So, for me, Ai agents will continue to exists and surely get improved as technology grows and becomes more sophisticated, but will never match up to human agents, humans will continue to be humans and anything other than a human will for ever remain secondary.

No, not people, people value a good customer support but companies don't value them. Many companies outsource customer support in my country for example and people get bad customer support experience because when they outsource CS, companies don't train them well and their employees are uneducated in the field where they work as customer support. For example, I know a person who works in a company that offers CS outsourcing to companies like Asus and this person doesn't know anything about computers and smartphones. Most of the chatbots integrated on the big gambling sites are Intercom. Intercom does AI to an extent but it doesn't give a full-fledged army of bots that automate service requests. AI-Agents should go beyond small talk and basic FAQ terms. For instance, an AI agent should be capable of fetching the full bet history of the customer & investigating a bet if that's what the customer is asking for. There is a huge scope of proper AI agents in this space but not all big ChatBot Automation is heavily utilized in the gambling industry.

Yeah I just explained the risk because this problem had happened in this forum and almost all casinos forbid using VPN except in this casino. The important note is that even though this casino allows VPN but only to play the game not allow users from forbidden countries it's clear a different statement. I personally still use VPN in several casinos and just to play games that are blocked, while users from my country are allowed to play in the casino, I know the risk but I think I'm just normal gambler who never won something big $xx,xxx

There is a reason why those games are blocked and off limits to you. You might not agree or like that reason, but it is a reality. You are breaking the rules by going around that restriction with a VPN. Such actions could hurt you financially, regardless of the casino you play at. In case you win and the provider caries out an investigation and requests information about you, they will find out that you have been playing their games from a restricted location. Best case scenario: you get your deposits back with your winnings being confiscated. Worst case scenario: they ban you and confiscate the entire balance.

This is the problem when an AI data source is limited. They should add a request live agent feature for those user that can’t solve the problem instantly by an AI. I've worked in customer service, and I can say that depending on the sector, an AI-only service will not be able to resolve 100% of the pending issues if there is no one to supervise.

Now, if the goal is to reduce the queue of customers, it might be worth it for frequently asked questions. In a casino, for example, at least one human attendant will always be needed.
