I know he's made some upgrades in the team and it's necessary he make use of the new ones, but as it stands now that thing is not working, don't you think it's time he falls back to the root of his success? The last time I checked it's only Uncle Case that is the most important player that has left the team, so why not he fall back to what fetched him the glory last season?

Under Carrick, it seems like Man Utd is currently going through the same thing.

I believe that the entire sporting world that follows football and especially the Premier League was skeptical about Maresca. NO one is making any comparison between Enzo and pep because the difference is glairing to all. The thing is that the players still want to get the result and they are capable of getting it done even though Pep might be absent. so far, Arsenal are the favorite but it is still too early to conclude on things yet. maybe when we get to the middle of the season and see that the different between them and other teams is quite much, then we can conclude that they are capable of defending the league.

It is just like you are judging the outcome of a football game based off 10 minus of play. chances are high that your judgement will be wrong. Lets see if arsenal is capable of maintaining this tempo till mid season and we can come back to this.

Manchester United have not improved at all with what they are playing like this. I’m not expecting any positive progress from them at all. Manchester United under Carrick is not showing up any good prospects. Is it from the formation or the squad or not being able to properly manage them. I am hoping they will be able to win their game against Fulham this time around since Fulham are at the bottom of the table. Zero games scored since the start of this season, one draw and 3 games lost. I don’t think Manchester United will be the first they will win against else it will be a big shame to Carrick and the entire.

Sometimes I wonder how devastating Carrick would be feeling about all this things because with how everything and his formation was working for him on the club late last season there is know way he would have envisage this season to be turning against all the strategies he had. Although the issue is not only about wining Fulham next match but the main thing is about keeping Manchester United competitive because after Fulham match they would also have so many though matches ahead and is from how strong they are they could have victory from many but as for Fulham I'm very optimistic even with this form United would win.

I'm honestly expecting a win for Manchester United against Fulham. Manchester United aren't playing badly; they just need a bit more cohesion among their players. As that improves, Manchester United will return to their good form from last year. They have a really good and high-quality squad, and they showed us what they're capable of last year. I still believe in Carrick, and I think Manchester United have just had a bad start to the season.

The moment Manchester United hired Micheal Carrick as the main coach, everything about the team changed. He was doing quite well as their interim Manager, it was able to bring them back to the champions league were they belong, but it is now appealing to me that something might be wrong somewhere behind the scenes at Old Trafford,  making every coach that comes starts malfunctioning.

However, he still has to find a way to make the players believed once again, either he will invent new pattern, or he will stig to his old patterns, . The game against Fulham this weekend is still not going to be an easy one. They will need to do everything humanly possible to win that game if they don't want their coach sacked, beci I don't see Man U as that team that can exercise patience that much in their coach. But for Carrick, I think they really have to trust him for the job they appointed him for.

I don't think most premier league clubs have that patience to support a coach that's not producing the results they want and I don't think they are going to give him time to do so, he ended the season well last season because before he came, Manchester United are not performing well but immediately he replaced Amorim he was doing exceptional but we re just confused that nothing changed and they are still not able to keep up with their performance as at last season and the season is not demanding yet, because they are now in the champions league where they may be playing multiple games a week, how will they keep up especially when they have two or three strong opponents in a week lined up to play against?
That's how we know a strong and solid team but with the shape of Manchester United currently, it's disappointing and they will really need to quickly step up.

Mamchester united ended the season with a good performance, and they started in a bad  result what would be the course ? Nobody know. However I just hope everything go well for Manchester united though, because with the Carrick ended the season many thought Manchsster united will start the season in a very good form, So I hope Carrick correct his mistake from the beginning before it will be late.

However, as for Arsenal they will  actually repeat the same thing as last season, we already prepared and come ready for that, we will.make sure we lift the premier league trophy this season again.

During the preparation before the start of a championship it is always a delicate moment because it doesn't give you a chance to understand what the new season will be like, given that the results are always varied and above all the start of a season is always a new start and it takes time for the teams to be able to find the right harmony to give their best.

There's still a lot to play for, but yes, Arsenal looks terrifyingly good—superb defense in terms of quality and tactics, plus good backup players. They're solid all around. The main concern for me in this Arsenal team is Gyökeres. His body language isn't great, and from how it looks to me, he might even be on the transfer list come January.

On the other hand, City has already managed to live dangerously in a few games and survived, but this can't last forever. I think once the first mistake happens, they will crumble.

Speculating Arsenal to win without title competition is like doing you're declaring yourself as a winner without even doing a war. We're still at the early season and most of epl clubs are still hunting their chemistry. They're also still trying for their best and will fix their loopholes during the mid season transfer.
So the competition is getting tightening soon.

I expect the odds may be even closer between Arsenal and CIty when we enter the mid - late season to determine the winner. Arsenal has 60% to win the title while City 40%. Why can't you be patience to wait until the mid season?

Arsenal is the best team in this league this season and they were also the best last year year. They look even more shsoer this season because Odegard and Saka looks more shaper too. Mancity will still be that team that will compete with them again this season. They got some really good signings in the Summer, and that might help them compete fiercely with Arsenal. The other two teams that people were tipping to also compete with Arsenal are Chelsea and Man U, but they seem to have dropped off lately, teams are now beginning to see their weak point. Chelsea doesn't have good midfield, Man U does not have a solid midfield as well

Based on their performance this season, Manchester United has not appeared strong; instead, they have been consistently losing matches. If Manchester United hopes to improve its standing this season, the manager must take decisive action, and the players need to demonstrate greater dedication and effort.

