Is there a bitcasino.io representative on the forum?

Account was blocked 2 weeks ago, on email no response last 10 days,
chat support said i have waitinig, i start think its scam.

All proofs and screens can load, its not joke.

Once your problem is not resolve by one of their representative here then try to open scam accusation  with all proof you have .

It's not just the amount but the customer service which they can provide to any of their customer's complain. It's about dealing with any certain doubts and inconvenience that one has experienced.

I think it's best for you to put all the evidence about your account being locked on their site if they don't give you any highlight about your account or if they don't give it back to you. You know if you have solid proof about your claim, most of the members in the community will be on your side and their site will be red marked all over the internet. ^ That's definitely right, they are here for how many years and I also witnessed different baseless and pointless against them but in the end, it will end up solved. Just like what happened the last couple of the month, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5260832 and this, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5260827.0. We think and sounds true that the complainant is a victim but the fact the real victim is Bitcasino with the bugos strategy. However, if OP can compiled a good proof then, OP is good to post in scam accusation board, but if did not have, that is again useless.

I also agreed that Bitcasino was among the long existing and reputable casinos so solving this issue shouldn't be a problem but I think their support response is somehow slow because 95% of all gamblers usually feel unrest until their fund issue is resolved especially when it withdrawal issue.
With that been said, @CardsMoney I'm curious and want to know how you know this is the right place to report the issue?

Follow the suggestion, if they will not reply then that is the time to create a scam accusation as they will surely answer it if there is a valid basis as that will ruin their reputation.

They sent me link to video verification, but its not accept my national passport. I maked new driver license, because national passport not accept in service. Forget about the thought that the site is being a scam for now. I believe Bitcasino.io wouldn't tarnish their reputation in exchange for a handful of a shitcoin.

But this one is certainly a reflection of their poor support system. Moreover, while this is not a strange case in terms of casinos suddenly blocking accounts of users until and unless KYC is passed, this paints Bitcasino.io rather badly as users would now feel uncertain about their non-KYC gambling services.

With this as precedent, the site suddenly requiring submission of personal information, gamblers highly treating anonymity as a must might be discouraged.

Anyway, if you're losing patience over them, as a VIP client having only 1.2k of TRX stuck in your wallet, you could always forget about them and jump ship to another reputable casino.

If this is not resolved in three weeks then create a scam accusation, there should be a time limit if they are going to address the issue, if the case in scam sections it will put doubt in their status and they will have to answer, of course, it's their right not to, but it cast doubts on how they handle cases like this.

I don't know why they are not accepting passport that was mostly use by user in different website that as KYC .maybe ,you just sent it blured that's why they are not accepting it try to upload again with clear images or videos .

If you are VIP members the one you lost is just small amount for them to blocked your account.

afaik trx isnt a sh*t coin but it still up you if you consider it but i like your advice here . 2weeks is really alot and enough to move on , if this problem happen to me i probably loose patience and move on to another casino that can treat me better . whats more suck is that he is already a vip and vip means verry important person but its funny that he was like treated as an ordinary costumer . the amount is small and the casino dont bother to return it but how much more if the amount lost is higher ?

I believe Bitcasino.io wouldn't tarnish their reputation in exchange for a handful of a shitcoin.

Anyway, if you're losing patience over them, as a VIP client having only 1.2k of TRX stuck in your wallet, you could always forget about them and jump ship to another reputable casino.

afaik trx isnt a sh*t coin but it still up you if you consider it but i like your advice here . 2weeks is really alot and enough to move on , if this problem happen to me i probably loose patience and move on to another casino that can treat me better . whats more suck is that he is already a vip and vip means verry important person but its funny that he was like treated as an ordinary costumer . the amount is small and the casino dont bother to return it but how much more if the amount lost is higher ?

I hold Tron and I don't consider it a shitcoin it's far from being a shitcoin and even if it's a small amount it should be addressed, no need to transfer to another gambling site and leave it like that if since it was already posted it should be address this is for the reputation of Bitcasino, their players and for those who wants or looking to play on Bitcasino.

I use only one account and play roulette. Im vip client in casino, because play on big amount, deposit and withdraw. 2 weeks ago account was blocked, asked KYC. I sent passport and bill. They sent me link to video verification, but its not accept my national passport. I maked new driver license, because national passport not accept in service. Link to verification expired, bitcasino not answer from 29 august.

If this scam, i dont understand why, because 1.2kk trx its not all, i deposit bigger amounts and no problem, i dont understand why they not answer me.

Bitcasino good casino, with big limits, but this situation very strange.
For that amount, they'll ask that much? wait until they will respond to your email.

They have already acknowledged your complain through this thread. And for the meanwhile, lock this thread and wait until they clear your complain or until they have an answer to your problem.

Monday is good but Bitcoin support have already responded and he will look on the details of this issue, so far they've already responded well on every issue, I don't see this to be different on other issues they've encountered, give them some time, two days  is good but if they responded that they want more time give it to them this is to make sure that they want it resolved with the rules properly implemented

I got the problem with stake account have been locked or blocked after success deposit more than 3k trx, I have trying to complain with their team technical but not get good way how to solve my problem, they always give reason I have made mistake with multiple account but I only have one account so far, what for I have many accounts if I make deposit and not looking for with free way to get reward.

Wait for them to respond, they are active in the forum and for matters like this, they'd be happy to help you out.
Just be patient and they'll be addressing your concern once they've read your complain.

The amount is not really that huge for them not to address it only 1200 Tron but it's still worth it to claim if you are a gambler any amount will do, and besides Tron is a good coin I'm sure it will be taken care of I have not seen a lot of complaints on Bitcasino.io and they have an active campaign here.

I don't know why they are not accepting passport that was mostly use by user in different website that as KYC .maybe ,you just sent it blured that's why they are not accepting it try to upload again with clear images or videos .

If you are VIP members the one you lost is just small amount for them to blocked your account.

Any countries passport is considered a valid ID proof, Where as driving license is not. It is completely strange for them not to accept passport as a valid proof.

I think you should post the emails sent by them in this forum. Memebers here might be able to help you with your issue. Since your account has newbie status you can upload the images of those emails on imgur.com and submit here the links.

You can also try to make a copy of your passport, and then a selfie with it, for example. And the quality / resolution of the passport must be good. Just keep emailing, persistence wins. If the documents are clear and you are in a country where online gambling is not a problem, I foresee no problems.

this is my first time to see a gambling site that blocks account if they see your account have alot of funds but a gambling site supposed to be happy when they found out that users that play on them have alot of funds because mostly the funds will just come to them and probably loose by a gambler .

Just keep emailing them and provide reliable evidences.
he did but he didnt got a callback for much time  . infos were already provided by him.  he cant just keep sending same mail because that will be considered as spamming and worst he can be blocked and not be payed at all if they got annoyed
