Bitcoin was trading around upper 11K for most parts in last 3 months with occasionally over 12K and it suddenly plunged below 10K, now it's recovering and climbing upwards. Is it a right time to bag all the coins you can or is the market going to drop again before reaching another 12K for bitcoin? People that sold in 12K and bought it again at below 10K already are making good profit at this time. It's really difficult to decide when to sell and when to buy.

First of all, lets not sum up all crypto to one bitcoin.
Because there are a lot of coins that deserve some attention and your trust and your funds to invest in it.

Right now the market is still ranging so good chance to enter as expected bull cycle is going to start soon so obviously if anyone does not want to miss out he/she should consider buying the right coins now and then wait for few months before taking profits.

in my opinion it's not too late but if we look at the price of bitcoin in 2017 was $20k and last month $12k, whereas now it's only $10k of course this is cheaper, maybe at the end of the year bitcoin will have a value of $15k or more

It actually depends on one's choice of crypto because many coins have already moved up a lot so personally they are not attractive to me anymore for investing but if we talk about btc it is still 50% below previous highs so good chance to buy more because new highs will be really big next year for btc.

Some  times it us difficult to say when exactly because a lot of factors affects price of coins. Currently, Defi and Farming projects are siphoning most of the money. When finally, people withdraw from Defi then market can reset to buying range.

Bro, i think there is no one will be late for buy cryptocurrency. There are many potential coins in cryptocurrency.
As long you can afford to lose, you can buy some good coins such eth, bnb, etc. at any price and hold them until the price rising.
But if we have no patience, we cannot gain the profit because we will sell it when the price drop.

Definitely it's obvious that market can drop at any time
But  it does not mean it won't rise again, actually this is the specific time to buy cryptoccurrencies because of downfall in market.
If anyone wants to buy bitcoin or ethereum the person should move forward to purchase it now because it will go up more than before.

no he did not . if you will only read and understand what he tries to express you will find out that he talks about the fluctuation of the price and then he ask if what is the good time to buy and sell . btc is at recovery phase but it currently got stuck , it didnt reach 12k yet so accumulating coins is still the best thing that i can recomend to do . when btc reach 12k , thats the time you can sell because i can see that 12k is your target . he gave a scenario but why didnt he applied it .  he could have answer his own question by that

I would agree that no one can certainly predict how the cryptocurrency would behave however, there are few who can at least predict the closes outcome using technical analysis. BTC is at 10k today and the support is around 9k and the resistance is around 12k, the risk reward ratio is 2:1. It is safe to say that buying now is a great move.

When you invest in crypto it is not late in buying some. If our goal is for the long term we can buy some and hold and indeed we can invest on the amount that we can afford in crypto. Although price is volatile and unpredictable so we may observe the up and downtrend.

You're right, actually we all know that investing in Bitcoin is really for long term though you can get profit from time to time if you are into trading. We can also use Bitcoin in payment now so it just shows that it's not really late to buy crypto, same goes with other altcoins.
