I kind of agree with you, this is exactly what I was thinking while I was reading the comment from the other user that you quoted, PSG may have disappointed their fans in the club world up which was played some couple of months back where Chelsea thrashed the club with lots of goals, and eventually winning the cup, but all hope is not gone for PSG as I still believe that will do very well in the champions league still.

I don't know what exactly to say is what happened to the club in the club world cup, but so far, they have managed to beat/defeat Tottenham in the match they played yesterday through penalties, if losing balance was the reason Chelsea beat them in the CWC, holding Tottenham down and pushing the match to a penalty which they ended up winning is a testament that they are regaining their balance again.

Maybe the casino team are not considering contacting the user who left negative feedback so much because they have tons of positive feedback that overshadows that one dissatisfied user's feedback. It is a business and not ice cream; every customer will not have the same feedback, and some feedback will be negative. It is normal. What will be abnormal is when there are more negative feedbacks than positive ones.

PSG is a very strong team, but I also didn't expect Chelsea to beat them before. It was hard to believe at the time because Chelsea didn't give PSG any room to play.

However, in their recent match a few days ago, it seems like PSG showed that Chelsea's win was just a fluke or they got lucky. Who knows, maybe the next time they face each other,
PSG will get their revenge against Chelsea, right?

This is not new if there’s a disagreement on the deal both party take. Betfury surely contact the party involved to fixed this issue before they start reviving back their promotion here since that 1 negative feedback will surely noticeable by users.

There’s a lot of reputable users here including casino official account that has some negative feedback but still operating properly. I believe as long as the positive feedback is greater than negative while the positive is most recent then I guess it’s not a big deal.

Well, yeah, it is up to them if they want to care about it. If they have a problem between them and do not want to discuss it anymore, that is fine, and it will be a different situation. I personally don't know if they had any problems between the manager and Betfury. I just wanted to point it out because I noticed that Betfury actually solved the issue, and the feedback is not valid anymore.