I argue that Manchester United don't have a bad base on which to start making improvements, because it's the same or almost the same as last year anyway. But he should find better finishers who know how to exploit opportunities in front of goal that are not exploited, such as against Manchester City towards the end of the match, where an opportunity that would have guaranteed them a draw was not exploited.

I personally thought that too at one point, but the reality is that Man City is just as strong as ever.
In this season’s Champions League, I personally have high hopes for both Arsenal and Man City. but the team I’m rooting for to win the title is Arsenal. Because I’ve always felt that this team truly deserves to be champions.

Am expecting arsenal to still win the league title this season because of the stability they have with Mikel arteta. If you look at Manchester City, Liverpool and Chelsea, they all have new managers that will be needing a lot of time to work with their respective players, so even though they blend very fast, they will still be short in competing with arsenal, but since in football anything can happen, It would be wrong if I rule out the chances of any of these teams, especially Manchester City that have won all their four games with a lot of goals scored.

 But if I want to choose my team I will be betting on to lift the title at the end of the season, I will be going for arsenal because they have everything to win the league, especially the ability to win ugly, even when they are not in their best form.

Leeds United has started the season very well and that's a good one for the team. I know it's too early to decide who wins the league or get relegated,  but that have started well and hopefully they will survive. I was really surprised with the outcome of the match against Newcastle United,  but I think they deserve to win that game, because they played very well and end the game with all 3 points. I think leeds has a good team and they should stay in the premier league for at least another season.

Leeds have had a very positive start to the season, coming off a streak of wins and draws, not to mention any major defeats. It's proving to be a very fluid game that I honestly didn't expect. And this makes me very happy and I hope they manage to continue along this positive streak.

I will consider this both teams to have an equal performance, because even from the table they are close to each other with a different of a point, this match will be an interesting one because Chelsea is playing and away match which Brentford will not want Chelsea to defeat them at Gtech Community Stadium. It will be a total disgrace to them if Chelsea win them at home, checking from their previous performance, for instance in their last five matches Chelsea seem to have a better record than Brentford, but let's see what Xavi Alonso will do because already people have not built so much confidence on him based on how their previous matches were played.

I don't know wheter you have updated with the latest news or not. The thing i can tell you is that Joao Pedro is likely not playing today. He faces injury, and he's also absence from team's training. It sounsd a big wrong to put so much optimism on Chelsea to dominate the game.

In my opinion, i can't Chelsea winning this game. It seems Brentford will be much more dominant in controlling the midfield. Chelsea has almost none to play in their midfield because Reece and Henderson are still injury.

The away game against Brentford is often a tricky game. Who can help them in the midfield when lots of their players injury? I can't even see them to use Lavia - Gusto pair in their mid because it's terrible.

Even getting draw is a good achievement for Chelsea because away game often a difficult game for them. I pick Draw or Brentford to win due to the crisis faces by Chelsea.

Manchester United showed real promise last season under Carrick, and I really believed that they will be even stronger this season. Unfortunately, they are back to the United we saw under Amorim and the five other managers before him. To be honest I’m not bothered about United’s struggles, it just means Arsenal are going to win the premier league for a second time in a row.

I believe that Manchester United have potential that they didn't actually have last year, because in any case their game is evidently not lacking. The only thing that can be said, they really struggle to achieve, is the goal. So the ability to finish is something that cannot be missing in the Premier League and it is also the lacking point of this United team.

This problem with Manchester united has linger for quite a long time now, and it's very alarming, and the management is yet to find a solution to it, look at Michael Carrick that everyone thought was the Messiah, look at what he's doing now at the team, could this really be a course or what? Like the case is confusing, or could it be not giving coaches enough time to build like Arsenal did with Mikel Arteta? Like what exactly could be the solution to this their problem? Because this is not funny anymore, if not for the fact that Sir Alex has really built a very strong fan base for them, trust me they could've lost a lot of fans and support by now.

Who says Man U are not losing a lot of fans? Past glory can't sustain a team for long. Both Chelsea and Man U, whose praises lingered for so long, are both lavishing below expectations for the longest, and I would not blame Carrick for the extreme rottenness of Man U; he might not be able to fix it as quickly as expected of him. I think Man U needs a long-term, serious, and stable manager, and Carrick could be the person if given more time.

Besides, the big names in the industry had managed Man U, but to what end? Maybe the solution is to completely overhaul the player base by removing most of them and bringing in a mixture of experienced and outstanding fresh blood.

No doubt Manchester united and their fans only need to be patient, because fixing a team like this is never a child's play, so they need to be a bit patient with Michael Carrick, because how he managed to perform that well is still a mystery to me, so he should be given enough to to build, though the results are quite embarrassing, but Mikel Arteta and the Arsenal team has gone through all these, but the patient of their management with Mike Arteta is really paying them off now, so I think Manchester united should do same if it will work out for them

Apart from Chelsea's match against Luton in the League Cup, Chelsea has conceded in the rest of the matches they have played this season. If at this time Chelsea fans are still boasting about the Club World Cup they won that means that they are not really bothered by the poor performance of the club and the fact that the so called Club World Cup Champions couldn't qualify in any European competitions is a shame to them. You said Brentford is not as good as Chelsea, i don't think you are being serious here because if you check the form of both teams, you wouldn't have said what you said.

Let me give you the statistics of both teams. Brentford hasn't lost any match while Chelsea has lost one match. Brentford scored 7 goals and conceded 4 while Chelsea scored 10 goals and conceded 9 goals which means that Chelsea concede a lot of goals as much as they score many goals. Chelsea is just a point apart from Brentford so there is so much possibility that either Brentford will win or they will agree for a draw.
