The project development section is a section that has already created dedicated to the bitcoin development and you will find nothing there. You must visit the ethereum forum to get the people who have an expert in the development of the solidity program.

You will be also feeling so damn hard to find that in the altcoin section too as there was no section that already dedicated to the altcoin development.
Mostly solidity developers active in the ethereum forum.
