Yes,, it's true that Arne Slott, in his first season as Liverpool coach, managed to lead his team to the Premier League title. It seems like you all are generalising too much and fail to realise that there are levels to everything.

Arsenal's squad is already very big. They have a lot of players. Their starting XI is also very strong. We have seen in the last season that they  have a good replacement after a player  gets injured.

Arsenal also have a lot of talented forwards in their attack. But even then we have seen their attack perform poorly in the last season. I think this is because of the match  strategy. Arsenal's attack players have the ability to perform better. Anyway, if arsenal can add an experienced  scorer to their squad, then their attack will be stronger.

The Premier League this upcoming season is going to be challenging and interesting for few clubs because a few top clubs have enough changes, and these are going to bring good competition at the top while Arsenal and Manchester United have already done good to keep their momentum.

We may be forgetting one thing, after Arne Slot's successful first season, before the start of the second season, one of their key players, Diego Jota, died, then there was talk that his death might have an impact on the team. That was last season and we saw that impact. Although Liverpool were performing somewhat better towards the end of the season.

Carrick should live up to expectations because currently alot of fans has put on so much trust on him currently, and one thing that I have seen with Manchester United especially the managers that has come to the club in the past three to four seasons is that, all the managers always do well when they are in caretaker role and let expectations down when they are made permanent managers. So I expect that Carrick should do well in the coming season and not let hopes down when the season starts come August.
