Yeah I noticed quite a lot of people have merited your posts of late, and that should be as a result of the fact you have added more quality to your posts, you're five merits away from full member as of the time I'm writing this, thus I would save Ratimov the stress and push you up to full member, congratulations mate and don't worry too much about signature campaigns, and I hope you joining one doesn't affect your level of post quality in the future.

I think you are trying to say that he/she is more likely a spammer since he/she did not bother to read the rules and a personality like that tends to spam all the time. Be sure to know the difference between scam and spam as it is misleading to others. You can say that this newbie is a scammer once it is proven. Take note, I am not defending this person but as a clarification to what you have stated.

He/She will have to wait before his/her activity points will reach 60. This always made me want to help those newbies who only need a few more merits to rank up and provide guidelines for them to grow up just like I have been guided by those who contributed a lot to the forum like CryptopreneurBrainboss, DdmrDdmr and many more. You don't have to call me sir. We treat each other here the same level even though your older than that person or not. Ratimov have reason why helped you to get 10 merits. It's hard to see or to know real newbie as some of them are alt accounts and some even got banned. I have helped a newbie but sadly, I thought that he/she will be a good forum user who is determined to learn but in the end, that person got banned for plagiarised content. Anywa,  CONGRATULATIONS!

Not to make this thread as a discussion thread where we all know Ratimov made this thread for other purpose which is to help as you can read on the thread title but those who have 0 and those who need less merit to next rank is applicable to participate in here or submit their entry then let Ratimov do the rest either they will receive merit or not. It may be true that this user needs more knowledge about merit and stuff but my suggestion is learn something else before learning more about merit.
