No casino or sportsbook with a Curacao license can take players living inside countries that are forbidden by the Curacao eGaming board. I have spoken to a casino support rep before about this and they said that their restricted countries are the ones decided by Curacao. The US is one of them.

So as soon as one of these casinos ask you for KYC, it's game over as they can infer from the documents you give them that you are living in the US so they'll close your account.

Agree. better to not use VPN at all and try to evade the law or the sportsbook's terms. Reading the terms and conditions does go a long way but sadly many don't bother reading them

I agree with you. The most important thing is the terms and conditions  it is very important for any user to read carefully. But the reality is that most users do not pay attention to read the terms and conditions before creating an account and click agree without reading. Later, if there is any problem in the account, the owner of the website takes the opportunity with the help of terms and conditions. So If a website is strict for a country, then it is very dangerous to take access from that country in any other way than legal way.

if you're into betting, TRY KittieFIGHT, it is under Ethereum Blockchain though but it's good. Try looking for it and you'll get to see the many ways to earn KTY while you play your game. It is DEFI lending backed w/ 20%-70%  rolling compounding interest for Lenders.

Interesting, it's my first time to hear about this site. Will it be adding sports betting soon?

Today many platforms allow you to play or bet without the need for KYC, usually some of these platforms can be: stake.com, roobet, they are the bookmakers that I can recommend because they are very authentic and responsible. Most bookmakers know the problem with KYC, which is why they prefer this type of mechanism to keep their customers.

I got this list from an article posted to Playusa.com. From the article I found there is restrictions on gambling, but the control is in the hands of the State authority. The list details the legality of gambling on different States of America.

It will be good if you will avoid using VPN especially if you are planning to bet a huge amount as they can easily freeze your account if they found out that you are doing that is against in their terms and agreements.

You can try Bovada, BetOnline, GTBets, SportsBetting and Youwager but make sure that you will do your own research first if they are good enough for you as I haven't tried them yet.

First of all, you won't find any USA based crypto sportsbook cause such thing doesn't exist. Secondly, it will be better for you to use high quality VPN service with dedicated and unique IP address to get rid of account lock/freeze because of shared IPs. As always, there are chances that sportsbooks may ask you for KYC documents and since you won't be able to provide it because you are from USA and will be meaningless, they'll catch you in this part and your account will be frozen and funds - lost. Btw you can risk and play with only small amount of money to not make doubts and get the pleasure that you gain by doing bets on sports.

Btw idk if there are sportsbooks that accept players from USA but again, if there are any and someone suggest any of them, always check the trust profile of their representatives on bitcointalk and also always look for scam accusation threads (if available), what caused the problem, how it was solved and others.

In my own country sports betting is been funded directly from my bank account. Btc has not been fully recognized and has limited usuage. I also wished Btc or other coins were used so that funding of sporting wallet could be more fun. Regarding the value of Btc I would rather prefer to earn my bet winnings via Btc. All through my years of betting I haven't experienced more advanced betting like making use of crypto currencies  both to fund and to withdraw from my wallet. I seek for any recommendations on a more advanced betting site where I can fund my wallet with Btc or anyother cryptocurrency.

I guess all you can do now is just stick with what you are doing, there's no USA sportsbook in crypto since in the first place it's illegal, just like other crypto sportsbook who doesn't accept gamblers from USA. Good for you actually that you can still enjoy gambling using VPN, but there's a risk that you will take,I suggest you spread your bets in different gambling sites, that would help you minimize the risk.

The demand for BTC for betting in the United States is much higher yet the American people group still has a few options including a few store clubs for USA players which clearly caters to this particular region of the world. Due to the use of product steps legal issues were completely resolved enabling American monitors to find some fantastic opening machines, which is certainly an incredible option for anyone who likes to play gambling club games on the web. Access to sports books is much easier.

I'm based in USA and have a passion for sportsbetting, but like most here prefer to gamble with my btc than bank accounts.    Sportsbet has been my goto and I access via VPN, but i'm always worried a KYC will get me eventually and I'll lose some of my funds.

Any recommendations for a USA based (or USA accepted) sportsbook?
I dont think you have to look too far when it comes to Sportsbooks in the US. I would advise you to not use VPN as a workaround to country restrictions because it could potentially lead to problems like you've mentioned, KYC and confiscation of funds is possible.  Bovada which in itself is a premier sportsbook when it comes to USA, also accepts Bitcoin and Bitcoin cash.  Bookmaker is another trusted name that accepts crypto. Doesnt Betcoin.ag also have license to operate in the US? They have bitcointalk presence as well, so might as well ping them and ask the same.

Thank you very much for the warning. I've always used VPN before.
There are a few things you need to consider when using VPN.

First of all, does the platform allow its users to use VPN? Some casinos allow it, but most don't. Here, you will have to talk with their customer support or read their TOS and other documentation to find out. If you are allowed to use VPN, there is another possible problem. If you use a free VPN service or one that has a huge amount of users, but with limited servers, it might look like you are using multiple accounts. 5 people using the same IP on a casino can look like it's the same player using multiple accounts. Since multi-accounting is not allowed, you could be subjected to KYC or have your accounts blocked.

The second thing to consider is why are you using VPN in the first place. Is it to stay anonymous and protect your privacy, or as a workaround for the geographical restrictions to gain access to the casino? Most people use VPN for the latter.

the complaints that sportbettors are accused for having a multiple account is a possible fault of free version of a vpn and not thier selves because some of them dont look guilty .

this is a warning for the sportbettors that dont have a knowledge about vpn's  .

paying a small fee for premium wont not help thier selve's to avoid issues later on but it also helps the developer of the vpn because you are supporting thier works .
