So we have all lost faith in Chelsea winning the title? Well, I will not lose my guard on that. I still think the league is still very young early to give up on my initially prediction. Chelsea is still my favourites to win the league. I believe after this international break,  they will fix all the injuries issue and get back on their fit with an outstanding performance to back my claim. And even if Chelsea doesn't win it I don't think it will be either of the two teams everyone is looking up to, I mean let see some chances, who know if we are probably having another Leicester of 2015/16 again?

I believe Chelsea have the same chance of winning the league as other teams. i don't see any particular favoritism toward them, nor a very real chance of them actually winning the title. However, given that they've started the season in a good way, anything is possible.

Bad news for Arsenal football club as majority of players that plays in their front line are sidelined with injury crisis. Arsenal have suffered just one defeat since the start of the new season. They refused to sign players that can operate upfront in the summer transfer market and may possibly be regretting while they didn't sign any front player apart from Tzolis was has just suffered an injury blow  during this international friendly games, and maybe out for some months according to reports.

The only fit strikers available now are Victor Gyokeres, and Bukayo Saka and Madueke  Haverts is out injured, Tzolis has suffered an injury blow too, but Max Dowman is available to play. If Arsenal do not invest in their attack during the January transfer window, they will miss out on the trophy this season.
It should be at a time like this where rivals Manchester City face many problems, Arsenal must be more aggressive and take advantage of opportunities. They are satisfied with last season's squad, overconfident enough to forget that the hectic schedule that awaits including the international break always has an impact on injuries and Arsenal are at a disadvantage. I'm not sure Max Dowman is a player who can close the gap well. So Arteta will definitely be overwhelmed especially in sharpening the front line.

Arsenal forward is looking weak from my perspective, Rice is out, so it might affect their midfield a bit, although Eze and Timber are active as at now, we can only hope they don't pick injuries in international duties as well. In the January transfer window, Arsenal should focus on signing players that are less injury prone. Saka and Havertz are injury prone players, Tzolis has joined the list too. I think if they sign more strong players like V.Gyokeres who are still efficient, it would really help them in the league. We might see Arsenal decline further in performance, we only hope they can maintain good performance without havertz and Tzolis.

I saw some polls online about the possible penalty that City will likely receive and many people voted for exclusion from the EPL. It may look as if people want City out of the EPL but in the other hand, it could be the punishment that is appropriate in this situation.
The punishment might not happen as everyone is guessing but this is 114 count charges we are talking here. Do you think that the Premier League will let it slide just like that? Do you know the havoc they have done to the Premier League if not English football entirely.

Manchester City are far too big a club to face a punishment as severe as the one you’re describing. To actually end up in the Championship? There’s far too much money involved, and the Emir has boundless influence over the Premier League and European football in general; let alone if, out of spite, the ambitions of Paris Saint Germain and the entire City Group were to be scaled back, UEFA and FIFA wouldn’t want that sort of damage. In the end, it’ll all come to nothing: a few penalty points, one or two transfer windows closed, and a small fine.
One of the reasons why laws where established is to direct the affairs of all including big and small teams,  Manchester city knew there was law and chooses to violate so I don’t think they will be above the law to face their punishment except the fifa association is telling the world that there are teams above the law and Manchester City is among those teams.
Before Manchester City grew to this stage there where other teams even better than them, so without wasting much times I will still support the fifa punishing city in accordance to the offence without being political in decision making.
Hmm... This is indeed another face of this saga trust me, they say money stop nonsense, and you know we are in a monitized world, so I'm afraid the Manchester city owner might buy his way through, or even if there must be punishment I bet it won't be that harsh are expected of everyone, but if it happens that way, they are literally killing the game, so I will advise they go with due process on this case, because it's not just Manchester city owner that has money in the league, if the English FA fails to give them their deserved punishment, other teams might look into it and start violating the law also, knowing too well they can equally but their way through.

Chasing the top 4 or 5 in the Premier League standings is still possible for Chelsea. But with their current performance, I am not sure they can compete for the trophy. We are indeed only at the beginning of the season, anything can happen. But Chelsea's chance can only occur if other strong teams have very bad luck. Chelsea has to do better, but maybe in another opportunity next season.

I understand that there're some Arsenal players who has sustained injuries which may affect them to compete for the title, i agree with you on that. But saying that Arsenal must sign players in January transfer window for them to win the league again i think you got it wrong, let me notify you even if all Arsenal players are complete without injuries Arsenal can not win the league back to back, is not in their blood to win premier league 2 times in row. I knew that all Arsenal fans are happy right now with the situations where Manchester City found themselves, presently you all knew Manchester city that's giving Arsenal headache in Premier and all Arsenal fans believe no other clubs in Premier league that can challenge them for now,  but I'm assuring you that without injuries, and they add more players in January transfer this very season Arsenal won't win the league.

