I just don’t understand what you are saying here mate how does schools going down actually make a currency to have value? And did you even forget that most studies are being done online today?

Education is very important, and without it you wouldn’t have been on this forum posting this, because you wouldn’t know how to read and write, so don’t say that it’s good for education and schools to fall, it’s totally wrong ,we need education. And you’re also forgetting that education also contributes to the money a country makes, it’s part of what helps the economy, and if the economy is down, then the currency or money will be down as well.

We're now living in the era that most have a technology, therefore, money isn't a king at all. We have many digital valuable assets that might replace the money. I don't think OP has come up with this pointless idea. There are too many ways to find that can alternate to money, not just only money that people need.

Many things can't buy money, even your happiness can't buy with money. You become obsessed with making money you didn't realize that you don't have enough time for your family and your children if you have. Not all things above on earth that you can buy money.

But in reality, during the economic contraction towards slow down or tight money, the most powerful thing is cash. Those who are trapped in debt with interest will die slowly because of interest. There will be many opportunities because many will sell non-productive assets in order to hold cash. And the savior from all these situations is cash. So there are many entrepreneurs who hibernate and hold cash, for example doing the chosen trade is a short-term business, the benefits are easy to take and the exit is also easy (low hanging fruit). As did Warren Buffet, who released Berkshire Hathway's shares from several investments to hold cash. Though Buffet is famous for its long-term investment habits.

So the safest thing right now is to hold cash in large amounts in dollars, then still have multistreaming income so that the resistance to face a recession is longer than those without savings and without a surplus of income.

You can only coast through life without skills or experience if you're one of the lucky few who actually have untold sums of money.  Somehow I sincerely doubt you're one of those people.  This world is going to eat you alive if you don't get your shit together.

Agreed, this world belongs to those that can see farther ahead than anyone else and in order to obtain that ability you need knowledge, and this knowledge can be obtained in several ways, you can go to school and obtain that knowledge, you can learn from experience, you can learn from a mentor in your life or you can learn from books and other materials like it, but regardless of the process itself at the end what matters is your knowledge and how you apply it.

Unfortunately, not everything can be bought for money. For example, health cannot be bought for sure. How many rich people were unable to recover from fatal diseases, while having unrealistic amounts in their accounts. As for education, I also disagree with you. Even those who didn't study well in school, but still became rich, then return for knowledge in order to keep and properly manage their wealth.

That debate could take up a whole thread of its own, but that's one point on which I think you're wrong.  Education is never pointless or worthless, even though the cost of attending university has shot up in the past couple of decades.  I would concede that some college majors are pointless, but only from the perspective of using that major to get a job after graduation.  If I were just starting to attend university right now, there's no way in hell I'd pick a major like sociology, psychology, gender studies, or even math/physics unless I was intending on going on to graduate school.

What crash are you referring to?  I was looking at the S&P 500 graph earlier, and it's now higher than it was pre-COVID-19.  The stock market is soaring, as are precious metals, and bitcoin is above $10k.  The flash crash we had because of the viral outbreak is a thing of the past at this point.

In case of a crash there other asset classes which still outperform cash, so Cash might be the Prince, not the King in my opinion. If you look at precious commodities like Gold you will see that they increased a lot in value during past crisis. Where as cash usually just loses value due to inflation. For cash to be good in a crisis you would want to invest into other asset classes at the lowest point. But there you have the timing issue. No one knows for sure when the pandemic will be over.

Agree, health is wealth so that should be our priority, however, with money, we can do almost everything we want, we can provide good food for our body to maintain our health and we can afford medical expenses to maintain our health as well. For some people money is everything and even I see in my society how everything for them around is money. But its people choice and how they want to live it.
