I didn't accuse spy100 of causing a loss, and before I ever showed up in that thread spy100 actually claimed that funds would be in escrow but then it turned out that he was trying to be the escrow, which is (1) misleading; (2) useless as it doesn't protect his "customers"; and (3) untrustworthy because he has no reputation to be offering escrow services. I created a flag to warn other users that spy100 is lying about the escrow part of the whole ordeal. Since then spy100 has repeatedly lied about risks in other types of deals but you're not gonna read that anyway. Just read at least the actual flag thread and the thread it links to. How hard can it be?

A relatively unknown user with little to no reputation, woken up after a long period of inactivity... wanting to "self-escrow" other people's funds, for a somewhat dubious "P2P betting service" for which they were planning on taking a 10% fee, at zero risk to themselves.

Risk Factor == High.

suchmoon's flag does NOT suggest that anyone had suffered from any financial loss at the time the flag was created... just that there was a risk of financial loss to anyone interacting with this user. This is an entirely legitimate usage of a "Type-1" flag.

And judging by the support the flag has received, numerous other users agree.
