Thats not how taxes work mate. They are determined by the countries, or states, not by a random website on interenet.

Why would we need another Global one world currency when we already bitcoins ? Even if you don't want to use bitcoin because of low tx confirmation times there are plenty of coins to choose from which confirms with seconds. But we actually don't need another shit global currency.

As previously mentioned, it will be difficult to see any developer which will rely on the percentage cut of the token that will be successful or not. Besides, this kind of deal required high grade on integrity and trust which your account currently lacking. All the same, wishing you all the best

First, I don't think you are real, but let's assume you are, then this is a totally wrong approach, if you are really serious about starting a project and in need of good developers, atleast get a web site running first, you can pay small amount to a local web dev in your area and he or she can build something that looks very nice for you, or you can as well code one yourself, if you don't know how to, you can teach yourself. I personally don't like the idea of running a project without any knowledge of how to write code, that's like trusting the success of your company to other people who's intention might not be the same as yours.

So my advice is learn how to write codes first, get a good website about your business /project running, get a whitepaper and explain in details your plan and what you expect the future to look it.

If you do this with all seriousness, I bet some devs will even join you not for the money they will make immediately but for the end goal.

There are actually projects that implemented this and are being totally unpopular because they dont let you make money . Check out the project USDX on LHT Blockchain . They are trying to implement a stable coin system that is backed by a crypto like DAI and maker but on a totally different blockchain developed from scratch called lighthouse blockchain which offers 100k transactions per second . But no crypto exchanges are taking a lot at the project or giving it a chance because there is no money there . They wont be making a penny from that blockchain if they dont have transaction fees . So IMO if you are tying to make something faster and free to users its not gonna succeed .
