I've been using betfury with no issues for months, then today I go to withdraw and an hour later I get this email

So looking at the terms of service 6.3 is this

What the hell? So if you win you can just have your account blocked and money taken with zero explanation ? Hoping I can get this sorted out because it makes no sense.

I've contacted support since there is literally nothing that could be me breaking the terms of service but saying there is no review possible is scaring me.
