Manchester United are currently performing badly but this situation is expected to not last long. Because at the beginning of the Premier League, most teams play a bit haphazardly. Although I don't understand why they play so haphazardly? After a few days, in the middle of the league, each team will start playing at their best, which we saw last time. One of the reasons why United did well at the end of last season is that each team is more focused at the end of the season. 5 points in 5 matches is very poor for a team of this reputation, they gave us false hope last season.

Fulham let their defense get disorganized in the last minutes of the game, it pissed me off, but that is why they are regarded as small clubs, they cannot deliver up to expectations even in just a short period of time. Manchester United has a long way to go, but just like last season,  who knows whether we will see a better performance after they return from the break.

Looking at this situation with City, I think about how timely Guardiola's departure from the team was. It also makes me wonder, there are so many clubs in the Premier League and hasn't a single team other than City violated any of the 115 rules that City is accused of breaking? Is everything really so above board at every other club, and City the only one playing such a dirty game?

It is still amusing how they were able to pull this all through and no one ever gets to know that they’re breaking the rules. If they’re to go back to how far they’ve come since the rules was broken, then they may have not won many trophies and have the big name players they’ve gathered all this years. This is exactly what I told my fellow football fans. I know United didn't start the season the way we all expected, but they have only played 5 games out of 38, so there's still time to bounce back. Honestly, I never expected United to sit anywhere close to 10th position on the table, because I expected them to be unstoppable just like last season.

The United management failed to back Carrick up in the transfer window, they were more focused on signing midfielders instead of strengthening the backline, now we have seen how bad the defence is. Manchester United has a decent squad to compete in any competition of any kind, all they need to do is strengthen the defense on the next transfer window, and then leave the rest to Carrick. Apart from not being able to introduce much players into their squad in the last concluded transfer window,  I will say players adaptation and balancing is also a challenging factor responsible for their inconsistent performance so far in the premier league.
First is buying players,  the most important section in integrating them and making them show high level of performance in the current team. All i think on this is time shall tell,  once this players adapt to the teams tactical approach and technics it will be easy for them to showcase or display their tentacles where needed.

In the last court of appeal when UEFA sued them, they were supposed to pay $30M fine but it was later reduced to $10m, they paid that money and the case was abandoned and clear, this is why I believe they can play in the Champions League. However, this is Premier League case now and this are 114 count charges and each is going to have their fine, even if they apeal, it's not like they are going to walk out, they are definitely going to pay some charges.

What is not going to happen is what they have played and won, their titles are entirely theres, there is nothing that is going to happen to them. Maybe henceforth, they will have to report every move regarding the club financial fair play to all the league they have just to avoid repeating and cheating the system that was built for everyone to maintain.
