I created a Bitcointalk account in 2018. But I didn't try to use it because I don't know how to use it. Then I tried to post or reply but they were deleted. Can anyone give me a solution?

Maybe give us more information? What Bitcoin wallet website or app did you use? Do you remember having a 12 or 24 word backup? Or did you just use a username/email and password?

Most probably your posts were off-topic or spams. The possible reason is already mentioned on the message that was sent to you (deleted post).

A reply of yours, quoted below, was deleted by a Bitcoin Forum moderator. Posts are most frequently deleted because they are off-topic, though they can also be deleted for other reasons. In the future, please avoid posting things that need to be deleted.

You should move your topic to Meta. That is where issues like this go. At the bottom of the page you will notice Move topic. Click on it and select Meta on the list.

Regarding your account, put a link to the profile of your account. If your posts get deleted, you get PMs in your inbox informing you a post of yours got deleted. Did you get such PMs in the past? What did they say?

If you didn't get notifications about your posts being deleted, but they are still missing, there is a possibility that the threads you posted in were deleted. In that case all the posts in such threads are deleted as well and you don't get informed about it.

A 3rd possibility is that you posted in self-moderated threads and the original thread starters deleted your posts for whatever reason.

Possible reason why its deleted is because someone report one of  your post  or your reply is off topic.

That deleted post is not a big problem and that's normal thing you can continue postinh as long as you know you are posting it in the right section and your not off topic.

were your deleted posts recent? I checked your post history on LoyceV's 53M posts! View unedited/deleted posts (search per post, per user or per topic) and the only post deleted is identical to this thread. the best advice has already been posted it will benefit you if you read them and follow them.

I suggest the moderator to merge these 2 topics into one.

Only admins can merge threads, and it's only done for technical reasons such as an accidentally-split post. Merging similar threads together just makes a big mess; if too many topics about the same thing are posted, the extras should just be locked or deleted.

That would be my main point of advice as well.  As to why an inactive account that had made only a few posts had most/all of them deleted, that could have happened if mods nuked entire threads.  Sometimes shitposters make a habit of making all of their posts in mega spam threads, which eventually get deleted altogether if they're bad enough.  That's happened to me before, especially with posts in Bitcoin Discussion and Altcoin Discussion when I used to visit that section.
