coach because he never failed big time. Whether a coach wins a title or not, it is definitely important, but some people argue as if he was about to get relegated with Arsenal and that is not true. He has been a successful coach all the time, it is just the small nuance whether there is a title in the end or not.

You can't ever blame a coach if a team doesn't win a Champions League final. Many things have to work out well to win a title like that and the reality is that there is one team in the way right now and that is PSG. Beating them is the biggest challenge you can be facing in club football these days. I am sure that they will play another important and successful season in the Premier League and in the Champions League.

I can say for sure that Chelsea will not win the title this season. They will not even try to win the title this season. Alonso will build a new Chelsea squad. His target this season will be to build a stable squad. To create a decent bonding between the players. And to bring some stability to the overall performance. If he can do this, then Chelsea's performance will naturally gradually improve in the following seasons. And Alonso will probably move towards this target. It should not be rushed at all.

I know that the Premier League's level of competition is currently the highest and most difficult in world football; they have the best football so far. But I don't rule out the possibility of Xabi doing something different. Some teams, like Arsenal, City, and Liverpool, are very big and have this league in their grasp. But if they listen to Xabi and do what he says, anything is possible because it could give Chelsea fans good press.

Premier League has its quality improved a lot in the last twenty years since investments of many billionaires to clubs there. Additionally, English players have felt more comfortable moving to other nations and leagues to play for big clubs there. These changes are very helpful for English players who can improve themselves from world class star players from other nations, and they can learn a lot of things by playing in other leagues too.

Overall, these changes are big contributors for increasing quality of English national team and performances of the team in latest World Cup and Euro tournaments are solid evidences. I believe that their national team sooner or later will win a big trophy in either World Cup or Euro as there is no signal that Premier League falls into a decline in quality.

Xabi Alonso succeeded in Bayer Leverkusen and Bundesliga but failed in Real Madrid and La Liga. Premier League is a big league that has similar quality to La Liga so this young head coach will have hard time in Chelsea especially he took this coach position after this club had a bad season.

Am guessing you didn't even process what you read before quickly slamming on someone else's for what? I can't really read the nonsense you talking about mate, from what @Donneski wrote he's rather praising the success of Mikel Arteta's project with Arsenal and how the coach has proven to be worthy of the trust given to him by the Arsenal management by winning the EPL trophy after over 20 years of Arsenal drought on a major trophy.
Can you point to the nonsense am not seeing, please.

No, Arteta isn't the most successful coach that Arsenal have ever had. Don't be too quick to forget about Arsene Wenger. He is the best and most successful coach that Arsenal have ever had in the history of the club because he won EPL in 2003/2004 season with an unbeaten record in 38 matches. He buys no name players very cheap, build them and sell them very expensive to other clubs

How can you say that Arteta isn't a successful coach when last season he won the Premier League and also led Arsenal to the UCL final?
What I need to say is that the best is still the management for giving Arteta their time and trust. During Arteta's time as coach many things have happened one of which is always dominating the standings and also always coming close to winning the title although it was only last year that they achieved the championship, which is Arteta's fourth season as Arsenal manager.

Quote
You can't ever blame a coach if a team doesn't win a Champions League final. Many things have to work out well to win a title like that and the reality is that there is one team in the way right now and that is PSG. Beating them is the biggest challenge you can be facing in club football these days. I am sure that they will play another important and successful season in the Premier League and in the Champions League.
So every coach who has the best because he can win the UCL champion he is considered the best and that is one of the very wrong ideas because every coach has a goal in building the best composition so that with that composition I think a complete performance will be born meaning it still starts with the composition because every coach must have more than one season to be able to give the best for the team and if as it is said that every best coach is the one who can give the UCL champion title and for me I don't agree because it is more valuable to build a solid team because from that solidity it will become a champion this is like what Arteta did at Arsenal where at the beginning of his arrival until several seasons continued to build well and the result was only in his fourth season he was able to give the Premier League title to Arsenal after they had been waiting for so long.

I'm happy with your rely to that delusional Arsenal fan, he doesn't even know the club history,  he's been emotional instead to deal with the fact,  Arteta don't even come close to Wenger, so he can't be best Arsenal coach in history,  in 6 years Arteta has spent £935 millions incentives joining Arsenal,  the highest by any Arsenal coach in history,  yet he won just one league title in six years after spend just a huge amount, Wenger won more titles in his time than Mikel Arteta, and he spent less and sell more players then. History will always remember Wenger as the most successful manager in Arsenal history for now, except Arteta wins the champions league and more titles in the coming years.

Some people are new to watching football and they talk from when they started watching football without checking history. I have been watching football for long and the past is still in my memory as if it was yesterday. I don't even think that Arteta can win the Champions League next season because Arsenal might not make it to the finals.

I must say that yes you are right, the quality in recent years has started to grow a lot, and to decrease in Italy i must admit.
the Premier League, and i don't think I'm offending anyone, is currently the most competitive championship in Europe, nothing to be done, and therefore the most beautiful.

I believe he's going to succeed in Chelsea and his going to make Chelsea great again, his a very wonderful coach and the only reason why he did not succeed in Real Madrid was because the Real Madrid players refused to work with him because of some personal issues they were having with the coach and they were seeing him like a small manager they can't respect, but I believe it will not be like that in Chelsea everyone is going to respect him and his going to have total control of the team, his going to achieve greetings things with Chelsea, Chelsea should also be patient with him.

Chelsea must believe in them more, they have an excellent team and with a coach who has a lot to prove, also because as you rightly say, the players put a spoke in his wheels and didn't allow him to express himself at his best, i think this has certainly influenced this, and that Chelsea can really amaze.
