well it is not just about doing something earlier than others but it is the quality of what they are doing and how competent and reliable these people can be and also they really need to do something about the team because they will not longer be playing premier league, fa cup again alone but they will be playing champions league this season because that was their only achievement last season. and it will be nice to watch them do better this time in the champions league even though they do not win it.

I understand that there are players in the Chelsea team that has ego but it can't be compared with the real Madrid team where almost all the players are proud. I think that Chelsea will be easier for Xabi Alonso to handle because even though the Chelsea pressure is higher from the management board, especially in players signing and decision making, but for the fact that almost all the current players of Chelsea are all average players with no much media attention, it will be easier for them to get under the manager easily. He would only have to align with the management and the medical team which was one of the major challenge that Enzo Maresca faced and then given less attention to the media. Chelsea job is not an easy job because you still have the management to contend with but it's better than real Madrid job where you have star players to contend with.

How pattern will work for Chelsea if allowed to exercise his full control because Bayern Leverkusen wasn't a top team when he led them to the league title. I'm very optimistic that his arrival will bring a good change to the team.

25 appearances with zero goals is definitely not so good a stats, and having just four assists in all the 25 appearances is also low but I guess this is probably because he's a midfielder.
And maybe the reason why Manchester United decided to have him signed into the club is because they must have watch his performance and style of playing and they believe that with the right training and coaching, he could do much better than he's done so far..

And I don't know what money means to this football clubs because €41 million euros for a player with this type of record seems very outrageous if I am asked what my opinion is, but I guess this is how expensive players are and players with better records probably cost much more which is the reason Manchester United decided to go with Youri..

At least Manchester United have options for central midfielders in giving the ball to their attack line, Carrick may have his own plans and is interested in what the player has so he dares to take a player who is even without a goal at Villa but in the World Cup yesterday was quite tolerable could contribute 2 goals although in terms of assists not so much.

Amorim structure already collapsed before Micheal Carrick took over as the interim manager if the Amorim structure was working for the team then there wouldn't be a need to bring Michael Carrick to the them any longer. Manchester United got better all because of Carrick, he came into the team changed the performance of the players and made the team qualify for the champions League which Amorim whom you said left a structure failed to achieve.  Michael Carrick just need to have new good players to assist the team, they are in the champions League they need more good players to be able to carry on in the new season.

I think we need to consider the chances that are been created in both teams, midfielders in Manchester United has more chance of having goals than Atson Villa that has natural striker, they are more of support there unlike in Manchester united where midfielders both attacking and defensive midfielders do score goals. I'm sure that Teilesmans can create goals in Manchester United is Carrick used him and give him time than how he has played in Villa.

Not only is he not afraid of investing but he is generous in purchasing players even though the players he brought in are not all up to expectations, in fact it is getting worse for the Red Devils themselves. Garnacho is a good player but sadly his behaviour has never been ideal while he has been here at Chelsea. Just because of this, things are not going as both the club and player are looking for the future. Carrick is probably going to make a  big change in the midfield. He is taking the necessary steps to strengthen  the midfield. A few days ago , Manchester united added young Brazilian midfielder Andrey Santos to the squad. He  is a talented midfielder. Now carrick is probably going to add Youri Tielemans to the squad  as well. This seems to be a good signing for them. Tielemans has the ability to perform well. He was even able to make two assists in the world cup. Tielemans' performance was also good at Aston villa.
