I don't know if someone uses the adblocker on his browser, maybe that bug doesn't appear frequently.

If you're not on a VPN, though. It could also be a poop IP from ISP. I have experienced this with my ISP before in which I've gotten flagged by multiple websites.

Rebooting your wifi router may do the trick -- just have to wait for a couple of minutes to turn it back on- and you get a reassigned IP. This may not work too ofc, but if you're on a pinnacle and wanna exhaust your options, it's worth a try IMO.

This is another method to try since somehow this issue occur sometimes and just needed to those simple trouble shooting to make everything works back again.

But if those issue still occur despite of those suggestions has been done already I guess the other thing he could try is to choose different browser since this solution works to especially if they encounter those kind of issue in most their most common used browser.

Google chrome, and no vpn whatsoever, and i manage to log in just fine. Even have a few of those DEPin addons, but i doubt that it matters though.
I am however connecting from within EU, so that might be the default norm.

It is a cardinal sin to not install an adblocker. Once you have tasted it, you will be in anti-ad bliss.

It is not even advisable to use the free version of VPN to access online gambling casino since over the years, this has been confirmed to cause a multi-account issues for gamblers.

Free VPN as I believe most of us will aleady know uses a shared ip address, what this mean is that, it's possible that hundreds of people from different locations and using the same VPN and same server on the VPN gets assigned the same ip address.
And the problem is that, if Para-adventure, two or more persons using the same ip address from that free VPN accesses the same casino, the casino algorithm assumes it's one person who owns those multiple account, and all of the account could get banned and the money on each confiscated.

So, if a gambler must use a VPN to access a casino, it must be paid and not the free version.

I do use VPN when I play at betfury as well as in most my gambling activity. Although I can access betfury without VPN but since I used to use VPN for my gambling activity, I keep on using it till now but I do not change my country so I always choose the IP on the VPN which is from my original country. If you ask me the reason for using VPN, the first reason was because most Internet providers in my country blocks any gambling related sites, the other reason is it gives extra privacy layer. The VPN I use most of the time is NordVPN but maybe strongkored use different one. In my opinion, as long as it is a paid VPN, it wont make significant difference. If the main purpose of using VPN is just because ISP blocking, perhaps changing the DNS on the chrome can be enough or using the available mirror links can fix the problem. About the browser, I rarely use firefox as I'm chrome user since long time ago so I have no idea if firefox will also able to fix his issue.

Some time ago admin said that users can use VPN only to access the game I mean some providers are not available in a country but if the user comes from a prohibited country it is not allowed, unfortunately I did not find that post but I was very sure of that statement and as far as I know Betfury is the only Casino who clearly says that in this forum. I went into livechat some time ago and they stated that there are no issues using a VPN on their site and I haven't read anything else that the rules would have changed. I can access again the site today (using google chrome) but site is sometimes a bit slow loading and no access to the battles but other than that it works good.
