Ethereum will remain one of the best alt coins for us to make a good investment asset and also have a bright future in my opinion, what else do we know if ethereum has a plan to dethereumevelop ethereum 2.0 and of course if the plan is realized it will certainly greatly affect the price movements in the future, and I am sure that the price of ethereum will continue to be pumped if the launch of ethereum 2.0 occurs

 I think there are different type of altcoins that people invest into not just difference between coins but difference between ideas of coins as well. People who invest into ethereum usually invests because it is one of the biggest (well biggest after bitcoin) coin and it is very trustworthy, people invest into masternodes or proof of stakes because they want to have a steady income from it, some people invest into IEO or DeFi or whatever because they want to make more money.

 By logic, there are different "types" of coins, which means people do not only pick coins but also pick the styles and depending on the style of coin you want to invest into you could probably find better between them, for a person who wants to invest into a defi, you can't just suggest eth, or for a person who wants to invest into a proof of stake you can't just offer a proof of work.

I think the best Altcoins for investment are the Altcoins issued by the exchange..  Binance, Kucoin shares, bibox, Huobi, BitMEX, and OKB are examples of coins that are issued by exchanges that are very good for investing (short term / long term).  for DeFi !!! I don't really recommend..

Why do you not recommend Defi? this is an honest question. I've seen DeFi projects which are really doing great now for example Yearn.Finance by andre conje. It's initial price is 1k USD but now it skyrocketed to 39K and i wouldn't be surprised if it pass the 50k mark.

defi been doing really great lately, but like other hype stuff, make sure to not invest on the wrong place. because every type of project using defi to attract more investors with its hype. and all of the scam defi projects are pretending and disguise to be a legit one, please do google first before approach to invest

Now it is too dangerous for large investments, especially for long periods.

Supporting this,Bitcoin is much stable now unless by the time you posted this is that the BTC you converted in DeFi project or currency that make a really high prices now.

But make sure to return back to Bitcoin before the Bullrun comes,for you not to feel bitter in future.

So at the end of the day I suggest everyone to just focus on and buy whatever they want to and not what others would suggest you to buy. you are right. The coin you choose will be the best coin you will ever hold. Instead of choosing coins from other people's votes, I tend to choose my own coins. although so far I still choose and hold ethereum because I think that it is the best coin, but I also always choose the top altcoin for it. everyone has their own rating, but sometimes the best coins are not far from the top altcoins.

   Giammangiato in last months ChainLink, Band and PolkaDot are the projects that everyone talks about. I can see these 3 names
almost everywhere, from this forum to social networks, people talk about them.
   I have Link, bought at $2 long time ago, and I am thinking to add more, the price dropped a bit and I think this is the new bottom
for Link. I don't have Band and PolkaDot, I don't have money for everything, but I will try to think something and buy some in very

actually investing in bitcoin has a big role in the movement of the altcoin price, but if you want to invest in altcoin you should choose the current top coin list,

what can we do ? he dont like bitcoin  . the guy could be seeing more potential in altcoins more than bitcoins . he is newbie as he said , he didnt understand if what are coins under the top list  . why not gave him direct suggestion or name one of the alts that you also think the best that can help him . 

and for the market in my opinion it depends on the convenience of each, can I suggest you can invest in the binance market

investing in binance ? this isnt a stock market or forex where he can invest in a company but this is a crypto market  . you could have said invest on the coins that are under the listing of binance because mostly what they list are good coins

actually investing in bitcoin has a big role in the movement of the altcoin price, but if you want to invest in altcoin you should choose the current top coin list, and for the market in my opinion it depends on the convenience of each, can I suggest you can invest in the binance market

investing in top altcoins such as Ripple, Ethereum, EOS, Cardano is good, but you need to know that the top altcoins have gone up in price,
and maybe in the future the price could drop again, investing more in undervalued altcoins, like Waves, TRX or Ontology
