So looking at the terms of service 6.3 is this

If we close or suspend your Account due to you not complying with these Terms, we may cancel and/or void any of your bets and withhold any money in your account (including the deposit)."

What the hell? So if you win you can just have your account blocked and money taken with zero explanation ? Hoping I can get this sorted out because it makes no sense.

I've contacted support since there is literally nothing that could be me breaking the terms of service but saying there is no review possible is scaring me.

You should check out section 6.4 in the ToS, which also says that Betfury can close or suspend any account without notice and without refunding any money.
It seems like some activity in your account triggered this and caught the attention of the risk department. I think this is checked automatically.
In any case, if your account has been blocked with reference to clause 6.3, it's unlikely that you will be able to rectify the situation, as you agreed to these terms when you created your account.
