The MCT+ (My Crypto Trade) Platform exit scammed on 02 July 2019.
The MCT+ Bitcointalk thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4315891

Here is the result of a year-long investigation called "The complete story of the MCT+ Exit Scam":
https://issuu.com/mctplus/docs/mct_2b_exit_scam
https://drive.google.com/open?id=106rsZiOJDNpaeHNI_C3SjwS3tA1JZQ1gU2dGXRf0SBg

From the investigation you can find out:
- the real identities of the MCT+ founders,
- how the founders were identified,
- how much the founders got from the Project,
- on what purposes the raised funds were spent,
- how the exit scam was committed,
- the founders' life after the exit scam.

The Americans who was victimized by the MCT founders - you can file a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3):
https://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx

Even when the criminals are located outside of the US, you can file a complaint anyway:
Q: Can I file a complaint if I am a citizen of the United States but have been victimized by an individual or company outside of the United States?
A: If either the victim or the alleged subject of the Internet crime is located within the United States, you may file a complaint with the IC3.

You should post here the main conclusion even if avoiding personal details. I got a Secure connection failed when I tried to open https://issuu.com/mctplus/docs/mct_2b_exit_scam. The main bitcointalk thread you linked ended up with the OP removed. This probably has a interest story behind. I love self-moderated threads. They say a lot about the authors.

All victims can report anonymously if they wish to the US and Austrian authorities:

You can use the following text for your complaint:

Good afternoon.

In May 2018 two Austrian citizens, Andreas Kaltenhuber and Carina Fontan, and a UK citizen, Simon Hibbert, founded a cryptocurrency trading platform "MCT+".
The MCT+ founders issued their own cryptocurrency, the MCT coin, and were selling it as an analog of shares - it was announced that the MCT coin would allow to get part of the revenue of the Platform.
At the start the MCT+ founders got themselves 1.5 million MCT for free as Premine allegedly for the Platform development that was equal to about 30 BTC (300.000 USD).
Also it was announced for many times that MCT+ would be incorporated in the nearest future and would become an official company.
In May 2019 there was a theft of users' funds from the Platform.
On 02 July 2019 the results of internal investigation were announced to the public and it was clearly proven by blockchain transactions that the founder and the main Platform developer Andreas Kaltenhuber was the one who had committed the theft two months earlier.
Within several hours after that the Platform was shut down, the website and the project’s social accounts were deleted. The exit scam was completed.
As a result, more than six thousand people lost their funds. The total damage caused to users and investors can be estimated up to one million dollars.

The identities of two founders, the Austrian citizens, Andreas Kaltenhuber and Carina Fontan, were established with 100% accuracy despite the fact that initially they were anonymous.
According the third founder, the UK citizen, Simon Hibbert - only name was established.

Based on the foregoing, the MCT+ founders committed the following actions:
- issuing shares of a non-existent company and selling them to people from all over the world, including American citizens (about 2/3 of all the MCT coin holders were Americans);
- non-payment of taxes on the income received;
- money laundering;
- two episodes of theft of users' funds (in May and July 2019);
- fraud.

Here is the result of a year-long investigation called "The complete story of the MCT+ Exit Scam":

Important information:
Andreas Kaltenhuber and Carina Fontan both have connections in business and political circles in Austria.
Andreas Kaltenhuber' closest friends are a multimillionaire Peter Paul Mölk, director and co-owner of the MPREIS distribution network, Emanuel Jahn, director at Autohaus Dosenberger, Adrian Egger, director at Patscherkofelbahn and many others.
His father, Heinrich Kaltenhuber, was the head of the Austrian branch of the international charity organization "Lions". His mother, Waltraud Kaltenhuber, is a politician in the Austrian People's Party (ÖVP).

Carina Fontan's second husband was Gerhard Fontan, a board member of the major media company “Regionalmedien Austria”.
During her marriage to Gerhard Fontan she made many acquaintances with influential people from the field of politics and business in Austria, including the Governor of Upper Austria Josef Pühringer.

Photos of Andreas Kaltenhuber and Carina Fontan can be often found in the local Tyrolean press.

So according to the information above they, their friends and relatives can exert pressure and influence on the activities of the Austrian authorities.

Due to the fact that the mentioned persons are part of a transnational organized crime group and have connections in business and political circles in Austria, I prefer not to disclose my identity.

If you have any questions, I will be glad to answer.

Regards.