Even though Arsenal lost their game against Brighton, I still believe they are second Informed if not the first informed team in English premier league right now and Arteta has build Arsenal just like the way Pep Guardiola build Manchester city in those seasonss they were winning premier league back to back without anyone challenging them, that period even though Manchester city had an injury player you will hardly notice in their game because all the players was like first Eleven and that is how Arsenal is looking like now.
Arteta learned from Pep Guardiola, but this doesn’t make him as skillful as Pep. Arsenal is trying to maintain their performance, but I think Arsenal needs more, and this is where Arteta comes in to play his role. I believe teams in the EPL have understood the pattern of Arsenal, and since Arsenal was the champion last season, every team sees them as a threat. This is why Arteta needs to give his best, and so do the players, because this season may seem difficult for Arsenal.
It's true that Arteta spent years as Pep Guardiola's assistant coach at Man City, but I still believe something that what you learned, your natural talent and fate/luck have huge roles to play in your success as a coach, and not whether one person learned from the other only. Arteta has shown his own uniqueness, IMO. That said, Arsenal under him has naturally made them a threat in the EPL, so it's not just happening. If not, tell me how the first runner-up for years is not a threat. As it is now, I still expect him to up his game. And so far, so good, if not for the shameful display against Brighton.

Regardless of the injuries Arsenal are suffering now, the Arsenal team is one team that has been able to build themselves to survive in literally any condition, there is hardly a team you will see in England that will have so much injured players and still keep it going without much distractions. Don't be surprised that Arsenal can still keep it going till this guy's come back from injury. The good thing is that, this injuries are coming in the beginning of the Season, this is something they normally use to suffer during the middle of the season or towards the ending, at least they can still try to manage themselves pending when the full squad is back.
But every team certainly has the same thing, but for Arsenal, there are many players who are likely to be of good quality, both starting players and reserves of almost equal quality. So, this situation isn't that difficult for Arteta to determine who can replace the injured player.

In contrast to the combination of players defending other teams, there are times when they realize that they are one of the players needed by the team so they underestimate the players who often sit on the bench, so that when they play, their enthusiasm to replace the role of players who often appear decreases because of the selfishness of players who often appear, sometimes making them lose their enthusiasm to fight in helping the team they defend.
No player is selfish at this point, it is the coach that repeats who plays every match, however Arsenal have been able to understudy themselves to know that they need at least two players for each Wing, if you remember last two seasons, Arsenal had an injury problem that literally denied them the league title, that season they were doing very good and everybody was literally sure that Arsenal were going to win the league, but injury came in and it became a disaster for the team and they could not continue in consistency, so over time Arsenal have learned their lesson, and trust me regardless of the injuries they have this season, you won't see Arsenal struggle the way they did years back.

I think we shouldn’t be downplaying Arteta’s work because he learned under the tutelage of Pep Guardiola, most people today have easily forgotten that this same Arteta didn’t have it easy when he took the job at Arsenal or was it blooming rosy when he left Pep, in fact he wanted to copy Pep so perfectly in his first years and he failed but gradually started to build himself and it was exactly through this new part that he actually got Arsenal way back at the top.

Let’s also give Arsenal the biggest credit for trusting a rookie like him and also sticking with him until it started to work out well for them, I can tell you that many other clubs would have had him gone after he couldn’t qualify for Europe in two consecutive seasons. But they deserve their credit like just anyone who has contributed

Staying with Pep would have helped Arteta become the man he wants to become because that is what hae help arsenal for a long time, and forget whatever we might be complaining about. Arsenal Arteta is one of the most interesting coaches we have, and that is why I think Arteta is doing very well, because at some point their fans were pressuring the management to let Arteta go because of some decision that he has made for the club, and some even said that is the reason why Pep allowed him to win the league, even if that is hilarious.

Arteta did not do very well in most cases, and one of his focuses is usually defense, and that is what happened between them and Brighton, and that was what happened to him because he was more focused on defending and not attacking. Arteta is an excellent coach, but in several situations he should be able to do more, because I feel like that way it's going to get better only if he focuses on attacks too, because they find it hard to score goals.

That's what clubs worry about when their players go off for international breaks they might come back injured, and that affects their performance. Plus, some of the injured players this time are pretty important, which will give Arteta a headache because they're facing Leeds next, and they need fitter players to boost their chances of winning since they just lost to Brighton and definitely don't want to drop another 3 points because of this. But I think that Arteta will definitely find a solution to this problem because they are not the first to be hit by player fitness problems.

