There is no other way to receive BFG tokens besides playing. There are plans to list this tokens on some top exchanges but this will take some time.

I'm not sure. It's also possible that, depending on price fluctuations of cryptocurrencies, that amount may be changing. I haven't been on Betfury long enough to know all this.
