This loss was not expected, and this won't only make Arsenal fans feel bad but also others who bet on Arsenal to win. The goals were early and massive. It is as if Arsenal is becoming too relaxed because of how consistent they have been in their performance.

I just hope this will be a game to make them sit up because this season looks tough, as every Premier League team is trying to be competitive. Even if Arsenal wants to lose, I don't expect it from Brighton.

Were you in any way expecting Arsenal not to loss a match this season? arsenal can't possibly win all their matches and from what i observe Brighton was a bit underrated and arsenal also thinks that they can't loss to Brighton, but it's a thing of shock to see that Arsenal lost 3-0 against Brighton, the score line just look so embarrassing i was thinking how Brighton was able to keep a clean sheet against Arsenal that has been winning all their matches since the start of the new season, they actually spoiled my ticket as they couldn't score because i betted the game both teams to score.

I feel embarrassed by Arsenal's performance in this match. Who could have imagined Arsenal would concede three goals against Brighton? I didn't expect Arsenal to play this poorly because Brighton isn't a team to take lightly. Arsenal saw what they Brighton did to Manchester United in the Carabao Cup. To me, conceding these 3 goals is so disappointing. I just hope Mikel Arteta does the needful, so that they can compete strongly for the Premier League title. Brighton have consistently proven themselves to be a mid-table team, finishing 8th in the last two seasons and 11th in the first season, proving their improvement. So far this season they have been surprising us regularly, their performance is also quite good. Although the season is not even 1/3 of the way through, so it may be wrong to say about their position right now, but I expect them to get a chance to play in the Champions League or Europa League next season. Of course, they will have to keep up their performance, especially in the last 10 games of the season.

After Arsenal's defeat, I expect Manchester City or Liverpool to lose this week. City will fight at home against Sunderland and Liverpool will fight away against Bournemouth. Both opponents have the ability to surprise the English giants.

Where are those people saying that Arsenal defense will be difficult for any team to break this season? Brighton have proved that is not by signing top defense, they can beat any team in the Premier League. This is the worst performance I have seen from Arsenal so far, I can’t even remember the last time they performed this way. The first half of the game ended with two goals, I thought Arsenal would be able to make a comeback in the second half, but they lost the both half.

We thought Manchester United were the worst team in the Premier League, losing against this team after leading them by two goals. But from what we saw from Brighton so far this season, they are capable to beat any team in the Premier League this season. The champions needs to tighten their belts again, I don’t think Arsenal is ready to win the league again this season.

Arsenal's defense is, in my opinion, the best in the Premier League. It might even be the best defensive line in Europe. However, their defense has never played like this before. They conceded three goals against Brighton and showed no presence whatsoever. I'd say this was their heaviest defeat of the season so far. Perhaps we'll see this again at the end of the season. We never normally see Arsenal lose like this. Brighton must be very proud because they managed to beat the reigning Champions League finalists and Premier League champions so easily.

Except is today you are observing there defense otherwise this has been there major line and pattern of defense before and also on this season and they have been very strong against the penetration of any club but unfortunately Brighton have discouraged people to believe that with a strong team Arsenal defense is nothing. Sad to say, this kind of poor performance from Arsenal will happen again. Don't think it won't; it will. There are many matches to play; expect to see many lapses from Arsenal's frontline and defense. Other top Premier League teams are no exception to ugly defeats.

Brighton is not one of those walkover teams in the EPL, they have young talented players in the squad and that has helped them a lot because of the energy they have. Young players are more vibrant and energetic so they are likely to even win more big teams in the future. They played Arsenal as if they are not the defending Champions. When Brighton wiped Aston Villa with a score of 4:0 when the season kick off, i was already feeling for some big teams and when they eliminated Manchester United from the league Cup that was where I confirmed the strength of Brighton.

The EPL matches doesn't really work like that. Just because Arsenal lost their match doesn't mean that other big teams must also lose their matches. This is a good opportunity for Manchester City to win and climb to the top of the table. Sunderland is not too strong to prove hard to win by Manchester City. Arsenal is going to have a problem retaining the premier league title, reason being that the mentality to continue is not there. They are at this point of being relaxed because of their last season success. The players thinks they have achieved their goal last season. Don’t forget it is easier to succeed, but it is more difficult to sustain the success. You needed to work harder than before to keep maintaining that level of success. I wouldn’t say they would have a problem retaining the league, that’s still very possible and from the league performance, they actually do fit the bill. If it’s about them being relaxed, I think that’s actually the case here, they’ve being so confident that, they do feel untouchable and Brighton just proved that to be false today. Not only did they concede 3 goals but, they couldn’t get a consolation goal in return.

Arsenal has always come under the impression that, they could attempt a come back successfully even with a 2 goals difference and Brighton wasted no time in making it 3 in the second half, that ended it for Arsenal. Till now I am still shocked. I was having the full assurance that Arsenal would win the match and bet on Arsenal to win the match. And because of Church program, I didn't watch the match thinking that, the bet will enter and only for me to hear that Brighton beat them 3-0. I see this has a historical beaten. All is well for Arsenal in their today match against Brighton. But with that I still proud of them I won’t call that embarrassment, because that’s all about football is either lose or win and beside this is their first losing this season. Chelsea fans aren't happy,they are angry because they have been falling behind in performance so i understand their feeling during this period,and one thing is certain, someone has to take the blame but it's so unfortunate that instead of blaming xabi as the coach, innocent Martinez is being treated as the problem of Chelsea.
