now my bag is full with Matic. I am holding this coin since the price is $.015 and now Umm in good profit also. but will sell soon all of matic and i will buy more COTI (COTI). Coti current price is $0.055861 , I think its good price to buy some coti at this stage.COTI is a fully encompassing “finance on the blockchain” ecosystem. It is built on DAG technology and designed to meet the challenges of traditional finance.for more information about this coin visite official website of Coti: https://coti.io/

i will hold my coti bag for minimum 2x profit. The team of Coti coin are very active, day by day the are updating us with various latest update. here is the latest update: https://medium.com/cotinetwork/coti-credit-card-processing-update-b7a386614c9c

Even after you made enough research about the project legitimacy, you still cannot ensure their existence in the long term.Lets take bitcoin which is more than 10 year old now so which has got enough data to identify how the price cycle moves but if we take some random defi we can only find their price graph for weeks or months only so we cannot assume anything for our long term which is generally used by crypto community in the word HODL.

You know mate since the crypto bubble exploded in 2017-2018 I never hold or trust again too much in any project in that case I have no favourite project at all, I play wise thats why I don't hold any cryptocurrency much longer anymore because I already learned my lesson way back 2017-2018 and history keep repeating itself thats why I believe that today's Defi craze is a bubble and destined to explode sooner or later so keep watch. to be exact Top ranking cryptocurrencies still the best option to hold if anybody wants.

I've decided to add tron to the list of my hodl tokens. Tron may become the next big project as the transaction cost are much cheaper as compared to ethereum. I had to convert my USDT from ERC20 to TRC20 Inorder to avoid the gas fee for ethereum and I found out that transfers in tron blockchain are almost free.

After 3 years here I would have to open my wallets and take a look in all the coins and tokens I have. On the top of my list is:
1. Bitcoin
2. Ethereum
3. BNB
4. NEO
5. Cardano
6. Cosmos
7. Tron
I have many others too, I try to diversify my portfolio as much as I can. My investments come from my job and I am working
to earn some crypto-currencies when I am free. I always try to invest in Bitcoin and Ethereum, but I always leave 10% more or
less to add more to some other coin, sometimes in some new project.

BIG WINNER!

I choose long term investment for bitcoin so I don't need to see those question as you mentioned.

But, when I choose an altcoin I'll search first the altcoin which a big event and the altcoin that has traded on the popular exchange, at least it will make me comfortable to still hold the altcoin until the event is end.

Holding an altcoin is more good for short term investment. Like this time, when the market and information has fulled by DeFi project, I'll choose some and I'll invest for short term investmebt

The thing that you are worried about could happen to the DeFi project, which is currently in a good trend, because we saw examples of ICOs and IEOs in the past that had a good trend too, but they both died over time.

We mostly have the same ways of checking before investing to a project but right now i'm not really into investing to new projects since I'm not quite sure which projects are legitimate or not most of them are good in deceiving but right now I'm investing to coins that's been in a long run now I currently hold ETH and BNB I'm pretty sure they are worth holding in long term but I've been paying attention to some DeFi projects since the hype I've seen some good projects let's see which are the good ones, can anyone recommend?

actually there is nothing that is too favorite here because my goal is to seek profit, although indeed some people like a certain project and believe in it.
but I only looked at the possibilities and the chart, so there's no reason to like a project too deeply.

A thought that is quite wise in my opinion because there is no point in us continuing to hold alt coins if they do not have a clear future, so it is better for us to sell them if they have a price even though we get a little profit, of course it's better than take the risk to get a loss later, for me personally I will not hold alt coins too long because for me short-term investments, now, are better than long-term investments, unless we keep bitcoin as our long-term asset.

I honestly do not have that one specific obscure coin because most of them do not really mean that much to me, I am against to have a favorite coin because they are all very valuable with exception of fake and so forth ones. However at the end of the day we do have investments, so I can't say my favorites, because I do have coins that I really like that I haven't invested so far and just waiting for a better time, but I can talk about the ones I already have and hold.

Bitcoin obviously, etheruem, dash, monero, ada, ltc and lastly idena, these are the ones I have right now and I am quite happy with how they are, not going to really focus on anything else for this period, maybe in the future I could buy something else, I have my eye on some other coins honestly.

I am holding bitcoin and Litecoin as for now, had Ethereum, but emptied the bag for a reason (will be buying it back for sure). I don’t miss out on Bitcoin, right from time most of the money I have for investment usually goes into Bitcoin and Ethereum, and also Litecoin.

Then as for DeFi, I have not even invested in any DeFi because I have not taken my time to go through any of the token and understand fully what they are about, I don’t get the time to follow up with most of the things that are happening. ChainLink is the one I was interested in investing my money, but I kept procrastinating and till now I have not invested in it Embarrassed.

Just same with you before i spend my money on a project i will learn about the Team, What are they offering?, What solutions they are providing? What milestone have they achieved in the past?Have they completed any promise?, Community, Social media research
Im always checked all of that first before investing in any project.
And im hodl binance right now because binance always follow the trend and improve day by day
Beside that ofcourse im hodl ethereum for sure

We can't see the promised fulfillment if they are just starting out.

But those that have been said were the typical points that someone wants for choosing a project. Link is a good option as it's one of the most popular defi projects that's existing.

As long as I have bitcoin, I can choose whatever altcoin that I want for diversification.

HODL is sometimes explained as an acronym standing for "hold on for dear life" or some variation. While these etymologies occasionally do a good job of capturing the phrase's meaning, they are not how it originated. HODL comes from a fortuitous typo in

You must hold your coins or tokens for at least one year for this to go into effect, but if you do the tax rate will be much more favorable.

The meaning of HOLD really depends on the place, if in cryptocurrency it is very clear that HOLD is to hold your coins or tokens for at least one year, but for other places in general it is holding or holding whatever we have, but for HODL this is clear typo Grin

What I will look at is whether the coin is decentralized or not and is mineable or not. Also, a factor to take into consideration is the total supply of the token or coin. My favorites so far are Tron as well as ICX, but some DeFi is also a concern as they are currently trending DeFi tokens
analizing project not always based on centralized or not and mineable or not. we must look the use case this token project in cryptocurrency market. if they have good usecase in market or crypto world , investors must interested with this.

If you go through my profile you'll see I'm quite big on Earnbet project for a lot of reasons after concluding my findings.

The team is quite active in development and they take the opinion of their players very serious.

They recently added USDT, USDC, Dai and TRX to the list of coins anyone can use in the platform.

They are set to add sport betting to the list of games available in the platform.

They recently also got in partnership with Chainlink and a lot of other news that I think will exhaust the length of this post.

I'm quite bullish more in their new attempt to reduce the token inflation, reducing the amount of token in circulation and boost token price.

And everyone gets $50 BTC as signup bonus and a lot of other incentives to keep the users coming back to wager.

You can read more about the decentralized blockchain project here: https://game.earnbet.io

Register, wager, stake for monthly dividends and just do about anything you love.

Check their announcement page: https://t.me/earnbetannouncements

In my case I still trust the top rank cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin, ethereum and ripple because for me they are still the best and worth to invest cryptos in the market but I am quite amaze with the uniswap craze and hype right as of the moment its also a project that worth to check on with too.