As for Leeds they may also be without midfielder Harry Wilson for their upcoming match against Arsenal as he is dealing with a muscle injury. This could impact their play given that Harry Wilson plays a key role in Leeds’ performance. Arsenal must be wary of the Leeds squad which may well have a solid plan to catch Arsenal off guard. Mikel Arteta needs to manage player rotations to help them maintain their form and even avoid losing their rhythm as their players become fatigued under the pressure from Leeds which is likely to occur. But I personally believe that Arsenal will be able to overcome all their shortcomings when they face Leeds later because they also have good experience facing Leeds from the previous season. And I predict that Arsenal as the home team will not be defeated by an opposing team that is under pressure. They surely have a formula to beat Leeds considering that they managed to win with big margins in their last meeting even though they were the away team. And I think Arsenal’s winning mentality will truly be put to the test in this match as they are determined not to lose on their home turf.

Arteta learned a lot from Guardiola and he tried copying him for years but after he saw that it didnt work the way he wanted to he changed his entire tactics. He finally found the way for his club and thats why he won the title last season. Arsenal now plays really hard defence football and we need to get used to that. Artetas main focus is on defence and thats wierd because he was a long time the assistent for Guardiola who plays only attacking football. Still im surprised that he got destroyed by Brighton but still it can happen to any team.

If they throughly learned their lesson and taken past failure into account and putting forward correction measure to stopped further or future occurance it's wise decision and management, the problem and failure of many is identification of their problem and challenge because when problem is identified it's very easy to solve, despite not been a fans to arsenal,I cherish their performance overtime as a team, it's poor management to use injury as weak point to a team though it's not easy to buy player with hood capacity to be on the bench without playing but it's more of preparedness of the second of those vital position to have some one who the one on injury absence will not be felt, injury is usual thing in football allowing your team to failed as result of injury to me is not properly a good arrangements, those past excuse by arsenal if all those things are put to stopped they are in better position to keep soaring as eagle.

I know United didn't start the season the way we all expected, but they have only played 5 games out of 38, so there's still time to bounce back. Honestly, I never expected United to sit anywhere close to 10th position on the table, because I expected them to be unstoppable just like last season.

The United management failed to back Carrick up in the transfer window, they were more focused on signing midfielders instead of strengthening the backline, now we have seen how bad the defence is.
Manchester United were not “unstoppable” last season. Hell, they were horrible under Ruben Amorim and that’s why he was booted out of the club. As for the argument of management not signing players Carrick wanted in the transfer window, in my opinion, part of the reason Carrick was picked for the job is because INEOS wanted a yes-man, and Carrick for them is a manager that wouldn’t rock the boat.

Arsenal is clearly a great team right now, thanks to Arteta's tireless and unyielding efforts to continuously build this team. Therefore, I think Arteta can clearly be said to be a truly great coach. Basically, being able to make a team's performance consistently stable for several seasons is clearly not easy. But Arteta clearly did that at Arsenal, he managed to make their team's performance consistently good and improving every season. So with that, Arsenal is certainly a major threat to any team in the Premier League. Because even though their performance is not completely stable at this time, I am sure that over time, Arsenal's performance will clearly improve again. Because Arteta clearly will not remain silent seeing this. And regarding Manchester City, they are indeed a great team when coached by Pep, and for this season, I don't know what their performance will be like in the long term. Because at a glance, their current performance is also good.

Manchester United were inconsistent under Amorim as well, they had some good matches and some very poor ones. In fact the end of last season under Carrick was very good, but in the new season, United have become just as inconsistent as they were under Amorim, one good performance is followed by a poor one. So at this point, I’m not ready to say that Carrick has done something at Manchester United that has completely transformed the team.

International friendlies are really causing some clubs some points, this is one reason why some clubs blocks some players for going into international games. We saw Chelsea blocking Palmer and joao pedro from going into the international games and telling media they are out injured and will be using this period to recover. Arsenal now have 3-4 key players out injured, and these players are very important in the squad.

Havertz have been a very important player for Arsenal since the beginning of the season, we have seen him score some important goals for them before the break, so losing him at this moment will be crucial for the gunners. The likes of Rice, Tzolis are also injured, I really hope some of this players come back before the league commence.

At the moment, Manchester City are really inform, and they are ready to beat any team that comes their way, they are really determined to win the league this season. This deal is proudly sponsored by Haaland. After Arsenal win the league from them last season, he vowed that this season will be very special for them. They said they were going to come back stronger this season and probably compete for the tittle. Unfortunately, PEP is no longer in the team, but I am sure PEP is in the background if the Mancity team, telling Maresca what to do.

However,Arteta is a genius, he knows exactly what he is going, and I can say it that if he hadn't experimented the combination of Rice and Guimereas, they wouldn't have lost that game against Brighton. Arteta will definitely have a way of turning things around, despite the injury crisis up-front.

You are absolutely correct, before Michael Carrick came to Manchester united the performance was nothing to talk about because it was that poor and the moment Michael Carrick stepped in the whole game changed and suddenly there was a lot of things to talk about Manchester united because there performance was great that they won the strongest teams in the premier league then and that gave people hope that the club will do great this season and made them to give Michael Carrick the contract but what people are seeing now is completely different.
