Absolutely right that mate this threads has not lock yet so it means it will runs over and over, even if ratimov sometimes can not pick or fulfilled  the merits of some user who are applying here then if someone has a huge heart and want to send their few sMerits to the applicant then they will free to do that.

Absolutely right. In this thread, merit does not have to be submitted on my behalf, someone else can also help someone in getting a new rank. So it was before, when some participants also came here and sent their merits at their own discretion. So just because I stopped sending merits doesn't mean other users can't.

This thread help me a lot because through here I rank up to full member and in to senior member and I decided to donate some of my few sMerits here in this thread and  I'll give this to the applicant above.

My assumption is that Ratimov has another reason why this thread is not locked, since the Op is no longer actively managing this thread, there are still generous people who are willing to help anyone to quickly rank up.

Ratimov has considered everything wisely, as long as this Thread is still open to the public there will always be a cycle of merit here.
Let Ratimov rest for a while, maybe he's tired or a lot of other things make him miss some apps here.
Hopefully he'll be back soon because the forum really needs generous people like him.

That's what I mean and what's Ratimov said above we can still circulate the merits here in this thread because we are freely send our sMerits if we have and for the applicant that we think they are deserving then we can send our sMerits to them.  Even though Ratimov was not like this before the,t he throws a bunch of sMerits for this thread but still some users who have little merits left to rank up then they can still send Thier application.

I don't think good ideas sharing your way here based on track from OP Ratimov seems have been long time not active for sending merit in this thread, have opportunity at other tread I think for us get merit trough high quality post do you have.  

Better stop awhile post about merit helped here because OP not active for sending merit, maybe the OP sMerit have been full and he can't sent yet merit as usually most active helped newbie account reaching higher level account.

You do not have to beg for merits, begging for merits is not allowed on the forum and it is considered irksome by some users who might put you on their ignore list for it. You post mainly in the local section, thus only people from that part of the world would be able to read and understand your posts to know if it is a quality and constructive one deserving of merits. You already got 8 merits from your local section, no need then to be in a hurry as sooner rather than later you'd prolly get what's left of it to take you to the next rank.

To be honest I'm applying this because I do need merit for signature campaign some of campaign need at least 5 for applying their project. 

I will give merit if I have since i don't have any smerit i cant send any merit

Signature campaigns quite rightly have their merit requirements for prospective participants, but there are other ways to get it like making quality and constructive posts, and contributing to the forum generally; but as far as this thread goes, it is for users who are very close to their next rank, but going by your merit count now, you aren't any close to your next rank, thus this thread isn't for you.

You do not have to send smerits to forum users to be able to earn merits from other users, you should know about that being a user here since 2014. Users would merit you if they see you have good posts, or that you put effort into creating your posts.

When the Op no longer grants Merit in this thread, the contributor will be in control to help anyone close to promotion to the next level. This thread is still open and anyone can apply provided it don't deviate from the rules that have been made Op, contributors are very friendly to anyone and will reward with some Merit if truly deserved. Users who don't follow the rules should just be ignored, they deliberately apply here to expect Merit's help to qualify for joining the Bitcoin paid signature.

The merit system doesn't work this way and you need to earn merits not ask for them this way and if the campaign you are applying in needs some merits in past 120 days then they will analyse your post history also so they will check this post so don't do these things.

If I have smerits to spare I would give it to some deserving post not anyone asking because everyone needs them and it should be given to quality posts only which have something useful in them and better work on making some efforts to earn merits.
